Good food, it takes a little longer. Staff was nice and fixed it quickly when they made a mistake.

I have always been a fan of Fatburger, but this one is closer to work, and staff is friendly and they always serve fresh food. Value for your money.

Great quality food but a bit on the pricy side. Highly recommended. Clean and good prompt service.

Best mushroom Swiss burger I’ve ever had! It was so juicy, the meat was very flavourful and the bun super soft but not to the point of falling apart. Can’t wait for my next one!

Terrible service took a half an hour to get to burgers and fries. Ask for ketchup and mustard on said burger ended up with a ketchup, mustard burger. Will never go back!

Our car club has a monthly burger run and for April 2023 we chose the Airways Fatburger as a venue. We called a few days ahead to let them know we would have 20+ members arriving around 6pm on the Wednesday. The manager advised they would bring in an extra staff person to ensure timely service. The food was tasty, service was great and they reserved tables to accommodate our group.

I really liked this specific point because it is more comfortable, spacious, pleasant.
We like the food and above all that at this point in particular they are not taking you out all the time as in other points, this allows you to have a better experience by enjoying it better.

The best fried chicked burger and fries that i ate far away from home (Australia). The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and catered to all my special requests. They went out of their way to make this meal for me and my family a memorable and a homely experience. Couldn’t have expected anything better than this. Made my day! Keep up the good work guys!

Aruna has put service back in customer service (which is pretty bloody rare these days!). Going to each and every customer, asking how it was?
So beyond this she makes the BEST burger!
If she’s not the owner - she should be because she/the food/service.all was exceptional!

This was my first time visiting Fatburger & I would have to say that I was very impressed by the menu & very satisfied with the food my boyfriend and I ordered. I ordered a classic chicken burger combo & he ordered the chicken tenders, I like how they make your order fresh once you order it. It took a while until it was finished, however, it was worth the wait and worth each penny spent!

Foods okay but customer service is terrible.the older girl up front should not be in the role she’s in.

The place is easy to find.

Big menu of food but for a dead day (there were only three other people in the restaurant) food took over 15mins to get to me.

Had a few specials and you can add more toppings for more money…… gets expensive.

The tables were all dirty and sun was shinning so much that the seating was extremely hot.

Food was pretty darn good. I will try again on a busier day maybe and then I won’t have to wait as long. OR maybe it takes 12 mins to cook a chicken burger and fries.

The best Mushroom Burger in town. Better than any Restaurant in Calgary. Do not change your recipe. Amazing.

My recent visit to Fatburger Aviation was an enjoyable one - the place is very clean and hygienic. My order was delivered promptly and the lady who brought my fries was very friendly and helpful. Would like to visit again.

The woman who took my order touched my burger with her BARE HANDS. The place is incredibly clean when you walk in but then you realize it’s because their business is so incredibly slow. I stood and watched the entire time as she made her way through to the kitchen and did not wash her hands. The man who was working the grill handled the cooked patty with his bare hands as well and then the woman proceeded to assemble the burger. When I confronted the woman about it she claimed she had washed her hands but the hand washing station is actually visible from where customers stand to place their order. The lack of sanitation used in their food process is horrifying. It’s disgusting. I will never set foot in this Fatburger location again. I immediately went to a different Fatburger location and all the cooks were wearing food prep gloves and washing their hands constantly unlike the Aviation location that cheaps out on gloves and hand washing.

Great burger and onion rings combo. Fast and accurate service. Really enjoyed the standard toppings.

The staff here were the best part of the experience. They were friendly and helpful and one member rushed over when a child sitting with the family near us started choking on their food (the kiddo is AOK!) and offered assistance and brought water over. I thought that was great.
I've only ever been to the Fatburger on 32nd Ave NE and I like the staff and food there a lot.
At the Aviation location, I didn't care for the fries at all, they were battered whereas the ones I've had at the other Fatburger were not. The buns they use are different, too. Bigger and sweeter.and more dry. The pickles were the small chips rather than the longer slices, too. Not a bad thing, but I prefer the other.
The food wasn't bad - the meat was done well and the burger, apart from the huge bun was perfect.
Overall not bad.

