Un welcoming staff and waste of time to go this store. No one said hi or hello on arrival and while leaving too there was no good and polite gesture. Furniture is low quality and over priced

Excellent service! Amanda, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. She wasn’t pushy and was very respectful. She even came in on her day off because we were unable to meet with her when she was working!
In addition, the showroom was displayed well, with lots of selection, and prices were reasonable!
A pleasure to shop at F2!

I have a bed from does a noise while changing a position called so many time and for service call no answer no follow up.

By apperance bed frame looks good but not user friendly and no service call for fixing

Better buy with bricks ashley or lowes.

The ladies working this weekend were great help when I came in looking for a specific style of couch. They were helpful explaining my options and all the information I needed to go forward. The showroom is lovely and bright, lots of space. I enjoyed my entire experience and it would be my first stop whenever I need to furnish a space for sure.

Clean, good quality of furniture but a bit on a higher price tag. Sometimes you just need to pay more to get a better product.

Customer service is not good, shipping (as other reviews have noted) is not realistic and emails will be ignored often. Prices are way too high given what you're actually getting. Go somewhere that will at least give you quality for the price. If you really like something at F2 you're better off shopping for the equivalent pieces online and saving 20%+ vs the rip off prices you'll find here.

Good furniture, but it's a bit pricey! Not a lot of wiggle room for price, but there is a lot of options in the show room

Excellent place to find quality furniture, excellent designs, and reputable brands such as EQ3. Service was really pleasant as well. Product portfolio is very much modern in design.

Bought a very expensive Eq3 sofa and when it was delivered the sofa was damaged and the delivery team damaged my floor. F2 has not addressed any concerns nor repaired my floor. Eq3 is no better, emails and calls have gone unanswered from both companies. Do not buy from them, very poor customer service.

Very expensive furniture that is surprisingly low quality considering what they're asking for it. For example, the dining tables are plastic made to look like wood (though it's very obviously not real wood) but they're charging about the same as a real wood table would cost. You're better off going to idea. Just saying. However, their plant pots are fairly priced and are pretty cute.

Good selection of furniture. Service was good. Pick up process was straight forward. Some of the products seemed a bit more expensive compared to other furnishing stores with similar products. I did find what I was looking for and was pleased with the experience.

I just picked up chairs from F2 and wanted to make a point to compliment the customer service of Bryan (service manager) for taking extra effort of assembling the chairs in a timely manner. He also covered the back of the vehicle and carefully loaded the chairs in the back of the SUV. Great costumer service!

Bought an EQ3 couch. Had an issue with premature wear. Even though the manufacturer wouldn’t warranty the issue, F2 service department came through to fix the issue. Thanks for the great service! Will definitely buy more furniture from F2!

Would give zero star if possible. My sofa took 2 months to be delivered instead of 3 weeks, no apologies or explanations were given. Bad service when you call to check on the status of your order, they don't care once they take your money. Super unorganized and untrained staff. On the delivery day, truck came after the 4h time window, F2 gives you a bad attitude when you call to ask on the status of the delivery. Horrible store, never getting my money ever again.

I got lots of stuff from this store, the couches were custom made! Got just what I asked for from color, material! Just what I expected.
Lots of modern and up-to-date choices they have

Horrible customer service! I purchased 2 Nattuzzi sofas. Sofas came and look like I've had the sofas for over 5 years and look run down (there are a lot of defects). Customer service rep Willa (who is very difficult to deal with) told me to send her photos which i did and have not heard back from anyone. It has been a month since i got the couches and not one manager or anyone has contacted me. Dealing with this company is like pulling teeth from the time we walked in until now. Even the leg option for my couches is different from what i chose and all they have to say is "oops! " Couches are not solid at all and look so unprofessionally made its pretty embarrassing. Never purchasing from them again. I am however still waiting for a call about the couches hopefully one day they will. Who knows

I bought an EQ3 sectional couch from F2, and after 3 months of daily use, can say it is still the comfiest couch I have ever sat on. William helped me in store and was very helpful without ever being pushy. He let me know when an upcoming sale was happening on the couch I was looking at, and then was even able to accommodate a last minute change in my order. The customer service and delivery were all great. And I am very happy with the quality of my couch

Wow just wow. The furniture collection here is remarkable. Highly unique items here; I think one of the best in Edmonton.

The "Made in Canada" claim by their EQ3 line of furniture is a lie. All my barstools have 'Made in china' stickers. Bait, switch and lies.

The only they can get away with it is because they put on 4 bolts in Winnipeg, strip off all the out-of-country shipping documents, and leave only the small 'made in china' sticker.

Liars, the lot of them.

I went here today to look at the ENDY memory foam mattress. The lady that helped me knew nothing about ENDY and she quickly told me able their own in-house brand of foam mattress.

She told me about F2s version but she was clearly reading off the information sheet located on the mattress.

She left for a while as I continued to test out the ENDY mattress. She returned and asked if I had checked out the other option. I replied “no” and as soon as I said that I did not check out their version she completely ignored me and walked away.

I left the store, didn’t get a goodbye or asked if I had any further question.

Terrible customer service with zero product knowledge or willingness to help. I won’t be back and I would not recommend F2.

ENDY should pull their product out of this store.

Tried to buy stools but each one we choose was not in stock. We looked at 5 different ones. Very annoying process

Amanda is a great salesperson. Very low pressure and easy to talk to. She is honest about what she does and does not know instead of making something up to get a sale. I looked at many different places looking mostly for a salesperson I wanted to deal with and she was it. Highly recommend dealing with her directly.

Had terrible (more like nonexistent) customer service after we brought their expensive products. We got given a promotion for a floor lamp after buying a few big items but because the final model they gave us was a display model (unbeknownst to us), they won't fix or even look at the product defect. Just told us to deal with it on our own when the product broke down on its own.

I visited almost every store in Edmonton and some in Calgary. I got most of my house furnishings from them for a reason. Everyone's taste is different so not everyone Elike what they see, I dud. But that aside they are accommodating, respectful, l and have a nice selection. Even the delivery guys are nice and efficient.

Really big showroom. Lots of product, ranging from living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. Warehouse is on site. Lots of staff there when you need them.

Not Trustworthy.

Sold me a chair set (on sale) for over $700 and upon delivery, they realized the sale was meant for a different (cheaper) set. Instead of owning their mistake they tried to convince me to take the cheaper set or pay FULL PRICE (another $700) for the chairs I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. Because the product was not in my possession, I had no choice but to cancel my transaction and walk out of the store. Beware.
