Should be able to give TEN Stars for service! The staff here are great. Our orders are always perfect, so is our food quality!

Stopped in tonight just before closing, the staff took great care in preparing my Bacon Mushroom Burger, Fries and Coke. Delicious. Very polite people! I don't like stopping right before closing, but it was a long day.

The burgers are fat. I mean big, not greasy. And tasty. Friendly staff. Looking forward for the next time.

We happened to be in Red Deer around noon Sept 23rd and stopped at Fatburger on gasoline alley. Our meal Blackend Cajun Chicken sandwich, onion rings, Mushroom burger, small raspberry shake, and a banana shake. Raspberry was a small size great if you want something less filling and also kid sized. Overall the meal was good burgers and onionrings were hot. The shakes were thick and tasted great. Staff was friendly and meal was quick to arrive. Would we eat here again yes we would.

Usually enjoy fatburger but this visit they proceeded to start cleaning the ceiling vents right above where they were cooking the burgers ended up watching stuff falling down as they cleaned while they were still cooking burgers. Highly disappointed

This place is great. The portions are unbelievably large. The staff is always very respectful and make sure one is enjoying their food. An update to my review fro. A year ago. Although the service is great I have to say that the size of the orders have really decreased in size substantially but the price has gone up.

Perhaps one of the best fast food places around red deer. The burgers are made fresh and taste great! Fries are also very good. Service is quick n polite. Eat in or take out. This place easily beats five guys and is slightly better than burger parlor.

Just stopped here passing through back home to Lethbridge. Received our takeout bag and we were in a hurry, so didn’t check the bag. Got on the highway and realized half our order wasn’t in the bag. Both the burger and fries were missing. Really disappointed as we waited 20min for our order, just to not be able to eat. The food we did receive was not very good either.

Can't beat their Southern Fried Chicken Filet sandwich with cheese and bacon, way better than the other fast food chains!

Wow! The burgers and milkshakes here are hands - down THE BEST! My food was fresh and delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient

Food is good. Service blah. No hello, no smile, no what I wanted. Just staring blankly at me to say something. After paying, no words, no thank you, just handed me my drink cup and number.

Great food, fast service, easy access - on gasoline alley. It's not very visible from street. I didn't know it was there - I'll stop there again on my next trip. Not the cheapest burger but tasty.

Service was fantastic, the staff are so friendly and the food is delicious with giant portions. It can be a little pricey though

Fatburger is by far the best fast food franchise in town. I love me a quarter pound baby fat with cheese, in a lettuce wrap if I'm feeling like I need to count the calories. Nothing beats the flavor of their meat! Get it with a big old bag of French fries and a signature milkshake!

Chicken is fantastic, the burgers are amazing I wish Fat Burger had as many locations as Mc Donald's

Fat Burger on Gasoline Alley Red Deer has consistently awesome food! Their burgers and fries are great, but my absolute favorite item on the menu is the oreo milkshake! It is to die for! Best milkshake I've had from anywhere ever! They have lots of seating available for dine-in patrons. And they have a patio as well! Great spot to try if you live in Red Deer. If you are just passing by Red Deer, Fat Burger is just off hiway 2 on Gasoline Alley.

Real average. Burger, fries, and a milk for just under $20 should have better quality. Everything about the burger was average - dry is the best way to describe it. Half the fries appeared to be just the remnants of a fry bowl (little pieces). Should've had mcd's.

Found parking immediately and right in front of the door. Restaurant was neat and clean and we were greeted with a warm smile. The order process went smoothly and the price was reasonable for the quality food we received. Order had a few mods and the young lady taking the order was efficient and accurate. The best part was the delicious food we enjoyed! Definitely will visit again next time I'm in the area!

It is -7 outside and the thermostat is set to 16.5°c! The air is cold when you walk in, the tables are freezing! Have to leave your jacket on to eat or its to cold! Honestly need gloves too.fingers were freezing by time I was done eating! The whole store front has windows across the wall and every available table is by the windows! Pay attention and turn up you heat!

