Am very pleased and happy with my purchase of the Apogee 6'x10' trailer with aluminum wheels, jack wheel and cover. I had two choices to purchase - dealer in Gresham, OR or FOT (Factory Outlet Trailers) in Abbottsford. I chose FOT for their great pricing and Sales person (David Gosse) and Parts Manager (Trevor) for excellent customer services. Upgraded from galvanized to aluminum wheels, but ran into a snag with the incorrect size. FOT is proud of their customer service and Trevor (Parts Manager) went above to satisfy his customer and had the correct wheels/tires shipped directly to my residence in Seattle. It was a timely purchase because I needed the trailer for my move from Seattle to Post Falls, ID. The stoutly built and high quality aluminum trailer was able to handle my move and easily towed behind my Honda Pilot. I am impressed with their pricing and customer services and would definitely refer my family/friends to purchase from FOT.

Ordering a trailer from FOT is like buying an item from Amazon. Flawless. Owning a business, my time is limited and I needed a trailer for my company to haul motorcycles. I was looking for a used trailer went to talk to Rob rusznak and he was so helpful I put a deposit on a new trailer and kept shopping around I knew no one can come close to thier prices. I purchased a new trailer with a added rack for equipment. Love it in use next day.would recommend to any one.don't buy used buy from Rob rusznak you won't regret it.

Now it has been a month iv been using the roof rack and who ever installed it need to have a lesson in caulking and tooling it gaps on the roof where he tryed to caulk the rack to the trailer.fail.not tooled so I'm preaty sure thier will be water geting in thise screws. Caulking needs to be tooled to act as a seal.not just pumped on and left.idiot. Also some screws are not as tight as others where the rack was installed I 100% would have done a better job of installing it.other then the rack issues. I love it.would recommend. But Checking add-ons closer then I did.rob rusznak is the real deal.

The purchase of the trailer was very positive and preparing the new trailer done quickly and efficiently with installing the hitch box and making sure all the lights etc were working. All done within 2 hrs of arriving and selecting the trailer and set up and departing not having to make second trip from home base 2 hrs away

Very happy with everything. Found the trailer I wanted online and dealt with mick. He had the inside rubber lined and superglides for the snowmobile done as well as some e track instaled quickly and was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend. Love the new trailer.

Will sell you what you need in the trailer that is Canadian and quality made. Do not know about wiring from a Class A Motorhome. Other than that a great bunch of people.

The outlet where we found the trailer has no sales responsibilities, however when we inquired at a sales rep.on the phone, it took more than four hours to complete the sale and take the trailer in our possession. If the outlet that stored the trailer had sales power, it could have taken a very short time to take possession. We were almost on the brink of collapsing the sale.

I purchased a 10 x 6 landscape trailer, sight unseen from FOT High River AB. Chad from FOT was extremely helpful, guided me through the process, assisted with the necessary paperwork and travel permits, making the whole exercise simple and stress free. I made arrangements for a friend pick up the trailer and tow it from High River to Terrace BC. There were no delays, everything was prepared, ready in advance and communication was great.

I will be upfront I have never given a review to a business before but I feel I need to because my experience was so good. I would give this business a rating greater than 5 stars if I could. Having looked for a specific trailer in the Vancouver area for a while and not finding what I was looking for I stumbled across FOT’s website. I had Glen Pickering as my sales person whom my only interaction was over the phone, no games nothing pushy was a pleasure to deal with. I guess I was the guinea pig from British Columbia being the first to pick up the trailer from a Fleet Brake dealer in BC. Got to say the partnership with Fleet Brake is awesome Steve at Kamloops Fleet Brake was awesome to deal with. Can't say enough great things about FOT! To date we have purchased two trailers from them. Dealing both times with Chad Deck. He was always up beat, great to deal with, great communication and follow up via phone and email. He worked hard both times to get the deal done in a timely fashion (less than two hours) so that I could pick up the trailer and return home on the same afternoon. I'll be shopping here again when we need another unit!

Our long search for the right sized Motorcycle trailer resulted in ultimately ordering one from the factory through Dave Irons of FOT.
Dave was very knowledgeable and extremely patient showing us a number
of trailers and guiding us through the various options as we sorted out what we needed. We particularly appreciated there was no pressure to rush into decisions just the ongoing support from Dave to provide solid information and answer our questions when they arose.
During a recent 9,600 km trip the trailer performed very well and I would not hesitate to recommend Dave or FOT.

Glen was informative and responsive in the shopping process, and had the trailer ready to go when we drove down to pick it up. The pricing was fair and he was able to set up a lease option for our business that was a good fit. My truck's brake controller had some issues which Glen was quickly able to pinpoint too, which he didn't have to do. This is the second utility trailer I've bought from FOT and no complaints - worth the drive from Edmonton.

I started a company in 2011 and needed a trailer. Back then we got great service and a smoking deal on our trailer that we are still using to this day (Dec 2019).
This trailer has probably only cost me $2500 in maintenance over the past 8 years and its all been done at FOT. They are very fairly priced, they don't drain your pockets or charge on things that you don't need, and they are a pleasure to work with.
The service today was quick and efficient, it was low cost and they even washed my Very dirty trailer for me without asking or charge.
