Everytime I have gone in there I hsve gotten really good service. Me and my fiance went in there not that long ago we got great service from Kamal she was fantastic.

I’d like to express a big thank you to Kamal for going above and beyond in my recent visit. She helped me with further inquiries regarding financial education. She helped to make the process easy and clear. It’s not often that staff like her have gone the extra mile to insure the extra knowledge is there for a client. I’d recommend this office.

Raghu Chopra was amazing helping me refinance and deal with issues on my credit to get it completed. He is personable and kind.

This branch practices very predatory lending tactics. They purposefully omit information or mislead you in order to gain consent to do a hard credit check, which will decrease your credit score. They will be vague and deceptive about your monthly payment cost to get you through the door.

They will beat around the bush when you try to ask clarifying questions to ensure you’re not being taken advantage of. I highly recommend staying away from this company.

I said what I said. This company is predatory. Ask for a loan with your bank as the interest will be much lower.

Melaney Gomez is the most caring knowledgeable, and personable agent i have ever met. Melaney made me feel acknowledged and secure, she really listened to me. She also made the application process seamless. I was blown away!

Lovella accommodated us nicely. She’s really good and knowledgeable to anything. She talked to us in a good way and she gave a lot of information.

I needed a loan and had a offer in my email that guarantees the amount that I needed. Went down to the Fairstone Financial on 12835 140ave to speak with lending specialist Raghu Chopra about it and he provided quick professional services that left me with absolutely no questions or confusion. Thank you for taking the time to help me out and for showing me patience and kindness.

I called this branch of Fairstone a couple of weeks ago to inquire about the offer card I received from them. The lady whom I spoke to asked for my personal details without informing me that she would be checking my credit score from Equifax. She went ahead and did it, which ended up affecting my credit score. I never asked for a loan; I was just confirming the offer card. It feels like a scam, and I don't know what to do.
