Adiba and Irene helped us when we applied for secured loan. They have an excellent customer service. I recommend this branch if you need cash for extra or for emergency later just come to this location. Wonderful job Adiba and Irene. Thank you so much for helping us.
It was a terrible experience! I was told I was approved, then 48 hours later was told I wasn't The human who I talked to didn't give a name And 20 questioned me on why I was on vacation, and I found out later she entered all of my information wrong, what lead me to be approved then denied, and when I asked to talk to management I was told no because they were busy.
The entire experience of talking to this human was terrible, they couldn't get my employment right and then got mad when I tried to pronounce things better
I have to tell you all that I have enjoyed working with everyone at Fairstone. Regie and Adiba were fantastic to work with they were polite and friendly great experience.
Irene & Regie did an amazing job on my application. They made it look easy, I will recommend them. They are willing to sacrifice all the time for you to get your application ready.
Excellent. Adiba was extremely patient with me. Thorough on all information. Guided me through every part of the application. Polite in every communication and deliverance
My first experience with Fairstone was a good experience. The loan was granted quickly. After receiving that loan I have been getting so many offers to get additional money. I finally decided to take them up on a loan to do home renos. They denied me saying the property wasn’t valuable enough to support the loan request. Funny that my current mortgagor has offered to give much more funding at a lower interest rate than Fairstone and my income is the same. Then they pester me to accept a $1000 loan to which I finally said ok. I had to give the last 2 years T4s to them and now they say I don’t make enough money to have them do the small $1000 loan. They pestered me relentlessly and didn’t even have the balls to call and say that in their great wisdom I don’t make enough money to repay a dinky little loan. Beware cause they will pester you once they get you hooked. I will pay out my existing loan with them and never look at them again.
It doesn’t get any better than Asian, she’s very professional and thorough but so understanding to one’s needs when in need, she’s made a huge difference in my life and am so very greatful, your company is so lucky to have her, take care of her and appreciate her as I am Marilyn Liesch
Really it was my own fault for not doing the homework. I failed to properly research my interest rates before signing the agreement. However - the agent had that information in front of her and still convinced me it was the best option. If the goal truly is to get people out of debt - the advice should include options that don't include signing up for a loan with 36% interest rate. Yikes. However. What this experience did do, was get me to take a look at my finances and move things around and be more aggressive in paying off my line of credit and then this ridiculous loan. I would suggest doing that instead of signing up for this service. Get advice from a financial advisor rather than someone whose job it is to get down on their luck folks to sign up for a loan that they'll pay for twice over.
