I'm their client for a long time. This afternoon I had my best experience with this nice lady Aaliyah greeting and helping me with my appointment. Wonderful staff + Super clean and nice place.

Alina’s been doing my lashes for a good few months now and I don’t trust anyone else with my lashes. I leave every appt happy and taken care of. She provides such a comfy and warm atmosphere. She answers all your questions and has the LIGHTEST touch you just melt on the bed. Fr best lash tech <3 the front girls are also such a vibe, just such a warm and welcoming environment!

I used to always come to this location when I lived downtown but when I have the chance I always make the drive down to come get my spray tans done here. The staff is absolutely amazing and everything is always clean and ready to go! Maddy is one of the ladies that come to mind, she has always ensured such a great experience and has the sweetest personality. I highly recommend this location to anyone <3

Lash extensions done by Kristine at Kensington is the girl for lashes and she is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! She took care of my lashes last year for months and I just got a max volume set by her a few weeks ago and they are soooo beautiful, I feel 10 years younger! I am very much a big fan of her not to mention she is an amazingly lovely young lady? Love ya Krisitine.

After seven or more years with fabutan, I must say this location is the best in Calgary. The Manager Maddy is ALWAYS super helpful and amazingly friendly! She definitely deserves a generous raise and promotion! Keep up the amazing work and outstanding customer service experience. You rock girl!

I recently got my first spray tan ever at Fabutan! Maddy was super helpful with everything and provided me with everything I needed to know about my first tan! I definitely will be recommending to my friends and coming back for more spray tans!

Huge shout out to Mckenzie the manager, I had a last minute issue that needed urgent attention, involving my personal account, she went above and beyond for me, she sorted out my issue in less then 2 minutes with zero stress or inconvenience. I have been seeing Ceanna for 2 months now for my lashed. Oh. My. God. I have never been so comfortable and well taken care. She is beyond professional and is quick and skilled with her application! I've previously had lashes else where, but they have never held up or lasted as long as the ones that Ceanna has done! HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking for a lash tech who will craft you the perfect lashes; from Classic to Volume!

I was hesitant to get lashes for the first time, but Alina was happy to answer every and all questions u had beforehand, and ultimately made me feel a lot more comfortable. Equally she walked me through everything she was doing during the process which made me feel at ease. I have very sensitive eyes so I can twitch a bit and Alina is so kind, understanding and patient with me. Highly recommended for first timers or anxious people who need a gentle human to help them ease into it.

Alina did my lashes and it happened to be the first time I've ever gotten it done! She was very attentive and easy to talk to as she walked me through the whole process. I normally get anxious when I try new things but she made the whole experience comfortable and fun! The lashes themselves were simply stunning and with her advice on aftercare I'm excited to have them for quite a while! Overall I highly reccomend Alina if you're planning to make appointment!:)

Alina did an amazing job. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions & she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment and gave me clear instructions on the aftercare for my lashes. Alina did a set of classic lashes on me. The first set was amazing and I was instantly impressed by how full my lashes look while remaining natural. Then I went in for a fill 2.5 weeks later and I was shook. She knocked it out of the park two times in a row. It's been about a week and my lashes look as good as they did the first day. I have become a loyal client of hers now. HIGH RECOMMEND!

Kristine is such an amazing lash artist! The lashes came out perfectly and beautiful! You will definitely get more than you were expecting out of your lashes!

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Kristine for a while now at both Chinook and Kensington and she always does an amazing job! She is super kind and talented and I always feel like I am getting my money’s worth. Kristine always makes sure you get the lashes that you want and your appointment’s are always very relaxing and enjoyable. I had Kailey work on my lashes today and she did an incredible job. She was so friendly and kind. She took the time to educate me on how to best maintain my classic set and the health of my natural lashes. I was so relaxed getting my lashes done by Kailey. They look amazing! I highly recommend getting her to do your lashes, you will not be disappointed.

I have been a fabutan client for years. Usually tanning and red light, not usually lashes because I got them once and they were awful. $90 and they all feel off in 2 weeks. But, I am new to Calgary I didnt have any contact info for another lash tech so I made an appointment with them for lashes. Of course on the day of my apt I find someone with fantastic reviews and a cheaper cost. I told fabutan sorry have to cancel. I expected there would be maybe a $20 cancelation fee. Nope.they wanted to charge me $60- to full price unless I rescheduled. Why would I reschedule for a service I know is terrible. I was amazed that as a long time faithful customer no consideration was taken for a one time event. I will be now be researching taking my entire future buisness somewhere else, not just lashes.

Wonderful people that make the tanning and service truly care to not harm but services to the public safe first which I do approciate.
