Be carful here, we purchased dining table and chairs here and we were told, it will be delivered with in two weeks. Two weeks passed no one called to explain why it wasn’t delivered. We then decided to call and ask where about the delivery is. But they try to avoid our calls. Eventually they called us to let us know the delivery will be in the next day. How ever…
They brought the flour model which we did not ask for and we refused to accept and had them return it back to the store.
We were verbally told they were going to take our old table and chairs but as soon as the delivery person knocks the our door, he mentioned he is not going to take the old table and chairs
We ended up hiring a lawyer to get out money back
Please make sure if you buy any thing there get everything in writing! And also read the terms of the contract! Before you sign anything!

Sam and Mo delivered my sectional today. Very professional and careful. They were awesome!

This company sold my mother-in-law a couch set that fell apart in 2 months. The arm rest is almost completely snapped. We paid well over a few thousand dollars on this set. They are neglecting our phone calls and emails about returning or refunding the couches.

Terrible, condescending customer service. Emails go unanswered. I purchased an expensive set of sofas, March 2022, arrived in August 2022. One has a chaise. The chaise is broken, and continues to fall apart, the arm snapped.the fabric is wearing already. Considering the cost of this furniture, I’m angry it is such low quality, it will not last long. Only three adults use it. There is no option for returns, unless I shop there… (absolutely not) with 50% of the value.

Got my sofa and love seat delivered today. Amazing people. Amazing delivery guys, reception and manager. Reception managed to squeeze me in on a delivery date the next day I asked which was amazing. My sofa was too big to fit in my apartment building but the manager offered to store it for me till am ready to take it and waive the storage fee. Delivery guys were amazing amazing never seen anyone like them in the city. They washed their hands before they opened and touch the love seat and all. They tried their best to bring the sofa in even if it was soo huge. 100% recommend them and definitely would buy from them just for the quality of their furniture and service! Thank you

After going to countless stores, we found ourself at Factory Direct Furniture. We were greeted by staff who were knowledgeable and helpful. We quickly found the right set for us at a great price and the order was placed.

Sam and Mo delivered the set to our home and moved into our basement for us and set it up. They were careful of our property despite the stairs being tough to navigate. I found them both very kind and friendly.

Our experience was overall very good and we would recommend them to friends and family.

My wife and I ordered king-size bed with mattress, they have been diligent and easy to work with. They supplied us with a temporary boxspring until our frame showed up which was awesome and very convenient as we had just had a baby. We are grateful to have much more room and excited for our entire set. I also wanted to say that Moe and Sam were great when they brought everything into the house, very nice men and well spoken! Can’t say enough about these guys!
