Worst service of any other public clinic on all Edmonton.
Ladies on front desk are not nice and love to do everything to not provide the service.

Doctor and Receptionist are a complete joke. Rude, lazy and incompetent. I do not see a doctor at that clinic regularly, so because my prescription history wasn't in their system I was denied refills. Never have a had an issue with being prescribed a medication by a doctor at a walk in clinic. On the way out, the receptionist told me not to come back.

I had the opportunity to consult with Dr. Hamza and Dr. Ali on separate visits at the clinic, and I must say, their professionalism and dedication to their patients are truly commendable.

During my first visit, I consulted with Dr. Hamza. His ability to identify the issue at hand was impressive. He took the time to explain my condition in a way that was easy to understand, which I greatly appreciated.

On my subsequent visit, I met with Dr. Ali. He demonstrated an excellent understanding of my health concerns. He prescribed the proper medication and made sure I understood how and when to take it.

Their combined efforts made my visits positive experiences. I left the clinic feeling reassured and well-informed about my health situation each time.

I highly recommend Dr. Hamza and Dr. Ali for their exceptional service and patient care.

One of the doctors in this clinic is a very unprofessional doctor. He was talking in a very aggressive and sarcastic way. He was making fun of my child’s pain and keep saying that he is busy and that he is not willing to wait someone to make decisions to drain blood from his finger which could take more minutes from his time. He said, who is your family doctor, go to him I’m busy. Then, I said you’re the doctor in this situation now and we came to you to help us. He was acting very unprofessional like he is racing and in rush. This my second time coming to this doctor. My first experience was horrible. I really regret visiting this clinic again.

The Doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. The staff seem incompetent and constantly mess up my prescriptions, lose my req forms and dont know how to book appointment times properly. Sadly this reflects on the Doctors, it is their practice and ultimately its theor responsibility to rectify this.

Dr ali is really good and friendly…the front desk ladies are super rude and have no respect and are not professional.the only thing they are good at is eating donuts while talking to customers and drinking icedcaps and also if your hungry and you feel like rice and chicken with hummus always come here because they’re always on break eating…

I’ve seen two doctors at this office and have had great experiences with them. Dr. Johma and Dr. Ali are wonderful and thorough in their assessments/explanations- solid 5/5 to them.

But the front desk staff are completely incompetent and unfortunately, this reflects on the office. One staff called me providing the wrong test results and when I followed up with them, they refused to acknowledge the huge error and refused to let me speak with the actual doctor.

Dr Ali is very knowledgeable, expert, smart, kind, responsible and perfect in his Profession, meets his patients cheerfully listen to them calmly and respectfully.
Receptionist is polite and kind.the only problem is that you will be examined at least one + hours late.
I hope Dr and his office will take the appointment seriously.

Dr. Ali Abdullah is a liar and a hypocrite. I advise you not to trust him at all, and that is not all. Hhhhhhh so ridiculous, and funny. He is a bureaucratic.

Dr. Abood Is a very good doctor together with his receptionists. However, they should improve their system in managing their appointment system more organized.

Peoples time are very precious, that’s actually the reason why we needed to book appointments. So if you booked 1PM, you come 10mins early for check-in then you will be served latest 10mins after 1PM.

If you you booked 1pm and you get served at 2pm, that is unacceptable! This appointment system is so easy to manage.

Not on time. I had an appointment booked and I was waiting for 1hr before I seen the doctor.

I came here twice. The first time was not that bad, but today my APPOINTMENT (yes, I didn't walk in; I had an appointment) was for 1: 30. It's now 3: 02, and I KNOW people that walked in AFTER me were let in BEFORE me.

In fact, the entire waiting room is now a totally new group of people from when I arrived, and I'm STILL waiting.

2 women walked in at separate times. One gave a "thumbs up" and the other gave a nod to the girls at reception. They went in, saw the doctor, left, and I'm still waiting here.

I just asked a lady (another person that arrived after me) who came out of the doctor's office about which doctor she came to see. She told me that she saw the same doctor I was seeing. This is PROOF that the girls at reception are letting in who they want, while making others wait.

I'm sure that the doctors are great, but this clinic needs to get it's scheduling down.

This place is a joke. Very VERY unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE unless you are willing to wait; possibly for HOURS!

The Asian receptionist who works for Dr. Abood seems like she might have a mental disability and I’m not trying to be mean. There’s just so many things she has done that do not make sense. I walked in for an appointment one day and instead of greeting me and signing me in, she legit picked up the phone, dialled a number and ordered herself a poutine while I just stood there watching her. She doesn’t know how to handle referrals. She constantly uses the wrong words for what she actually means. I suspect he may pay her in poutine so she just doesn’t care. Poor Dr. Abood. Front-end staff could make or break a patient from returning. I will be making an appointment soon to discuss all the above with Dr. Abood.

I've been going here for years. Doctor Ali is one of the best doctors in town, he is both attentive and always invested in finding out the answers. Front end staff have always had a respectful demeanor and do whatever they can to fit you in on short notice

Front desk staff are a complete joke, they lack politeness and Courtesy to paying customers. The practitioners are busy and tend to forget to send your referrals for scans/tests. It is beyond as to why they can't get this right!

This review would get 5 stars if it werent for the receptionists (minus Yasmine, shes the absolute best!). It is nearly impossible to get ahold of the office, no matter what time I call. I would prefer to see my family doctor, Dr Abood, but since I cant get ahold to make an appointment, I'm going to have to go elsewhere. Dr. Abood is the best doctor I've ever had. He is very patient, kind and has been a major support in my wellness. A lot of doctors will rush you through without listening to your symptoms. This man takes the time and does the tests to find the cause of the issue. Yasmine is always a kind and friendly face at reception. You can tell she works hard because shes always running around doing something. The other receptionists.they are often rude, make you wait a long time past your scheduled appointment and dont communicate an estimated time, which is annoying when you have other places to be.

I recommend to change the name from first medial clinic to garbage clinic that is the perfect name for Dr. Ali office

Dr. Alnaami used to work at another clinic but was charged with child p0rnography, there was no notice they just left the patients I noticed I didn't hear from them for a while & seen a Facebook post about him being charged. I received these text messages. How is he even still able to work with children & if he's innocent why does he have a chaperone?

The resptions are absoylty disgusting very rude never being able to coparite with you. The staff needs to go back to reception school cause clearly they didn’t learn anything. Dr. Ali is amazing and a great doctor but you should really consider changing ur staff.for example I had called in today to tell them I won’t be able to come into my appointment but instead of hearing me out the staff member on the other end started to yell and me and refused to cooperate.anthor example is when no one was wearing a mask but out of all those people who had been coughing etc. She called me and told me that I need to put a mask on keep in mind all those other people were Arab.you never get in at your appointment time instead the front desk lets other people in Dutch people late yet when I’m late she denies me the appointment. I’ve never met a clinic with this bad of customer service
