My experience at Fair Deal Furniture was outstanding. Sam and Kezia, the salespersons, provided excellent assistance in selecting furniture for my new house. Their expertise, combined with fair pricing and seamless negotiation, made the process enjoyable. The delivery service was efficient, completing a satisfying overall experience.

Fair Deal Furniture is actually a Great Deal!

Fair Deal Furniture was one of the first furniture stores we visited in our search for power reclining sofas. We found a set that we liked and Jag, our sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable on the product and manufacturer. He quoted us a price which included deliver and tax, we felt zero pressure to make a purchase. We spent the next 3 weeks going to almost all of the furniture stores in Calgary, none had product that was close to the ones we liked at Fair Deal Furniture. One store had the exact sofas but their price was much higher and they wouldn't negotiate a lower price so back to Fair Deal we went.

My purchasing experience was fabulous. Jag remembered us from a few weeks earlier and honored the quote he gave us. Our purchase was made a few days before Christmas, Jag pulled some strings and had the delivery made the very next day. He wanted us to enjoy Christmas Eve/Day on our new recliners. Thank you Jag! That helped make our Christmas all the more enjoyable.

I've recommend Fair Deal Furniture to my friends, family and work colleagues. Our experience at Fair Deal Furniture was the best we've ever had. We will be going to Fair Deal Furniture for all future furniture needs.

Very rude and arrogant. Zero customer service. They think the own the city. Don't spend your hard earned money here. They are thieves.

Just received my furniture order from fairdeal furniture and am I very please. Everything I expected came true. I would like to express my thanks to everyone at this company. The Design Consultant Sam was wonderful to deal with as well as knowledgeable in his field. He knew his stuff.
The Delivery personnel that came to the house were very professional, courteous and had beuatiful smiles.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. Worst experience with a company in my life. We got a brand new couch, came damaged and they messed up their delivery so we had to book another day off work for their mess up. After negotiating, we ended up getting a new piece for our couch…. They messed up on that delivery as well and we had to take another day off work. The new section for the couch was even more damaged than the original one we got. They put holes in our wall when they delivered and it’s been over a month and still haven’t got someone to fix it like they said they would. They won’t reply to anything I send. If you want to save yourself the hassle of dealing with a poor business, I suggest shopping at more reputable store.

This place is a scam! Owner is very rude and disrespectful and known to steal your deposit. Go spend your hard earned money anywhere but this place!

This is like every other Indian furniture shop in Calgary, promised delivery by mid December. And now they do not know when our bed will arrive. Disappointed.
