Worst freight company ever. Had a shipment arrive in Calgary November 17th that was supposed to deliver Friday, November 18th. Here we are at November 28th, and I still can't get an answer. Talked to them last Friday the 25th, and "they were looking for the shipment", and promised to have an answer by end of day. When I called no one answered. Left two voice mails today, and no response from the gal I was dealing with.if you have the option, DO NOT use these people. They get one star only because the receptionist answers the phones nicely (when it is answered).

The only thing fast about this company is how fast they ask for money. When it comes to your shipment they are the slowest!

The level of incompetency this company has is indescribable. I recently ordered 70 chairs from a company based out of Quebec. They used fastfrate to ship the chairs to Calgary. The estimated delivery time was Nov. 7. On the 7th when I expected the chairs to arrive the estimated delivery time suddenly changed to the 14th. I called to see why this was and where my chairs were. The customer service rep I spoke to was extremely rude and did not explain anything. She only said that my shipment would not be released until next week. Fast forward to the 14th. I call again to try to find out where my shipment is. I tried to call multiple times over a period of 2 hours from 8: 30am to 10: 30am and no one answered the phone each time. I finally got a hold of the manager and asked where my shipment was. She said that they had already received it. The funny thing is that no one called to try to schedule a time for delivery, I was the one who had to do their jobs for them and contact them about the delivery time. I feel like if I didn't contact them they would have never delivered my shipment. We scheduled an appointment for delivery anywhere between 10am-12pm the following day. I was told I would receive a phone call when the driver was on the way. 12pm rolls around and no phone call. What a surprise. So I try and call to figure out what is going on. I was told that my shipment is being loaded into a truck and would be here within 30 minutes. 1 hour goes by. I call again and no one answers. Call again and no answer. The third time someone answers and tells me not to worry it will arrive. It is now 1: 15pm and my shipment has still not arrived. I am stuck waiting around for the driver.

How poorly managed this company is amazes me. I am surprised at how big they are. I will be complaining to the chair company I ordered from who used fastfrate. I hope they would use any other company. I would highly recommend anyone who cares about competency to not use this company. Stay away.

Would give no stars if I could, terrible service. Nobody answers the phone or calls you back. Order didnt show up for nearly 3 weeks, at which point we put in a lost freight claim. Literally the next day the order randomly shows up. The eta was a week. No answers, no explanations, nothing. 10/10 would not recomend and will not use again.

They didn't pick up on the date promised, so I phoned the next morning to again ask them to pick up and had a hard time with the dispatcher. Update - I phoned again and got a different dispatcher who was great to deal with so I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

Horrible. There are so many reviews like our situation, it would seem this company is purchasing five star reviews to dilute the people sharing their problems.

I know it can be tricky for businesses, so it’s tough for me to leave a review like this.

We have used Fastfrate several times, and unfortunately I’ve seen the same practices over and over.

On this particular occasion we have past their stated date of delivery several times with no effort from anyone on Fastfrate’s part to reach out what-so-ever.

To top this off, I have been unable to reach anyone at the office and I’m disappointed to have to explain to our clients that we choose to work with someone that doesn’t consider them a priority, and extends no effort to helping us, even to explain to us what is happening.

This is at a time where business is not easy, and it may seem like I’m expecting a lot from this company,

I believe problems come up and I would be happy to work with the company through them.

However the fact is I cannot even seem to get someone to pick up the phone, for the amount that is paid for such a service I’m sincerely disappointed.

It seems that those of us that trusted this company with our orders, large or small, are treated incredibly poorly.

Because zero start was not available. Worst Delivery experience so far. Still waiting for my product to arrive. ETA was days ago and still in transit and they can't give me time when it will arrive.

The worst freight company in Canada. If you want to experience what I’m saying, take your shots! Terrible terrible customer service. ETA was two weeks ago

Couple of time they calls for appointments but they never full time. Customer service and all drivers are so rude.

Terrible customer service. They have no accountability to the customer, nor make any effort to complete a delivery in a safe and reasonable manner. Ultimately, i am paying for the delivery, i should not just be stuck with unprofessional customer service.
I understand that they will not deliver to the house, but at least drop off somewhere within the property and not just outside. Leaving the package on the driveway it is not a complete delivery. Anyone could come with a truck and take the package, no matter how heavy it is. And no-one but me will be responsible. Will never accept delivery from this company again.

Dispatch people are nice but rest of the wharehouse staff is rude other than one really old shunt truck driver. He is very nice god bless him
