The team at Fairstone was very professional! I would recommend this team as they were very patient and worked with me in getting all the proper documents and paperwork was well explained.

Horrible spam mail practices. Blank envelopes are a horrible practice that aren't caught by anti-spam markings.

I had 2 loans with them, one of them was in the process of being paid off and I was told to submit a stop payment on it by my lawyer. I accidentally put a stop payment on the wrong loan. They charged me a $25.00 fee. I called them and explained the situation and they said "too bad" we get charged a fee from the bank. Sure, but you also charge people 39.99% annual interest. Shame on me for ever dealing with such a corrupt organization. Would not recommend to anyone. I also waited 2 weeks to speak to a manager. STAY AWAY.

Samantha was amazing! I found myself in a bind and needed assistance very quickly. From the time I applied to the time I had the funds, it was about 12 hours! She was very professional, helpful and went above & beyond what I expected. She made the process very easy, explained everything in detail and was incredibly efficient. It was my first time using Fairstone and it will not be the last.

Horrible customer service.
Won’t answer basic questions about the pending process over email even though it’s a generic question. I work on the phone all day so I can’t answer and I don’t want to waste my time if they can’t even answer generic questions.

You have to input all your personal info to get any information about a loan. If you decline they won’t remove your personal information off their computers at all.
I’m sure I’m going to get much more spam calls now that these clowns have my information.

Worst company to even inquire with. Don’t bother!

Edit: I didn't ask to be removed from marketing. I wanted my personal information DELETED from theor computers because I do have that right. I asked then 4 times but they ate making it seem like I didn't ask at all.

They continue to show me the trend of being the worst company ever.

Karin was very quick and professional. I enjoyed her customer service, and would highly recommend her quality of work to anyone.

Eman helped me so much I would send anyone to deal with Eman. She has what it takes to deal with customers in a caring respectful way you go girl.

Honestly its a very positive and friendly location and hala who helped me step by step and answered all of my questions that i had and understood that i needed some help so i could get some schooling and training done i was in and out in half the time i thought it would of been and very professional customer service, so if you need a loan this is the place to go

Absolute loan sharks they don't even mention the interest rate until the last minute. For your own sake don't deal with these people extremely rude when they get even the slightest hint that you have a question they were trying to avoid the entire time.

Samantha from there requested I give a time I could pay my loan, I gave her a date and she said that’s not good enough and I then mentioned that’s all I could do for now and can’t manage otherwise hung up and she called back and left a message saying I was being rude and left a rude comment when all I was doing was cooperating and giving a date like she requested.

Customer service was very poor since I was just following the request.

Helped me consolidate my debt, friendly and efficient customer service. Also was able to do the paperwork online fast and easy!

Lorraine spent a few extra minutes to make sure that I understood my current situation outside of Fairstone and then what she would do if she was me to ensure that I can improve it.

Rates are lower than other competitors and service (at least from her) is amazing which is why I am comfortable dealing with Fairstone.

There's not too many people I can say I trust when dealing with loan agencies but she was easy to talk to since you can tell that she was there to help, not just sell.

Super friendly, professional, helpful, and caring staff! From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted with smiles! I dealt with Farhan and I have to say that he went above and beyond what was expected! I was so impressed with him that I have sent family to see him. The manager Erika and the rest of the staff went out of their way to help out and they really work great as a team. The vibe of the office is upbeat, friendly, and very comfortable. I am definately giving a 5 star review for this branch and all its employees. Kudos to you guys!
