Fagnan's installation crew arrived on time for a two-day installation of heating and air conditioning; which they competently completed in one day. Their people are courteous, professional and have pride in doing a good job, leaving the work site in a clean and orderly state.

I have been a customer for more than 3 years for both new installations, services and repairs. Services and customer care was great but now they have changed their rate structure leading to a significant jump in costs for repairs. It's time to find competitive pricing elsewhere.

They were amazing to deal with, very honest about what my furnace needed without trying to upsell me on a new furnace.

We have used Fagnan’s a number of times and they are always a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales tactics when they come for a repair or a service. They are our go-to now!

Yesterday we had this company come and service our furnace. They didn't ask if we had any pets in the home or inform us they'd be using some large and noisy equipment for the cleaning that would require the back door to be open while they worked. We have 2 rescue cats and one is very reactive and scared by loud noises and new people. He also likes to hide beside the furnace.

I was upstairs taking care of my infant when I heard the loud noise of one of their machines and thought about my cat, I went to our furnace room and asked if the cat had been beside the furnace, they said yes but he'd ran away up the corner of the wall. Confused by this I said "what? " Our basement is drywalled so I didn't understand this comment. The worker continued to show me that my cat had run to the city water line that is accessible in our basement and up into the ceiling through a hole I didn't know was there.

The workers also didn't see any issue apparently with my cat going through a wall and into the ceiling and didn't think to maybe alert me or turn off their loud devices so the cat wouldn't go further into the ceiling.

I hoped my cat would find his way out tonight while things were dark and quiet but he hasn't and I can here him now meowing in the floor.

I told the woman on the phone yesterday from the company and all she could say was "Sorry. I hope he comes out" No offer to send someone out to help, no offer to reduce the payment (not that that matters) but it seems now I'll be ripping out the ceiling of my finished basement to find my cat and spending $100-$1000s more to rectify this issue that could've been avoided with some simple communication.

New home owners take note that a furnace tune up is a very noisy job and to remove any pets you might have and put them in a safe space or this could happen to you too.

They installed our new furnace and AC and did a great job. Hadn't realized that they have to actually build the furnace on-site to fit into the space. Took two days of steady work. The workers were clean and considerate the whole time.

I've used Fagnan's a few times in the past five years for furnace repair on 2 properties, and also AC install. They do great work at a fair price!

I needed my furnace circuit board replaced (ugh!). The tech did not have the board in his van but arrived early the next day to replace it (I still had heat). He took the time to answer all my questions while he worked. Great service! I will definitely use Fagnan's again.

Arrived within the scheduled timeframe and completed the work promptly. Both workers were pleasant to deal with.

The Fagnan's Furnace Service with their two professional employee Blair and Noah came today to service my furnace clean my furnace ducts and my dryer vents.
They did an awesome and thorough job of servicing my furnace and cleaning all the ducts.
They made sure before leaving that everything was in perfect working condition. I could not be more pleased. I recommend these two individuals and the Fagnan's Furnace Service very highly. You will not be disappointed.

Went threw this company to get our furnace fixed, we were charged an arm and leg then less then 2 months later the same thing broke again when we called ti tell them said oh well no warinity and we're completely unhelpful. Save yourselves some money and go threw a company that know what they're doing so you're not paying twice

Service tech was fabulous and helpful. Used Fagnans numerous times. Very satisfied. Not impressed with dispatcher. He seemed to try his best not to have to send someone because he thought they couldn’t fix it. Not impressed with him.

Waited only a few hours for a technician and they already had the part with them. Was quick and easy!

This outfit is solid. Lots of depth and breadth in their workforce. From the receptionist, to trademen, to owner.

I had them in to give me a quote for my old bungalow that will only get torn down when i sell in a few years. So instead of quoting the usual high efficiency mandatory upgrade, they suggested a mid efficiency retrofit to not waste money. Kudos to the saleman for not trying to upsell me.

Installation was good. Included a 5 year warantee. Tradesmen were smart and knowledgeable. Due to summer install, they offered to re-balance the furnace at the start of the winter (no charge).

Another tradesman came in early winter to re-balance and do a quick overall check. Equally smart and knowledgeable.

This whole organization is doing well in my books. I'll stick with them for future work.

I purchased my furnace through Fagnan's 10 years ago. Throughout the process they were honest and helpful with advice. At the time I was a first time house owner and had no clue what I was doing. I still don't! I just had my furnace turn off without any reason. I tried to trouble shoot on my own and could not get it back on. Long story short, i called the number on my furnace wall and was helped by Fagnan's team. Not only were they kind and honest, they helped me fix the problem without having to send a tech, which these days seems to never happen. They are they type of people you remember and are worth supporting. Local business as well! 10 stars!
