Although I didn't buy a car from here, I have to say that the staff were amazing and friendly. They went above and beyond and were very welcoming. If you need a vehicle, I highly recommend this place

They experience of buying was okay, but any issues after they don't care they gave me a set of summers in trade with my old ones and they have a huge gash in the side of one tire so unusable and they don't reply to any messages or calls.

My husband and I found a vehicle we enjoyed on Autotrader, and came in the next day to view it. Kyle was very helpful, happy to show us around and explain things about the SUV to us, showed us some other options, and set us up with a test drive same day! Kindest car sales man we've come across in Edmonton, which is saying something considering we went to a lot of dealerships in our search. Oh and I have to say, the vehicles on their lot were all a little lower priced than their counterparts on Autotrader! For a great deal and great customer service, 5. Awful. Sold me a lemon. Had issues literally the day I drove it off the lot. They let me test drive the truck for maybe 4 minutes after the dealer drove it around the block a few times first. Lots of red flags. Should have known better. Ended up putting about 3000 into it just in the first 2 weeks. Junk

We came into Edmonton today looking for a vehicle for our daughter. We were discouraged at the options available to us and running out of time. Continuing our search online, we found one at Family Motors. The lot was closed on Tuesdays but the gentleman we spoke to on the phone was happy to come down and serve us! What car lot on a day off would open up just for you? We were impressed and so thankful! He showed us the car and left us on our own to make the decision. We appreciated the time in private and never felt rushed. Of course we bought the vehicle and our drive back proved to us that we had made the right choice! Our daughter couldn’t stop thanking us! Kyle was patient, informative, helpful and went over the top to help me get a great deal as a first time car buyer. He worked with my budget and actually helped me to lean towards a cheaper car that was a better fit for me. I specifically came to this dealership based on positive reviews and I absolutely had the same experience other people have mentioned in the reviews. Kyle even helped me out with winter tires when I expressed concerns about driving without them. In a city with so many negative reviews for car dealerships, this place is a gem. You won't regret working with them.

After our truck was stolen we were unexpectedly in the market for a vehicle. We dealt with Kyle for the sale and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. A couple days after sale a strange noise started and after inspection we found a couple major issues. We brought this to the attention of Kyle (sales) and his brother Tyler (mechanic) and they immediately inspected the issue. Turns out the extreme cold weather along with the age of the vehicle had cracked the power steering rack (not a cheap or easy fix). The brothers took my vehicle in immediately and fixed it free of charge and even added in a few extra services and upgrades for no cost to us. They are very family friendly, honest and just overall good people. The warranty plans they offer are amazing and the service there is unparalleled. We will be going back to family motors when the time comes to upgrade our car too!

BOUGHT A MOTOR FROM US FOR $1000 AND PAID VIA CREDIT CARD, AFTER RECEIVING THE MOTOR THEY CALLED THERE MASTER CARD AND SAID IT WAS A FRAUDULENT PURCHASE AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT! THESE GUYS ARE A LIARS AND THIEVES. NO ETHICS NOR MORALS! DON'T TRUST THESE GUY! BUYER BE WARE - CRIMINALS!

After trying a few dealerships and test driving a few small cars, I found one here that worked for my needs and budget. Sheldon was very polite, personable, and helpful; he went over the inspection report & Carfax in detail with me, and the next business day they had the car cleaned and ready for pick up, with better brake pads to boot! Easy place to deal with, no pressure to buy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a first time car owner they made the process extremely easy!

Came in a little sceptical because I a man used to buying new cars. Sheldon and Kyle were friendly in answering all of my wife's questions and concerns. Sheldon also helped with the financing and was able to beat our bank and we drove off the same day. I would recommend them to all!

Went there during their hours posted and they were closed. Coming from out of town, we called curious to see if anyone would answer the phone. The guy who I spoke with was unbelievably rude and fit the perfect description of a slimy used car salesman. We were VERY interested in one car in particular and he refused to come back to the store unless we were 100% going to buy it cash in hand before knowing anything more about it besides what was posted online. Gave us a unprofessional excuses saying were taking him away from his family right now if he comes back there and we don't buy. Hes open seasonally and clearly doesnt care too much to sell us a car. How is this place still open? Front?

Being disabled, and brushed off by may lots around town, this lot spent the time to let me try a dozen cars to find one that i fit in. Then the deal process was nice and easy. After all said and done, the car i choose had a small, but serious problem, but this lot helped me correct the problem. I'm happy enuff to return or suggest to family and friends

In both experiences I noticed a few smaller issues that were overlooked before purchasing and upon finding them I called to speak to them and apologized for missing the details that look to need repairs and in both instances they assured me they would take care of them and true to their word I brought the vehicle back and they had me in and out without complaints & in gracious spirits!
