Very professional organization! I spent a lot of time researching a number of IT Support & Security companies and F12 impressed me the most, so far they have followed through with everything they committed to do. They are fast, economical and knowledgable.

Churns employees through the service desk like a meat grinder. Very low retention rate. Don't work here and don't listen to the bought/employee reviews.

F12 has been the Alberta Aviation Museum's IT provider for a few years and have been very happy with the service. This past weekend a large scale event was to happen and upon arriving prior to the hangar there was found to be no internet. After a quick call and collaborating with the tech, an onsite visit corrected the issue with plenty of time before the event. Very quick response and accommodating. Great IT company!
