One of the best burger spots in Edmonton. Fresh delicious food with a huge serving for your money. The staff are very friendly and attentive to serve and deliver your custom orders.they want you to have a great meal. I highly recommend this particular location.

Very welcoming spot. Been here a few times over the years and the quality has not changed. Only they don't serve beer anymore, which was a bit disappointing

Ordered the mushroom burger with traditional poutine and was not disappointed. The fries perhaps aren't the best for poutine but the good gravy and curds made it taste pretty good. The presentation is very nice and clean.

The prices are worth it for what you get. The staff were very friendly and the cashier even cleaned up our trays once we were done. Amazing service really

Fat burger is always a good treat. This location was very slow when we were there. But then as I was driving away, I remember the news story about construction and how some businesses are struggling to get customers to travel through the messy construction to shop with them.

Favourite burger place in edmonton, especially this location. The service is always friendly and the food is cooked to crispy perfection. Highly recommend

Had breakfast with my family wasn't expecting anything special. Was blown away by the food quality. Very friendly staff & very clean facilities. Would definitely recommend can't wait to try burger here and I been to many other fatburgwr before.

I was at the 104 th Ave location between 3: 30 and 4 pm June 7,2023. I ordered a mushroom Swiss with fries and a drink. It's now almost 11 pm and I've been throwing up this burger for the last hour. I do work in the same industry and this location needs to check their products or learn to cook the beef properly. I have no allergies to anything on this burger. I don't expect a response because it's a corporation. Train your staff to serve fresh products and check expiration dates.

They refused my free coupon for a fat burger they are rude I'm sticking to the North side fat burger South side sucks never any good service here

Me and my sister were browsing around the area just looking in for some fries, but once we went inside FAT-BURGER store, we found out they have a vegetarian option as well, and oh my God let me tell you guys this is one of the most soft and juicy veggie patty I have ever tried and their curly fries were perfectly crispy not overcooked or undercooked. It was just perfect. The burger was called the impossible burger it’s a must have 10 out of 10.

I came in last night and ordered in person what I have been ordering for three years on Skip the Dishes and they messed it up twice after I specifically told them I only want the veggie patty, pineapple, terayaki sauce and the bun. By the end of this experience and feeling like I was a joke to the staff I won't be spending my hard earned money at this location ever again. Please learn to treat your customers like they have value, know they have allergies to certain foods and respect their wishes. The company then asked me to email them so they could "make things right", they didn't respond to my emails and removed the please contact us message attached to my review. Don't bother spending your money with this company. Lack of respect for the consumer.

Okay, so.i figured it’s about time i posted a review of some sort to let you guys know how great you are.this is directed at the owner of the franchise and the staff almost exclusively, but if it makes whoever’s reading this want to try this place out that’s a bonus.i’m autistic, and one of the main things i have problems with is cooking for myself and/or being able to actually stomach food.i have to know the exact texture, temperature, and taste of a meal ahead of time - and if that changes, i won’t be able to stomach the same thing i had previously loved even years down the line.this is referred to as a “safe food”.

i have been ordering delivery from this fatburger multiple times a week (and at times, when i was really struggling, once a day for weeks at a time) over the span of YEARS, sometimes under multiple names - and the quality of the food has NEVER wavered.in the pouring rain, food arrived perfectly dry, wrapped in a plastic bag.in -35 and three feet of snow i've had burgers wrapped anywhere from three to five times to ensure they arrived warm.for a franchise/chain, the sheer amount of care they put into every order is astounding.because of my sensory needs i often have to put in “special requests” some of which change every time i order: lettuce and tomato on the side one day, honey mustard on the side of the onion rings, no onions extra ketchup another.they don’t have to follow these requests, technically speaking, but they ALWAYS do, even when they’re busy.i know you may not feel like your work is important: after all, “how important could working at a burger place be? It’s not saving lives. ” well, i want to let you guys know that this place is incredibly important to me.a lot of people take the small comfort of always knowing for certain that they‘ll be able to feed themselves for granted.but to me, it really is a huge relief in my life to be able to know that no matter what the circumstances are or how bad my sensory issues, i’ll always be able to order something from here and have it show up exactly the way it’s supposed to.so, long overdue, here’s a thank you.

My family and I normally love Fatburger for there fresh quality burgers but tonight we ordered and all of our burgers came out dry and over cooked, the mushroom burger also came with mushrooms that were all burned to a crisp with hard seeds in the mushroom sauce. I normally don't like leaving a negative review but the whole order was very disappointing.

The cooks have to be the slowest Cooks I have ever seen in my entire life. If you want to eat somewhere and wait a long time for your food this is the place.

I had a craving for a burger I had from a South side far burger. This place wasn't the same. Wasn't bad tho. Waitress was super friendly.

Used to be great. Last 2 orders not. Got the Mushroom Swiss. Everything oversalted to the point where I had to discard the fries. Mushrooms cooked beyond recognition. It's like they are prepping everything before hand and just letting it sit. It's not far from my place and the driver was on time but nothing was even warm. I won't be ordering again. Not worth the money. Could have gone to the place down the street paid half the amount and got better food.

First time coming to this location and my experience was pleasant! The guy at the till was very friendly and patient, The food was spot on.

Good burgers. Very crisp veggies and the meat was tasty and fresh tasting as well. Totally recommend.
