I have my experience in reviews. To sum it up this is the work of Ann and you should most definitely feel lucky to have anyone do your nails but as my first te going here Ann made it very clear she puts lots of pride into her work and loves what she does I couldn't be happier.

I travel across the city to have Mary do my nails. She’s a perfectionist. Your nails appear natural (thin and not curled) and flawless.

Lisa is wonderful and amazing to have do my nails. She helps me create my ideas and brings them to life! I love coming here.

I have been going to this Salon for over a year now and the service is excellent. Lisa does a great job on my nails and she is always pleasant and professional. I always look forward to my appointments.

My friend and I came here for pedicures and were really pleased with the service. There were only 2 girls working there on a busy Saturday as one girl had called in, but they managed it well and didn't rush our pedicures like I was worried they would have after seeing how busy they were.

They did the scrub, lotion, and massage of the legs and feet. But they also brought out hot stones and a hot towel for your legs and feet as well. And all of this only cost $35!

This place is a rip off! I don't even know what kind of service they have for the regular price. For a regular french tip of just 2 nails you have to pay additional $20! Are you for real?
This is my first time and last time to come to this place. I regularly use acrylic nails and am so familiar with the price. The pedicure was a joke. It was so fast that even my dead skin wasn't properly cleaned. I should have trust the 1 star reviews before i decided to come here. It's a complete waste of time. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ended up getting blood poisoning due to unhygienic cleaning methods. Do NOT go to this place. Very rude and rough staff also.

Went for new fill and pedicure for my bday. The pedicure was not that great at all, water was cold and she barely rubbed my feet n lady beside was getting amazing looking foot massage. Week later and my nails are already lifting. Not the nicest. Don't think I'll be going back there.

I won't go back. Sure it's cheaper but unsanitary. I should not have to ask the technician to wash her hands after touching another client then touching my face to wax my brows.she still didn't use soap! Gross. The mirror used after to check my brows is filthy, never gets cleaned. And now I see my brows in the sunlight I have to go home and pluck everything she missed.

Unfortunately lots of air bubbles and a few hairs in this gel set. But I still enjoyed my time and like how they look. But the air bubbles definitely affect the aesthetic for future reference. I don’t like to complain in person because I feel it’s rude. Thankyou and take care!

The horror! I got a set of acrylics done when I was out of town, and since they were growing out, I decided to get them removed. This place had good reviews, and when I called to make an appointment, the woman on the phone assured me that they can do acrylic nail removals, despite the website only listing gel removals as a service. I was expecting a soak-off, or something similar. However, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment time (11: 00), I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to start, because the nail tech was late! When she started, she didn’t greet me or ask me how I was doing, she just asked what I wanted (which was a simple nail removal), and she started to use the dremmel on my nails, which I thought was fine to get the top layer of gloss polish off. However, she just kept going. She was trying to get the acrylic dip powder off by just filing it off, and using gel polish remover! She nicked my fingers THREE TIMES, and barely apologized. When she seemed satisfied, she dusted off my hands and told me to rinse them off. She didn’t bother to apply any oil or file my natural nails or anything, which I thought would be common courtesy. I didn’t pay that close attention to what they looked like, all I knew is that they looked dull and a little scratched. I paid the $15 and left. However, when I got home, I realized that they were uneven, and still had the acrylic dip powder all over them! There were some spots where she had left too much, and others where she had ground into my natural nail and left it deeply scratched. I have thin nails, and if she had gone on any longer, she would’ve put a hole through them! Thankfully I had a bit of acetone nail polish remover at home, as well as a buffer, so at least I have been able to get them smooth myself. Needless to say, this salon is unprofessional, untrained, and I beg you, for the health of your nails, stay away!

I had a very bad experience here. To start when I arrived I was seated at a very dirty station with random nail clippings and shavings everywhere and that was not cleaned at all before they did my nails, as well as the file was used and dirty and all of the drill attachments were dirty even the ones she didn’t use for me.

The customer service was terrible! I was struggling to hear what the nail tech was saying and if I didn’t respond within seconds she would very rudely yell it at me not to mention that she only talked to the other nail techs and only talked to me when barking orders, and when I showed them the inspiration photo they picked out a colour that wasn’t what I wanted and almost refused to switch it, then she forgot to apply a top coat on one of my nails and when I pointed it out she refused to fix it saying she already had.

The nail’s themselves look ok from a distance but not great, none of them are the same length, the French tip is very sloppy and the colour underneath is streaky since she only applied one coat, not to mention she filed the nail again after the paint was dry which now gives it a very unprofessional look.

Overall I would give this experience 0 stars and would definitely advise you not to go here.

Have been seeing Mary for years and she always does a fantastic job, a perfectionist with an eye for detail - always leave the salon obsessed with my nails! The salon is very clean and modern. Highly recommend to check them out and book in with Mary!

