Great place! Beautiful kitchen to cook a couple meals in for a weekend. Super super clean! And the staff at the front desk are really lovely. We’ll be back!

Room was booked and quoted but it got changed to a smaller room without my knowledge.
It was taken care of and the manager was very helpful.

This is an amazing place to stay! We travel frequently and this is definitely at the very top of our list! The best night of sleep, friendly staff, clean and roomy accommodations, and a parking garage. What a wonderful location. It doesn’t get any better than this.

We stayed here on the second night of our honeymoon in the king suite and it was absolutely incredible! The guy at the front desk was so nice, and gifted us a bottle of red wine for our honeymoon. The suite was super spacious, and very clean. It had everything you could want plus a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bed was so comfy, you just melt into it. We loved sitting out on the patio in the mornings, too. It's nicely located only about a 15-20 min walk to the center of town, and it's a beautiful walk with very accessible roads and crosswalks along the way. It was an incredible time and I only wished we stayed there longer.

Good location, good staff, rooms are of good size and comfortable but have very thin walls, so you hear the neighbours convos clearly very early in the morning. A lot of rooms overlook the carpark and face inwards, which removes a level of privacy. Chinese restaurant was nice.

Great stay at Falcon Crest. The rooms are spacious and clean. It’s a great value for your money. Josh was very kind and accommodating.

Before I go into the review let me say the lodgings at Falcon Crest Lodge are excellent, great amenities (hot tub), extremely clean, it is extremely conveniently located by downtown Canmore, and the staff superseded my expectations.
My wife and myself spontaneously decided to go to Canmore on a Saturday in mid-September (high season). With no prior reservation we went to Falcon Crest (in person) in Canmore to see if they had a room available (we had been there before and also have a very positive review). They had one room (suite) left which we booked.
Without seeing the room we left to do sightseeing for the rest of the day and buy groceries for the suite. Going back to the room we saw that there was no oven in the room. Going to the front desk we mentioned to the staff (Josh) that there was not an oven. In all fairness, this was a last minute “day of booking” on our part in high season and Canmore is extremely busy so we were lucky to get any room knowing that Falcon Crest was fully booked after we grabbed the last room.
Knowing, and being fine with this, getting back to our suite we received a call from Josh indicating he had found another room with an oven and would we want to move over (which we did). About 10 minutes after switching rooms we received another call from Josh asking if the unit was to our satisfaction (which it was). Finally on check out the next day, Josh left a note for the staff and they noted and apologized for the room transfer and once again asked about our stay. That is excellent customer service.
This attention to customer service and the client experience (in addition to room cleanliness, convenience, and amenities) Clique offers through Falcon Crest is exemplary (particularly since room/type availability during high season was beyond their control).

Great area with fully stocked condos and 2 hot tubs. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Some units have views of the mountains. Underground and street parking available

Rocky and Nagee were fantastic! They gave us exceptional service! Having never stayed at Falcon Crest Lodge before, we did not know what to expect, but the rooms were very clean and beautiful, the ammenities were outstanding. Can not wait to book back in!

Usually stay at the Falcon Crest Lodge when in Canmore. It's easy to find and get into - and they have nice underground parking. We had a killer view of the Three sisters. The room had everything we wanted - coffee maker - even cream in the fridge. I highly recommend them. The guest services manager Najee was helpful, and looked after everything!

Very clean, large sized room with all the amenities you could ask for. They even have movies and popcorn at the front desk that comes with the room. The staff was very friendly to work with as well! Would recommend to others traveling in this area.

The room with the kitchen was perfect for me. Great bathrooms, very quiet ad good wifi connection. Loved it!

We had a great stay here. The rooms are good-sized with a full kitchen. Although we forgot one of our personal cutlery item in their drawer, they have everything you need for the stay (we realized later that we shouldn'thave brought so many items, only to forget something). You also get a clothes washer and dryer, which is very convenient for muti day stays. The only thing is their sofa bed is not comfortable, so if you are staying for long, consider a bigger room/bed size. They have an underground parking, which is quite big, and I saw car wash equipment in the underground lot), although we didn't need to use it. It's close to the highway exits 91 and 89 and the views are great. There is a barbeque also available for your unit. Staff was friendly. Prices can be on the higher side, depending on when you book, but would definitely stay again next time if the total cost falls within budget

It was my first trip to Canmore and decided to stay at the Falcon Crest Lodge. This place was excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area, it will not disappoint!