Busy place when I went there. The place is lit up by the sun outside because of the big open window. Service was fast. Washrooms were clean

If anyone wants to get really delectable food, I would suggest them to visit this one. Once you visit, you will get to know what is the actual definition of 'yummy food'

Recently ate a veggie burger with mushrooms (add on) and made combo with chilli cheese fries. Had an amazing experience bcz firstly the quantity of the food was totally reasonable according to price moreover each and everything was fresh and cooked in the given time. ️ lady at the front was helpful and had a sweet smile on her face.
I recommend all of you must visit this branch I am not gonna remove this store in my list of weekly places to got and eat/eat/eat.lol

One of the best places to get burgers and they have the best chicken strips by far.

The food at fat burger is always incredible, Arlea really made sure all of our request were executed. She truly went above and beyond. I’ve never had service like that before. Thank you so much.

To bad you can't give a 0. Waited 35 minutes for my burger to find out it was giving away to another customer. When I asked for a refund and was giving less then the proper amount TWICE. Got McDonald's across the road and was out in 5 minutes. Don't waste your time

Had lunch there today. Food was great and the lady serving us was so friendly and welcoming. It really had that family restaurant feel due to the amazing service. Will definitely go back. Also tried the new crispy chicken bacon mushroom burger and it was delicious.

We really enjoy fatburger, this one is no different. Bathrooms were clean and available for customers. Our order was fulfilled quick and correctly. They do a lettuce wrap properly, not too much lettuce but enough to keep a mess from happening. I appreciate the option. Burgers are excellent and an awesome selection of toppings. I want to try the chicken tenders next time! Thanks for the lunch!

I visited the store on sunday evening and am really impressed by this location.
Food was absolutely delicious.
Cashier is so nice and warm.

I love their food. Everything is amazing. I had their XXL cheeseburger and it was awesome. I got a pouting and pop with it and the poutine was so good with quebec cheese curds and a perfect gravey.

Ordered chili cheese fries with my double fat cheese and the fries had literally like 2 teaspoons of chili and cheese on them. $25 for burger, drink and fries should have gotten a lot more for that. South location in Deerfoot Meadows is night and day better. Cheap on delivering up to the standard it should be at.

Just ordered the lumberjack poutine, which is sooo good, the mini donuts are perfectly tossed in cinnamon sugar and they are super yummy, and I had a java milkshake, it’s tasty but it’s a bit strong for my liking

We did not receive our full order for a delivery. This happens, but the customer service when I called was terrible. They simply told us that, even though it was their mistake, we had to go through Skip the Dishes to be reimbursed. They made no effort to resolve the situation. I won't be ordering again.

Fatburger does alright. It isn't reinventing the wheel but what I got did the job well enough to justify the price, which was pretty reasonable.

Been here multiple times! Amazing customer service, clean, great staff. Legitimately the best place to eat in the city especially with kids. I make the drive from Airdrie just for this location.

Tasty burgers, what more can you say? They live up to their name. The patties are far and juicy. Their fries are scrumptious, the chicken fingers and wings are to die for.

I ordered on skip and selected "no tomato" because of a food allergy. The burger was phenominal right up until I found tomato in it. Now I'm having Benadryl for supper instead. Guess I'll play it safe and get chicken tenders next time.

Foods always hot and the burgers are put together well. I never second guess going to Fatburger!

Music is a little loud for me!

Service was great and food was even greater. For my first visit to this chain it left me with a good impression. I was thoroughly surprised that they served breakfast at a decent price too.

Good burgers and friendly service! These burgers and fries are a step above typical fast food burgers like McDonald's and Wendy's. You pay a premium, but it's definitely worth it.

Last night we came at 8: 50 PM and they still took our order and let us stay past their closing time. As usual the food was great.

Just stopped for a take away burger and was not disappointed! I ordered a California burger with lettuce wrap and two milk shakes. The woman with blond hair and a cut eye brow helped me presented very great customer service! I was allitle shocked by the price of the burger but as soon as I tasted it, the price was well worth what I got in flavor! Plus the presentation was so great. Didn't feel like my lettuce wrap would end up on my lap. Super yummie 10 out of 10. Will be visiting the restaurant again for sure.

2nd time and this place is amazing. Whats even better than the food, and the food is out of this world, is the service. Staff is friendly and very accomodating. I feel like I'm fine dining but at a burger joint. Keep up the good work Fatburger

Pretty expensive for an “okay” burger. Can’t compete with 5 guys.
But has other things which is nice if your into those.

I forgot that I like this place! Red Deer location (gasoline alley) was a great stop to grab a burger and shake. No fries today.
