Just found out that FasGas will no longer honour their Litre Log points and they refuse to transfer them to the new points program. What a scam. Luckily as a consumer I have the option to never use Fas Gas agin. Shame on you Fas Gas.

Very impressive, well lit and safe 24 hr gas station + convenience store with a bathroom. Lowest gas prices in Canmore at 2 am; kind team members.

The coffee bar here exceeded my expectations, and seemed very clean. The whole store featured ample covid 19 signage.

There is a TD ATM machine here as well. Close to Hwy 1, hotels, and a McDonald’s.

Clean and well stocked - Cashier was in the phone when I entered and put it down to ring me through and then continued to continue her conversation, but each to their own.it’s probably not to exciting working at 8pm at a gas station!

Went to Canmore fas gas to purchase a coffee and muffin which according to their sign is 1.99 +. The cup sizes they have are 16 oz and 20 oz.so medium and large. I went in earlier the other day to purchase a medium coffee and muffin and before making my purchase I asked the attendant which cup size to get the 1.99 deal for a muffin and coffee.the attendant told me to grab the smaller size cup which is the 16 oz size cup since there were no other sizes other than medium and large. I brought the muffin and coffee to the counter and I was charged $2.08.however when I went to go make a purchase today for the exact same thing I was charged 3.08! To say the least this location has questionable advertising and quite possibly deceptive advertising.when I asked the attendant why am I being charged 3.08 the attendant said their promotion has ended but they just haven't taken the sign down yet and it will not register in the till properly. Also the tendon charged me for a dollar fifty bulk candy something I did not even purchase but then it showed is a dollar fifty credit.also the employee told me out of being nice they added a dollar discount anyway since the sign is still up.oh how kind of you to give me a dollar off when you have a sign up telling people it's a dollar 99 plus tax.oh I feel so special. I told the attendant I felt like I was being ripped off a dollar and warned him this could be false advertising and the attendant actually agreed with me. The employee told me they are only an employee and can't do anything about it.well I'm sorry.you have a phone sometime call your manager. I'm not trying to be nasty but if you're going to put up signs that say one price and then you charge people a different price especially after a customer asks for clarification on the promotion, that's just not right. I've included a picture of the promotional sign as well as my receipt and will also likely be forwarding this to a branch with the federal government to file a complaint about deceptive advertising. I recommend not going to this fas gas.in my opinion they seem like a shady bunch of people working their.

The staff are not the friendliest, thats for sure. The washroom was in dire need of a basic cleaning.

I am in shock about the customer service from this place.

After being screamed at for trying to run in with a crying 4 year old about to have a accident after a long drive and forgetting my mask,
I grab a mask and run in to see the employees NOT wearing masks, have a man walk in behind me with NO mask and nobody said anything.

I get into the washroom and it is absolutely filthy, urine and toilet paper all over the floor and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months.
Absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service.

The Fellow at the till yesterday took my money, put it in the till then fully ignored me for over a minute while he answered a text message on his cell phone before he gave me my change. Very unprofessional.

Motorcycles watch out, big holes in the ground right where you would stop for gas, almost tipped into one of them when putting my kickstand down.

Got gas in the morning, no one was in the till, he was hiding below the counter and talking with someone over the phone, I didn't give it too much attention for I thought he urgently needed to talk to the person on the other line, emergency or such etc. I finish fueling up, got back inside to grab some stuff and still he was on the same spot talking to the phone. (roughly 5-10mins) He is so rude. I don't know why people like this kind behave like that They don't even care. I ask for a bag for my munchies and he just literally give the bag to me and let me put all the stuff that I bought. So unprofessional. Not even HI, a decent smile and a sincere goodbye. Why u keep hiring people like this. No customer service at all. The name of the service attendant is DEEP. Hope something change whne I get a chance to visit or else. Honestly, after a full day of dealing with customer service issues myself at two different jobs, what an absolute joy it was to ask the cashier (Simran) working at the Canmore location @ 6: 45 PM tonight for a 1-800 number for the Fas Gas online account office so I could TRY and resolve my ongoing Fas Gas card access problems! Not only did I get an 877 number, but the customer service rep at the till on this shift came up with some proactive suggestions on how he could assist me right then and there. My battery was dying on my iphone, so he offered to resolve it on his phone to make sure I could get re-activated and collect my cash rewards already on file. Dealing with the public is often a thankless job. As a person with a communications / marketing background, I really have to give Simran a major thumbs up for not only being one of the nicest cust service reps I've run into, but also such a proactive problem solver! He saved me a lot of time from sitting on a phone trying to get a head office person to straighten out my account. Nice work, Fas Gas! Give this guy a Christmas bonus, or a raise!