Got a free room upgrade into a full suite, always a plus. Great amenities and infrastructure.

My family came to visit we used air b&b and the room was horrible last minute najee saw our frustration and hooked us up with a beautiful 2 bedroom suite. He saved our vacation

Stayed here on vacation for 2 nights. Donna at the front desk was very, very nice and I appreciate her kindness. We stayed in a king suite with a pullout couch and kitchen. Very nice room, very clean-and I check! It was a very upscale and cozy feel to the room. Bathroom was great. Soap provided was actually good quality, lots of towels. Location was central enough to be convenient. Underground parking which I loved, pressure washer available for use, I used it to get the bugs off my car (pressure sucks tho). My complaints however are; the mattress on the pullout couch was not all that comfortable-especially compared to the king bed. Biggest issue was our screen door which led to our patio. When we checked in our room the glass door was left wide open-why? ! Seems like a huge security risk. But whatever. Screen door was off its track and I was unable to open it. Told the front desk. I then told the front desk the next morning before we left so they could fix it. They did not. We were told at checkout it’s unable to be fixed and needs to be ordered/replaced. That’s fine! Why not remove the screen door completely so we could have used the patio? We paid over $700 for two nights, would have loved to use the great patio/BBQ, but couldn’t because our door wouldn’t open. No discount of any kind was offered. Ridiculous in my opinion. And now they will rent it out to more people who will also be unable to access the patio-also ridiculous. Not impressed. Would have been a 5 star if it wasn’t for that. Seems like a small detail-but when you’re paying a premium price for a premium room, that was unacceptable.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Falcon Crest Lodge. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The kitchen essentials also came in handy. The BBQ with the mountain views was the best part.
The front desk are very sweet and professional. They were able to help us with locating local biking trails and suggesting other places.
Jason the host (we booked this places through an AirBnB) was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely return.

I would rather stay here than Banff given how close it is.

I came from USA to celebrate my birthday.when i was trying to check in there was a problem where they give me the wrong keys so went down to counter and received new keys but it still didnt work, so the person actually came to 2nd floor trying to open the door for me and there was somebody already assigned to the room.when i went down to resolve issue with rooms they assigned me new room.but in that wrong room there was my birthday cake that we have requested for, so they asked the the person who was assigned to our original room had to give our cake back and when we received cake the candles were broken and it was late at night, so i couldnt even get new candles.so i wanted to reach the manager of this hotel and the customer service of this hotel was trash.the workers always replied with my manager has left for the day and as a traveler i have alot of schedule set up for tours and the manager didnt work his time to resolve the issue and i had to work out at his schedule. Finally when i got to speak to manager on the day of our check out he said “candles were not included it was for free. ” so i guess birthday cake comes with no candles and if they gave for free they dont have fault on breaking it and all the issues i had, staying at this hotel.i waited 2days to speak with manager and when i was talking to workers they were sincerely apologizing but the one who is in charge was not sincere and just trying to deny their fault

We had a great stay! I spent one week with my whole family (kids, in-laws, etc), and everything was fantastic!
The restaurant was one of the best in the city, it really worth the "all you can eat" for 35CAD$.
The room was impeccable, and everything was excellent!
And the front desk attendants were all incredible as well. My admiration, gratitude and greetings to Josh, Shanon and Najee!
Strongly recommend staying!

Gave 4 stars on location because our room was close to busy road, noise sitting outside for coffee in the morning, but the view of three Sisters was beautiful.

Very nice hotel! Great location and our room was spotless with all necessary amenities. The staff was super helpful and friendly during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were very nice with a functional kitchenette and very good bathroom. Nice balcony and comfortable bed. Staff were very good and their local knowledge helped with our stay
