Fairmont Banff Springs

I visited the Fairmont Spa for a 60 Minute Massage and had Patrick as my massage therapist. He was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. He was also very personable and it was great talking to him. Would highly recommend asking for him as your massage therapist if you want a true Fairmont Experience!

This place was magical. Property was amazing. Town was charming and the views are spectacular.

I have been going to the Banff area for over 60 years. I had never stayed at the Banff Spring Hotel. This was a bucket list thing. My room had an outstanding view and was clean and extremely well organized. The bed gave me an very good nights sleep. My only possible complaint was that I could not eat at the restaurant in the hotel. You must reserve a place in advance.

I have never been so sad leaving a hotel. It's obviously a stunning location and facility but the staff were amazing! They all really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. We are already trying to convince ourselves this will be an annual visit.

We opted for the Gold experience and the lounge was really worth it to us. It included breakfast, non-alcoholic drinks, canapes and dessert every day. They even let us know we could make ourselves a packed lunch from the breakfast buffet to take with us for the day!

Highly recommend the outdoor pool at night. Nothing like being surrounded by mountains and trees while stargazing.

Excellent experience here, from dinner to enjoying a few drinks in the lounge. We danced in the hall in the dark with the knights watching over us.

I gotta say, it's a must visit place if you are out here trying to look for a place for gateway, weeding and all kinds of stuff. Even if no one you know is having an occasion here. Just go and get this experience it's a life time self treat that you will live to be proud of

Quite possibly my favorite hotel in the world! The rooms were excellent, service for the gold rooms unmatched, and the views were just breathtaking. We cannot wait to return!

I watched Dex's video, so I don't like it, isn't there room 837 and there are terrible sounds in that room and there are ghosts inside, it's not a hall

Beautiful hotel, exceptional and respectful staff, excellent food - overall the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Throw in the Canadian Rockies and Banff with the scenery and it’s a win all the way around.

Really loved this place. We stayed in a king room that had a patio door that you could walk across the grass to the guest-only pool. The room was really nothing special, but it did have a patio and loungers.
The key is the guest-only hot pool. We grabbed a cup of coffee in the morning from the coffee shop and headed over to the pool to have a lovely morning coffee.
Breakfast was extremely good.

Very nice and beautiful old hotel. You can really feel the history of the place when you talk through the big hall and so on. We only slept here for one night, but we wished we has more so we could explore and enjoy the beautiful buildings and view. The breakfast is great! It got all you need. And the waiters in the restaurant are very polite and service minded. A really nice experience. I recommend visiting the old hotel and enjoy a couple of days in Banff. The rooms are also nice, and the bed was perfect.

The Fairmont Banff Springs reigns supreme as the consummate hotel castle experience for guests and visitors alike. Perched atop overlooking the river, he historic castle owes its facades the quarried stone which has faced oxidisation giving it its unique color.
The lobby and the interior are weighty with class and service, numerous bars and open atrium spaces were a delight.
The backyard terrace was the highlight, with lawn games available, and seats to soak in the crisp summer air.
All told, this hotel isn't just premium accommodation, it's a must see tourist stop as well as part of your Banff experience.

Everyone was friendly and the service was impeccable! I was there for work, the Banff World Media Festival. The staff was always ready to help with any requests we had. The rooms were fabulous and comfortable. The food, AMAZING! And of course the food and hospitality during the events and evening events was always spot on! Loved being able to jump in the pool and hot tub before work as well!

Used to work here over 30 years ago. What a treat to be able to now stay as a guest. Hotel staff very welcoming and accommodating. Smiles all around for memory lane.

We stayed for 2 days in July in a small suite with fireplace. Our room was never cleaned while staying there which was quite disappointing for the price we paid.

Was not staying here but had a wonderful afternoon tea, and found my car battery completely dead on leaving. Eden (valet area outside) was absolutely wonderful starting my car and made a stressful situation really easy to deal with he was amazing thank you! 5 star service fantastic

Breathtaking view. My (now) fiancee proposed at the Rundle bar and the staff were beyond lovely. The entire place is gorgeous, I can't wait to go back for our anniversary

We absolutely loved the resort and amenities. We were there for our 40th anniversary and the staff made our day very special. Had a relaxing massage and excellent food. Took many walks on the trails by the hotel as well. Our only complaint was the bathroom was a bit tight. Would highly recommend your hotel. Well done:)

In March 2000, I traveled to Victoria with my parents,
The temperature is minus 27 degrees, a snow-white world
Revisit in the summer of July 2019, the temperature is 10 degrees cooler,
The peerless beauty is still there, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant, and different seasons have different feelings

The room is elegant and comfortable, the breakfast and swimming pool facilities are also great

Suggestion: Canadian weather factors, the peak season is May-October, go to travel and spend, if you have economic considerations, please avoid, the price difference is 2-3 times

This stay was a 60th anniversary celebration for my Aunt and Uncle. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and were delighted with everything.

Was lucky enough to spend time in Banff with my husband on a work trip. Could not have asked for better accommodations…the Fairmont is absolutely amazing with fabulous customer service and gorgeous views. You can’t go wrong spending time at this truly amazing resort