Had my first visit today. Paid extra for "mermaid" shellac brand of colours. Picked a light lilac/pink colour. Nails were dark violet/black when finished. I commented twice that the colour was significantly darker than I expected or liked but was told "that's what you picked". I've attached photos comparing the colour I picked and how my finished nails looked. Will be getting these redone as they are much too dark.

My mother in law and I had the Deluxe Pedicure. Oh, my! Such an experience! It was totally amazing and my feet have never been this soft. Terrific time! What a treat if you want to spoil someone or purchase a gift card. We had Vietnamese Coffee, too!

I love the way Lisa at Fairmont Nails & Spa does my nails. Always such a good job and she's a bit of a perfectionist which means my nails are always top quality and soooooooooooo cool!

Best gel nails EVER! Lisa is a true artist, she did a great job correcting a previous salons set that needed a full but was too thick. She thinned them out evenly and I can't believe how natural they look, she worked efficiently and I will definitely be coming back!

I had a great experience in this salon. I asked for walk in on Sunday afternoon and I wasn’t positive my nails getting done with this short notice. I was the last person in there and didn’t feel any pressure. I showed my picture which was a lot of work for the painting and design, she mentioned the cost. She started and finished my nails exactly how I wanted in the picture, even and perfect. The most impressive thing was that she didn’t leave the job at 5 that they closed. She considered every single detail that I wanted and finished after the work hour. I really appreciate it and recommend them.

The ladies here are fantastic, my go to place from now on! They are super gentle with everything they do and male sure you’re comfortable during every step.

Highly recommend this salon! All the ladies here are very nice and friendly, especially Kelly, she is lovely! She did a very good job and I love the result! Will be coming back here in the future!

Very bad experience here. I went for my eyebrows, I have really thick eyebrows and asked her to keep it thick and arch. That lady first said ok.then obeviosly she ruined my eyebrows and made it supper thin. When I complaint she start yelling at me. And she was not even listening me proper for other services. When I was about to pay for the service I complaint there about that lady and she literary ignored my complaint and the other lady who gave me the terrible service was there as well and she was talking to her other employee in their own language it was clear that they were talking about me. I will not recommend this place to anyone for any service. Bad experience ever.

I have been getting my nails done for a while now and I'm highly recommend this place. The staffs are friendly and the place also very clean. The lady name Kelly, who give me my nails done last time, is a professional where she know what she is doing and her skills is great! I love it!

Looove fairmount nails such an amazing experience with KELLY.she was so sweet, and did an amazing job on my nails! The best set I've ever had.her attention to detail was perfect! The shape, the polish, everything. I received so many compliments! Super happy with the price as well. I had Jenny for my pedicure and she was very kind.
All the girls that were here today were all welcoming and kind. If you want a place that will take care of you and treat you lovely this is the place to come

Was a beautiful experience. I forgot the lady that did my toes but her husband was in construction, and let me tell you, I've had some awful pedicures, this one was above and beyond. I will deffinatly be back! Such a great atmosphere.

This nail salon is excellent! They did an amazing job and Rose (who did my nails) was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this place!

Never on time with appointments. Really no purpose in booking an appointment online at all as your time will not be respected. Waited 45 minutes before even starting my treatment. I watched a couple leave without finishing their treatment because it took so long to get started.

Absolutely recommend the Deluxe pedicure! My feet and legs have never felt softer and the lady was super professional

After going on a 3 day backpacking trip I really felt like I needed to be pampered. I looked around and found the nail salon with the best reviews and it was Fairmount Nails and Spa. I phoned and they were able to get me in the same day which was amazing. They did everything right in my opinion from a COVID perspective. Hand sanitizer at the door, everyone wearing masks, proper distancing and detailed instructions on their expectations. The salon is very clean. I had a pedi and mani and Eva took very good care of me. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage chair and the overall atmosphere is very professional. I will be back soon with my daughter and daughter-in-law! Thanks to Eva and Fairmount Nails and Spa for making my Saturday perfect!

All the staff were super nice and it was my first pedicure. They made me feel very comfortable and I was very happy with the results! I will be back.:)

I drive all the way from Shawnessy to Fairmount Nails just because they’re THAT amazing. The customer service is great and quick.

I was treated very well and my feet and hands look so much better then they did after 4 months of isolation. The young lady went the extra mile to make my experience relaxing and fulfilling complete with chair massage, hot rocks and leg massage and hot towels! I felt it fit my budget too. I will go back there again. The bonus is that I live close by and it’s a nice 12 minute walk there.

They did a great job for sanitizing after each client and as always I got a very good service for pedicure and new set For my nail and she designed for me and this design is my first that I like it. Thank you

This was my first time at this place and Fong was very thorough and removed my ingrown toe nails. She spent a lot of time on my feet and the hot stones and hot towels were fantastic!
Definitely be going back!

The staff is so friendly, helpful and truly want to make you happy with your time there. I like the cleanliness, especially the plastic bag lining the pedicure basin that they throw out after each client
