I use to go to this location but stopped due to their employees credit card theft. LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARDS AT HOME or be prepared for unauthorized charges. This is the second time they have done this. THIEVES WORK HERE.

Went here for my first spray tan ever & I have to say I’m really disappointed with my results. I specifically told them I was getting it done for a dance competition and needed to be pretty dark, they recommended medium for me. After I left they told me to keep it on for 8h depending how dark I wanted to be. I ended up not showering until the next day and it hardly did anything, I had a little color but no where near how dark I need to be. I called them the day after to let them know I was disappointed and the lady on the phone was rude and brushed me off, telling me I should of done darker if it was for a dance competition even though when I was in I had told them I was getting for a competition.this is very disappointing as I was excited for my first spray tan but don’t think I’ll be getting it done again due to this experience. It’s even more frustrating that the self tanner I ended up using to get dark enough worked better than their spray tan. Overall very disappointing

I have been a customer with Fabutan for 5 years since 2018 and using services at different locations in Vancouver & all around the Okanagan, Toronto, and Calgary, and THIS location is by far the best Fabutan I have been to so far in my opinion!

The studio manager Chantelle is an incredibly amazing person who would go out of her way to provide you with the best services. She built amazing relationships with the clientele including myself & my boyfriend. I have witnessed her conversations with other clients and everyone absolutely loves her and even travels across the city just to come to this location, and we ourselves love to come down to this studio specifically for the same reason as it’s so spacious and beautiful and we get treated like king and queen here. Other employees such as Shelby are also very helpful, well-trained & respectful as well! Overall 10/10.

I heard the owner also has 6 other studios all around Calgary and I’d be down to try out her other locations as well, judging from how well she trained her employees!

I’M TELLIN YOUUU! ALINA IS THAT GIRL! I’ve been back 3 times now for lashes and every time I leave so happy and feeling like a bad bitchhhh. Alina cares about her clients and it shows in her work. Not only that, during my last appointment my feet were cold and she gave me a blanket and made sure I was comfortable. Fr the sweetest human your in good hands when you’re with Alina. I highly recommend her!

This fabutan has the most friendly and accommodating staff! - I am always greeted by a friendly face! Highly recommend this spot-it’s central location and always tons of free parking. Been coming here for years;)

Love this location! The girls here are all amazing! Especially the new manager Emma! She always makes me feel so welcome and has amazing information about everything. Showed me the redlight after I said I had skin problems and already my eczema feels like its healing. Thank you so much!

Very disappointed with my lashes!
Too much glue was added and needed to have them removed the next day.
It took 2.5 hours to have a volume lash done, then the next day 30 minutes to have them removed.
Booked for the following week with their top lash expert. The day before the appointment I called to push the time from 4 pm to 5 pm. Then when I arrived the stylist had left because she had not been informed of the time changed.
I asked for the owner to call me over a week ago and I still haven’t heard from her or him.
So all in all I lost a lot of time and money to have my lashes done, all for nothing!
The only positive I can say is that the staffs are all super nice.

Ok now it’s 4weeks later and still haven’t heard from the owner and haven’t received my money back!

Stay away from that Fabutan, extremely dissatisfied!

A working bathroom would really help the appeal of this location. Multiple times I’ve been there when the toilet is acting up, and last time I was there the bathroom is out of order. However, this is the only washroom on site.perhaps the owners could look into fixing it permanently.

I have seen Chloe twice now for eye lash extensions & she is AMAZING! I highly recommend her! She takes her time being sure not to rush your service. She truly takes pride in her work! I always leave impressed with my lashes!

Most disorganized unprofessional company I’ve ever experienced. Strongly recommend paying twice as much for a better experience elsewhere not to mention beds with bulbs that actually tan you.

I have called and emailed fabutan head office on several occasions and get ignored. They continue to take payments out of my account despite me cancelling my lifestyle pass and then “promise” me a refund then mysteriously ignore my emails/calls/concerns when I come to pick it up. The girls working there are rude and condescending, always on their cell phones, all they care about is selling overpriced tanning lotions for commission. The beds are broken, the start buttons do not work, the stereos are broken.

Save your 39.99 or spend more and tan somewhere that really cares about their customers.

Booked a spray tan online and I made the mistake of not asking if this was a person applying the spray tan or machine.it was a machine. I got into the room and had to wait almost 15 min with ice cold wet feet until the attendant came to power it on. The machine finally got ready and I started to get tanned.it didn't spray even and I followed the directions of movement. The inside of my arms are not tanned or my legs.
I will be going to someone who spray tans me by hand. Such a disappointment considering my birthday weekend is this weekend. This is only the review on spray tan not anything else.
