Went in today and bought a lot of 100% silk. Great prices, great selection, even more than on line. The people there are so wonderful and kind. They ship across Canada since I'm not from the area. I am a customer for life now.

Very rude people and worst customer service. Bought vinyl fabric, went back to get more as we needed little more with sample piece.
They cut and rolled it, I did not check it there (I was not asked to confirm either), they rushed me out as they had constructions going on. When we opened it at home, found out they gave me wrong product (similar color family but not same). I contacted if I can bring it back for right material. The owner (I think) was unbelievably rude and blamed on me that it was my fault to accept what they gave it to me. I did not even think, with the sample piece I gave it to them, they would give me different product. Vinyl quality was very bad too. Never going back.

There is no better place. I am so so so happy I went and I will never go anywhere else. There is so much more then just fabric, the selection is absolutely insane. Could be in there for hours. The people who run it are really kind:)

Fantastic business. Will always shop here over fabric land. I made new cushions for my trailer with supplies from here. They have good foam options, cut it for you and they were even able to shape it for me as I had basic shaping to be done. They insisted on helping me unload my car with the old foam to help shape the new foam and insisted on loading my car with the new foam. 2 level warehouse making this a crafters paradise. Every type of fabric you can imagine and embelishments galore. Extra bonus.no membership required. Love this place!

Love this store from the moment you walk in, it's got everything going on and quite fun to wind your way through the sections to check out the selection. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Tons of fabrics, literally to the ceiling- everything from fancy wedding gown style fabrics, to canvas outdoor stuff- and everything between - tons of notions, lace, trim, feather trim, sequins, fancy collars, iron on appliques, you could build a super fancy wedding dress from everything here. Prices are reasonable and some prices are amazing, the variety of fabrics is stunning. Worth checking out no matter what fabric you need, budget yourself an hour at least if you're looking around to purview everything. I genuinely, really look forward the coming here. I travel 3 hours just to spend time here.

Magical place with lots of fabric selection. Staff is very helpful to navigate the copious amounts of fabric. Also great selection of appliqués, and sewing accessories.

This place has a great selection of canvas, waxed canvas and outdoor fabrics. HOWEVER, (and thus the 2 star review) they are very dishonest when it comes to ringing up the total. I have shopped there a total of four times now and EVERY time they have written down a higher amount per meter than the tag says and I’ve had to correct them. So watch what they are charging you!

Called twice, each time hung up on. Just verifying if they had a particular item in stock and how much. Wouldn't wait for me to switch my phone to speaker so I can read the screen. Won't get my business, will simply order online somewhere else. Very rude.

I love the Fabric Depot! This place is stocked floor to ceiling with all types of fabric, trims and applianques - some of it new stock and some of it is quite old.

Be prepared to go on a bit of a treasure hunt! The organizational system is not quite clear to the uninitiated, it can take some time to find what you're looking for.

My minor gripe about this place is if there's a small amount of fabric leftover on the bolt and they ask if you want to take it, they make you pay for the extra length. Happened multiple times to me now and I just refuse the extra length.

Place is a fire-trap! Piles of old junk stuffed and hung everywhere. The fabrics are super old and I know what I’m talking about! OMG the place has a gross musty smell and it’s horribly stuffy in there. All I could think about was how on earth can a place like that be allowed to operate, it’s incredibly dangerous in there.

It is the staff here that make this place fantastic. As a wheelchair user I could not get in the front. One quick phone call and was asked if I could come around the back to the shipping doors. An extremely nice and accommodating man let me in the back. I gave him a sample of my shower curtain and he pointed me to the two rows of material. After purchasing the seven meters of material they helped me out to my van.
I can't say enough about this place and the way I was treated. They truly put a smile on my face. Thank You

This place is amazing. A crafters heaven when it comes to sewing. The selection of ribbon, fabric and cording is crazy. There’s so much to look at. It’s my go to place when I need that perfect colour.
If you haven’t been you need to check this place out. The staff is wonderful.

Wow, what a treasure house fabric depot is. First time there, definitely not my last. So much choice, so many options and crazy good prices too.take your time as there is so much to pick. Staff where great, really helpful.

I’ve been there twice for foam and vinyl to recover some chairs and stools. I was so impressed that they cut the foam for me!
If you need foam for new RV cushions or furniture cushions this is the place. Helpful friendly staff too!

This is the most magical place I've been to in a while.it was like being transported to a costume shop off of broadway or a Disney movie come to life. I knew what I was looking for so was able to find it after some searching (its chaotically organized- adding to its charm). The people there are experts as well and very proud of their store. Just ask and they are quick to help.

Incredible experience! I spent hours in there discovering all the unique and beautiful treasures this place holds. I was shocked how low the prices were, I almost felt bad! If you want fabric, linings, appliques, lace, or literally anything, COME HERE! It might be a bit of a drive, but their prices were HALF that of fabric land. It's a family owned business and the owner started it himself over 35 years ago. Wonderful people. Shop local!

Great service! Huge amount of stock and accessories. If you can't find what you want there it doesn't exist! We will definitely go again and recommend to others.

They had lots of options for fabric and foam when i decided to fix up our dated but beautiful dining room chairs

This is the best fabric shop I have ever been to. It's stacked with all kinds of laces and trims, patches and appliques. So many types of specialty fabrics such as stretch velvets, lycra prints, huge selection of faux fur, wool, vinyl, sweatshirt fleece, flannel, upholstery fabric. Lots of mesh, tulle, chain/meter, tassels and fringes, elastics, zippers, buttons and thread. You never know what treasure you will find here! Staff are super friendly!

Bit crowded with tons of different types of fabrics. Have to look through everything for what you want.

After finding this gem, I will NEVER go to Fabricland again. Support local and buy from this amazing family run business. They have beautiful, high-quality fabrics at incredibly reasonable prices. Absolutely worth the drive if you live in the South.

Store hours posted on the website say they close at 6pm. Drove over from the south and got there at 5: 45pm to just grab one item and store was closed. No mention of adjusted hours due to covid on website or door. Very disappointing.

This place is fantastic. I have never seen so many trims, appliques, and huge selections of fabric. More and more around every corner.

They had exactly what i needed and were so nice to let me look around and honestly gawk at many of the cool pieces. The fabric is priced reasonably and i will be returning to shop for lycra and trim in the future

I went here at the recommendation of my bridal shop to pick up some lace, and I greatly regret it. Not only did they rip us off by overcharging for appliques, (which I found out after,) but they also shorted us by 0.30 meters of lace. If that wasn't bad enough, the lace also had big ink stains in 2 places, making it unusable. It was the biggest waste of money! I wish I could give them negative stars.

A hidden treasure, so many high quality fabrics, laces for wedding dresses, gowns and whatever your heart imagines. Excellent service!

HUGE selection, GREAT prices, informed and ATTENTIVE staff. This place is AWESOME! We will be back!
