We got loan for appliances from bestbuy and payed for it.after payment they sent us interest charges for $5000 some changes. It spouse to be 12 months no interest. Stay away from fair stone you will get trouble. I have even payment statements and receipts

Tammy at the west end branch was prompt on our application and booking us appointments to sign paperwork. She was also so patient with us when our toddler was having a “moment” and trying to grab everything. We really appreciated that as being a parent of a little one isn’t alway easy during appointments. She was quick to return calls and answer all questions or concerns we had.

Harassment! I applied for a loan through them on a furniture website by an accident. I closed the account immediately because I wasn’t interested to get in debt. That was back in 2021. Since then they have been harassing me with letters in the mail every month that I have been approved for that loan and to reapply for it. I sent back the letters and called them to stop. They stopped sending me the letters for just a couple of months then they started sending them back my way again.they just have no respect to customers.

I have had a very pleasant experience with the team at the west end branch, to elaborate i had a best buy account to purchase some electronics and after buying my stuff i called in and added an account and turned out i was not given the proper account info, the employee gave me the wrong information for my account.fast forward a couple months after making 6 payments to the account i was given i got told the money was not applied to my account.when i called i kept getting put off to the next person, only when i went in to the branch on the westend of Edmonton, i talk to a wonderful lady named Nataliia and she helped me get the proper account information and took it upon herself to get the mix up fixed for me, and all the payments i had made got applied to the correct account, so for that i am very thankful for her hard work and dedication to their customers!

My experience with Tammy at this branch of Fairstone has always been positive. There is no judgement and she has always been very professional and friendly. I would definitely refer others to Tammy. Helped me out when I really needed it and the process was very simple.

Really nice people. They really understand what there doing and try and help you with your debt. If you have any questions there always willing to help as much as they can. Even during this hard time they were very professional and easy to talk with.

Horrible Service would not recommend. You would be better off getting money from an Loan Shark. Stay stay away.

If I could give no stars I would. Every time I call in to ask questions regarding my loan I get nothing but pure attitude and reluctance to assist me better. This location is not a very happy or friendly environment I would suggest the 137th ave location.

I so nearly signed up for a $10k loan. I was told it was 40% interest. Which was over 5 years or 60 months. Without all the "insurance" they offer my monthly payment was working out as $367.04 for 60 months. When basic math tells me that $14000 (because the interest is borrowed to you also) ÷ 60 months is $233.
I was then told more lies. The lies being that the acutal pay back amount is $22,022.40
They are making $12k on a $10k loan.
And they offer this to you like they are helping you out. STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOAN SHARKS "Im so happy i was able to use a calculator Kevin"
