Family Braces NW Orthodontist Calgary

I go out of my way to go to the Beacon Hill location solely because of the staff based on my initial assessment and all my follow up appointments for the last year. They’ve been there right from the beginning and for the times I didn’t know what to do because my dog ate my one of aligners the day I swapped them (I wish I was kidding), my jaw pain was a little too intense, or when my elastics wouldn’t stop snapping in half every hour. Everyone has been so lovely to me and I really do enjoy my appointments because they make sure I’m always comfortable. If you’re thinking about Invisalign as an adult - I highly recommend them. The entire process was extremely easy & the staff always puts their best foot forward. It’s truly appreciated!

The whole process was really well organized and streamlined. I visited the NW location and the one on 130St.and they were both organized and had next steps all figured out. As an adult who has considered getting braces many times, I always ultimately decided not to because of the added hassle in already busy life.

However, after a free consultation with Family Braces, I finally found an option that was comfortable (invisible instead of braces with elastics), affordable (monthly payment plan) and simple (a quick appt every few months).

I am nearing the end now and it’s almost time to have my attachments removed. My smile looks great and I am so happy with the experience!

Great polite and effective service. Always on time. All the little details of have been dialed in. The whole process feels like a well-oiled brand-retail machine, which normally makes my skeptical engineering self suspicious that I might be getting ripped off, but with a fair bit of shopping around I found these guys to also be the most cost-effective. I recommend Family Braces.

This is our third experience with braces.our two oldest children had their orthodontic work done by a group of orthodontists in the NW. I could sum up our experience with our oldest two as expensive with mediocre results. For child # 3, I was ready for a different experience so I booked a free consultation with Family Braces. Right from the start I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. Consultations and X-rays are free. Costs are upfront and don't change. There are no high pressure tactics. I've never had to wait more than 3 minutes for an appointment. Everything about Family Braces has impressed me and I am so pleased to have this orthodontic experience with my younger two children at less than half the price of my oldest two's treatments. Highly recommend!

Family Braces has been my orthodontist for about 4 years now. I finally get my braces off this december and the transformation from what my teeth used to look like is absolutely astonishing. You guys have given me the ability to smile with confidence and i’m forever grateful.

My son Ryder has his Invisilign from here and the experience has been amazing. Appointments are always on time, the schedule for the procedures and process is clearly the communicated, any issues are addressed immediately. Even though they have multiple locations I have never felt that we are just 'a number' when we walk through the doors.

The staff are very professional and informative, they make the experience fun. The office is clean and all pandemic protocols are always followed, affordable payment plans. My teeth have never been straighter! 6
more months to go. Definitely worth a visit if you need ortho work.

Love the results from my Invisalign! I had conventional braces as a teenager and now Invisalign and I love the freedom to eat/drink what you want, and a lot easier to keep things clean without having to floss around a wire! Very busy clinic but super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend!

What am I missing here?
While their utterly annoying radio commercials alone inspire a 1 star review, we found our child's consult here reminded me of the pressure you would endure for a timeshare sale while on vacation.
Our child couldn't have the braces as they still have many baby teeth.
But this place still wanted the sale and tried to get us to sign off that we wouldn't get the discount when we returned.
We will not be returning to this business with any of our children.

My experience with family braces has been wonderful so far. A welcoming and clean atmosphere with very knowledgeable orthodontists and staff. The course of my treatment was to last a little over a year but is now past the two year mark, but guess what? I'm not upset at all! I am greatful the orthodontists recognized that more time was needed to move my teeth into the correct positions. This just reaffirms how knowledgeable they are and how they will provide the best possible care.

Staff is always quick to greet you as soon as you enter. They don't hesitate to help and are very kind. They are efficient and know what they do.

Was kind of nervous but excited about getting Invisalign, going to Family Braces was a great decision. From the very first consult they are very knowledgable about the treatment, and super friendly. Amazing experience with family braces! Always professional and my daughter had her Invisalign on for less then a year. I went to another orthodontist and they told me that she would have to use a mayo brace for 2 years then regular braces up to two years ar a cost of $8500. I would highly recommend Family Braces!
