The most incredible orthodontist clinic there is! I don't even know where to begin to describe how wonderful Family Braces and their staff are! I had the worst experience years ago at a different dental/orthodontic clinic. They left me more upset about the whole experience and thought that this was how it was going to be moving forward with a different orthodontic clinic. Boy was I wrong! Family Braces has been the most incredible clinic I have ever been to. They've been so helpful when it comes to achieving my goals and correcting my smile due to negligence of the other clinic. They are so highly educated and strive to educate you on your journey. The consultation was super insightful and made me feel comfortable to move forward with them. Fast forward a few months, I am still on my Invisalign journey and it has been amazing. The staff are so patient with you and only strive to assist you in reaching your goals. The pricing is fair, appointments are SO easy to book and reschedule if need be. I don't think there are enough words to describe how happy and grateful I am to be on my journey with Family Braces!

My experience at Family Braces was nice and easy. It’s pretty daunting to think about getting braces, financially and time wise but they alleviated that stress for me.

They listened to what my goals were for my teeth and gave me lots of options on how to approach my treatment.
They were open to answering every question and made sure to create the space to do so.
The different locations is also definitely a plus when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling the follow ups!

I just got my Invisalign and so far it's been a great experience. At my original consultation they were thorough and went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed and to answer all my questions. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend to anyone looking!

I’ve been to a few of their offices during my treatment and everyone has been pretty wonderful! I’ve never had to wait for more than 2 minutes. Thanks for your hard work guys:) I’ll be done my treatment soon & I’ll update my review with photos after!

I have been going to Family Braces at South Trail Crossing for my Invisalign treatments, and so far I've had a great experience. They have answered all my questions and have made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

My experience with Family Braces at their SE location as well as their Deerfoot location has always been excellent. The orthodontist and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They are very responsive - I contacted them with questions by email or phone and they always get back to me in a timely matter. I am happy with their service and recommend Family Braces!
