Fastech Performance Tire Centre

This place is the prime example of an autoshop taking advantage of customers. They don't do the work and charge customers. They constantly lied even after I showed them the proof.

I rarely write reviews and never write bad ones but I will have to let other people know who might visit this shop based on good reviews.

I went in to get my tires roadforce balanced. They finished the job in 40mins and told me they match mounted my tires but couldn't bring the roadforce# down for two front tires. My invoce also showed "road force/match mount balance"

I looked at the tires and noticed they haven't even touched 3 tires out of 4. My tires were very dusty so it would leave some dark scuffs or marks on the tires or rims if they dismounted them.

They DID road force balance only 1 that had the highest roadforce# and that tire had chalk marks on the tire and rim. I could clearly tell they worked on that one tire.

I called them and talked to Chad. He confirmed that they dismounted the tires and force matched them.

So I went back and showed him my tires and asked him to show me how they broke the bead when there is literally no marks on my dusty tires. He couldn't answer me but then he said " I am just telling you what I was told by the technicians".

He took my truck back in and worked on them himself. After he worked on my tires, chalk marks and dark stuff magically showed up on my tires. Then he lied (or the technician lied to Chad) to me again saying they used the manual bead breaker so it didn't leave the dark scuffs on the tires.

My brother used to own a tire shop so I have dismounted tires.
If you use the manual bead breaker, you won't leave the round shaped dark scuff on the tire but you will still leave dark stuff on one spot because you have to press the tire really hard to beak the bead.
My tires are heavyduty LT tires and there is absolutely no way you can break the bead without leaving any marks. Also after you break the bead, you need to apply paste on the tire to mount it on the rim again. I didn't see any wet/white stuff on 3 tires.

I was the only customer when I was there this morning and they did this to me. Imagine what they will do to your tires when they are busy?

This place is like the autoshop who doesn't change the engine oil but pretends they did and charges the customers.

Fastech tire please see the attached pics and tell me you guys worked on them.

My 18 yr old daughter brought her car to install her winter tires. Unfortunately, her car encountered ignition issues upon restarting which was probably linked to a low battery. The technician boosted her battery, then recharged her battery by driving it around and then parked it at her work site to ensure her safe return home after work. Problems do happen, that’s a fact, but it’s what is done about them that sets people/service apart! Thank you for caring and going above and beyond, greatly appreciated!

The team at Fastech always finds time to get a tire change done, even during the busy seasons, and stands by their work. Always happy with their service.

This is a great shop: super service, very competitive prices (I did a ton of shopping around), and very accommodating to set up appointments during peak season. They've provided five sets of tires for me and my family members now. Highly recommend!

Dropped my Cayenne off a couple months back to buy summer tires and have them installed. Got the vehicle back and one of my rims was damaged. Owner claimed it couldn’t have possibly been done during install however rim wasn’t damaged before and after it was so think about that what you will. Each brand new tire had a different PSI. Not just 1 or 2 psi difference, we’re talking 5-6 psi difference and the back tires were over inflated. Rims were covered in grease and filthy upon return. Finally they had informed me that they had repaired the hole in one of my winter tires that they had removed. I was less then impressed today when I went to take my old tires from storage to find the hole and bolt still there. Wouldn’t return or recommend this shop to anyone. Very sloppy work, no care or attention to detail.

Just picked up some center caps at the store with Chad. Good selection of aftermarket rims for cars and trucks.

Went for a quick balance here this morning, and it was awsome best price, great service nice selection of tires for the future set.all round a good experience. I will be back for the purchase of some new rims and tires come winter. Much appreciated

Second time I've stopped here cause I had a wobble and both times they fit me in and balanced all four tires for under $90. Great customer service.

Amazing spot, was having a hard time finding hub centric rings and wheel bolts for my new wheels, stopped into here before going home and had my parts within 10 minutes down the road at the warehouse, 10/5 review, will be back for sure

I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received by Fastech. Chad helped me out to source some great new wheels for my car, kept me updated as they shipped and got me in right away for installation. Fastech really stood out amongst competitors in terms of helpfulness, pricing, and product selection.

I had ordered tires from an online retailer who had Fastech Tire as one of its local installers. I was happy to see this as I had dealt with Fastech in the past. As expected, I dropped off my old tires on wheels for my wife’s BMW late yesterday and got the call early this morning that the new tires were installed and ready to pick up.

Extremely pleased with the speed and quality of work, and the excellent and friendly customer service provided by Cal and his team. I will definitely come back to Fastech next time I need tires.

I've had a lot of vehicles, and this is easily my favourite place to get tires. Best tire shop around, fast, professional, they do a great job, and good prices. Definitely my regular place now.

Fastech came to me upon recommendation of 3 people. Sheldon was amazing - best customer service - fast and through. My actual winter tire change took 56 minutes. On top of that - best prices.

Just want to thank everyone at Fast Tech, I have driven four wheel drive trucks for 40 years and this is the first time I put winter tires on them and now i am sold on winter tires. Thanks again Cal and staff

The tire centre swapped my tires very quickly, but they broke one of the bolts claiming it was very common to this vehicle make. I had to pay labour and materials for replacement but at least they did this during the same day.
I felt a little uncomfortable when they loudly complained about another customer.

Amazing experience. I had a set of winter tires on Lexus IS rims and had no idea if they would fit my ES. Fastech test fitted a tire and confirmed it would fit.
They have a really nice selection of rims as well.
Both gentlemen up front were courteous and helpful over the phone and in-person, and so were the shop mechanics.
