We spent two nights at this hotel. I was impressed at how clean everything was when I walked in the hotel doors. The rooms are modern and clean with plenty of power outlets. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast, so nothing to write up home about. Cleaning staff were friendly and quick to bring what we needed. I am tea drinker and there was a great selection of tea to chose from. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very good value for your money! The price of the room also includes a hot breakfast with lots of varieties.

Come to the hotel as an IT contractor. However before I introduced my self front desk was super friendly and polite.

Will certenly consider to stay here

Easy to find. Great room. Clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Only downside is no restaurant in hotel and new restaurant next door is pricey. Close easy walk to the casino, but a walkway would be nice.

There is no lotion in the rooms, the bed was made but the mattress cover was all lumpy so I pulled off the sheets to fix it, it has a hole in it, so that is why it was lumpy. Only two towels, needed more as they are so thin and I have to dry my hair.

Something they don't tell you when you reserve is that the day before your arrival they will take a deposit on your credit card for the total amount of your stay. I had blocked 5 rooms for 4 days each and they retained over $3500 on my Visa without informing me even when at time of booking I told them each individual would be responsible for paying for their stay. I had been traveling for work for a whole week before arriving at this hotel so these charges maxed out my Visa. They reverse the charges when you check in but these charges take between 3-5 days to be reversed. I stay in a lot of Marriotts and this is the only place they do that. If the policies do not change I will not book ever again at this hotel. There are several other hotels just a stone throw away from this place.

Beware! This place was absolutely horrible! One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Problems started even with booking when they struggled to book using my group code and then never sent me a confirmation email, even when I asked three separate times. The room had blood on the bathroom floor and the curtains. The bathroom walls and door were covered in the various hairs. The bathroom floor also had a mysterious stain that I can only assume was urine. The duvet was DISGUSTING and various shades of brown stains. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been changed or cleaned since the hotel opened. A dead bug was found in one of the beds. I stayed the one night as everyone else in the wedding group was there, but when I returned in the morning after breakfast to see the bedding in a pile in the middle of the bed (their version of “making the bed” I guess) and my luggage lock broken I decided it was time to leave. I went across the street to a different hotel, who stated this happens constantly - that it’s such a disaster that people are calling all the time trying to switch. I left and requested that a manager call me back to discuss. I thought I was being reasonable and stated that I would pay for the one night I stayed, but refund me for the night I didn’t. But no one ever called me back. They charged me for two nights. I waited a few days and called head office, where they told me they sent a request to the hotel to call me back. I called again 10 days after the initial stay only to find out the hotel closed the request because they stated I had stayed for the two nights. THIS IS A LIE! I have called repeatedly and no one has ever called me back. I did eventually receive an email offering a upgraded room for my next stay - like I would ever go back there. I was only in town for a wedding and do not plan on ever returning to Lethbridge. How about just giving me my money back? My response to his email about this not being an acceptable alternative was never replied to. I decided it was time to put a review online as this behaviour is not acceptable! Everyone I talked to from the wedding had problems and the manager never contacted them either (even the bride!), so I think there is a fundamental problem here!

Location is good, hotel interior was satisfactory. I did however find a large hair in my bed. Unfortunately it was almost midnight and we couldn’t be switched to another room because we originally had 2 side by side rooms and there were no other adjoining rooms available. The night reception promised she would leave a note for the daytime manager and offered new sheets. When I spoke to the manager the next morning, she knew nothing about it. She initially tried to offer me 10% off only but then changed it to 20% off which still didn’t seem like much given that we found a hair in the bed and in the bathroom. I won’t be staying there again. Oh and for the guests with celiac allergies, the free breakfast offers almost nothing that you can eat. I did ask for gf toast which they had but did not have a separate toaster and all of the cereals, waffle maker and sausages were not allergy conducive. Disappointing on all levels.

Always clean and the staff is always friendly. This is my go to stay when I’m in Lethbridge. The breakfast is passable but included with the room.

I do appreciate that the TV system allows you to log into your streaming services. Not every hotel offers that yet.

I've stayed here several times in the last year. The hotel is in a convenient location (but then again, in Lethbridge you're never more than 10-15 minutes away from anything), and the free breakfast is great, starting at 6am. The hotel is kept clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Be sure to verify that the air conditioning is working properly in your room. Mine would not cool the room below 22 degrees, which was very unpleasant in the summer.

We stayed one night. Room was clean and comfy, staff was friendly, pool area was warm, lived that they have a small laundry facility and hot breakfast. It's also close to gas and groceries. We had a good time

We stayed their overnight on June 10 for a wedding.very nice property.rooms are quite large and very clean.check in was a little slow due to computers being down, but not the fault of the staff. Breakfast was really good.

Worst experience ever at a Fairfield by Marriott. Do not stay here, there is way better hotels in Lethbridge. Don’t go there because of the chain and because the other locations you stayed at were good. Lethbridge location is the worst hotel I’ve ever been too.

Clean rooms, and with breakfast included, are very much a given when when youre checked in at a Fairfield Marriott hotel and their Lethbridge location is no exception. Joanne of reception was also very helpful especially when it came to helping us how to use their coin-operated and self-service laundry services.
Breakfast was served from 6 AM to 10 AM, but since we arrived past 9 AM, we barely were able to  avail of their cheese omellette - which understandably was not refilled anymore.

The Marriott brand is my go-to, and as usual, they did not disappoint. The Fairfield Inn Lethbridge was great. Clean, friendly staff. A+

It's okay. It's clean and cheap. There's breakfast included and pretty good too. It near the casino. Bud sadly not really near anything else.

I travel a lot for work, and have been a long-time marriott bonvoy member. Treated like absolute gold at every marriott bonvoy hotel I've been at, except this one. This hotel staff is difficult and unaccommodating. It's not any one issue, it's every little interaction and request. Truly, if there was another marriott bonvoy hotel in Lethbridge I would most definitely switch my allegiances, and quite possibly will anyways.

Advertised that they accept debit deposit but doesn't actually accept debit deposit. Very poor treatment by management and by staff.

Many hotels, including the Holiday Inn right across the road, do accept debit as a form of deposit and did not require a credit card. The front office staff did absolutely nothing to assist me at the time and although I did raise my voice, I never became verbally abusive and was only asked to leave when I raised my voice because they completely refused to refund me at the time, although I'm being told a refund is being processed now by Expedia.
