Tracking info not working. Impossible to get good customer service by phone just to know where your shipment is.

0 stars! These ppl are garbage. They'll damage every single thing you ship with them. Every crate, every skid, every box. They can't count, that's clear as day. Count your pieces. Drivers always look like they slept in the gutter for a year. We use a dozen carriers at work, these people are the absolute worst. This company does NOT care about anything. Worst carrier in the country

Slackers deliver the heavy and expensive things that you order in a very haphazard way. Check with the vendors if Fastfrate is delivering the order. If yes, just cancel the whole order and find someone else who would deliver a similar item with someone else and not Fastfrate. Fastfrate delivered a treadmill worth 5 grand in a parking lot and would not adhere to standard door delivery norms. Not cool Fastfrate!

DO NOT USE this company! First they make a mistake on the delivery address and try to deliver to a completely different city. I call and change the address. 2 days later a driver calls me, he's trying to deliver but still in the wrong city. Then I call AGAIN and ask to change the address AGAIN. I'm told it will be delivered monday, nothing, I call, I'm told it will be delivered Tuesday, It is Tuesday at 7PM and still nothing! They obviously don't know what they are doing and have very simple minded staff! Save your money do not use them.

If I could rate this company with no stars I would but that's not an option. Strongly advise against using this company as a freight forwarder.

Worst company ever, stay away as far as you can,
extremely disorganized, a bunch of high school kids, immature, no business sense.no clear path on business model.they take your money, and they vanish.