Really good burgers. They have gluten free options which is to remove the bun and wrap the burger in lettuce. They are very careful in making gluten free and my celiac wife has had no reactions from gluten contamination yet. Love the burgers even without the bun. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of a yummy and surprisingly large and filling burger.

Really enjoyed the food, haven't been here for a while. Food was delivered quickly and our server was friendly. They have plant-based options now, which is good considering they've taken a few things off of the menu (turkey).

Excellent. The guy at the counter was very nice, but not in the way that seems fake like some servers when they push the niceness to far.

He seemed very genuine like he actually enjoyed working there.

Food is exactly what you'd expect from a fat burger (say what you will about that), and the place was pretty clean.

Horrible!
1) why does a fast food restaurant ask for a tip? I am picking up my food and leaving!
2) Burger had so much salt on it that it was not edible! 2 bites and in the trash!
3) onion rings not only bland but they were burnt!
Never again Fat Burger! That is the 3rd bad experience and you are out!

Do not visit Fat burger if you are expecting fast service, the food is very good but they have the idea do be a restaurant and a fast food place, which means their service suffers. I was waiting 30 minutes for one burger.

They prompt you for a tip, despite being an over-the-counter fast food chain.

Feels like an excuse to underpay employees. Bad precedent for fast food.

Food is good most of the time but it's also a bit on the pricey side for the quality of a slightly better fast food joint. We've had a bad experience in the past and haven't gone since. We ordered and brought our food home to eat. The buns on all 3 burgers we got we're sopping wet with grease and completely falling apart and the mini doughnuts we're rock hard and burnt.

For some reason, their burgers are better than some other fatburger franchises. Can get quite busy with lineups but they're fast.

Awful and expensive. Supposed authentic Buffalo wings are anything but. Precooked and frozen somewhere else then rewarmed and you get them for over a dollar a wing? ! Crazy and terrible. Like Tim Hortons of pre cooked meat. Owned by Ricky's in Canada and like Ricky's mediocre pre cooked food warmed up by teenagers focused on Facebook more than service and charged like you were in an actual restaurant.

The burger was cooked to perfection, but the headbanging I could have done without. Lunch is always better with a show, or some conversation except when that entertainment comes in the form of a boisterous server regailing the chef with his shenanigans. Learning of this gentleman's foray into breaking drywall in the stairwell of his above using no tools but his head we not the type of entertainment to aid digestion. It is no wonder then the sharpest thing he is allowed to handle are the turtle killing straws and paper napkins in the bulk dispensers. I do hope he changes his ways and some day moves up to chef at the fine establishment.

We were with a group of 47 of us. We pre-ordered and called 30 minutes before we arrived. They did an amazing job of serving is quickly! So impressive! And so yummy!

This is the real thing! Big juicy burgers with good taste. I had the biggest burger they have and it was awesome. The nacho fries were great too. The service is what you can expect from a fastfood diner but the girl came asking twice if everything was okay. Will go back there or to another fatburger diner. Great meals!

Hubby had the boneless chicken wings & l had the crispy southern fried chicken burger with poutine. Chicken was excellent but wouldnt waste my money on poutine again. Sad gravy & cheese curd not melted. Will go back to try other items on the menu. Service was quick and it was busy. Overall great place.

Took a co-worker from out of town. As always this place did not disappoint. Great food, good portions, incredible service and friendly staff. Clean, organized and professional.

Great food and service. It’s ran like a family owned business and has good hospitality; I’m in the food business (culinary instructor) and have eaten a lot of burgers, at a lot of places, and this might be one of my new favourites!

This place has amazing food. The burgers and fries are so yummy. This particular location is also a Buffalos Wing place so we ordered a few of those. We got our burgers and fries first. A few minutes later Thursday staff came out and advised us that the wings to take a little bit longer because the chef had dropped one. Everything came out super quick anyway so we hadn't noticed. Not only did he send out our order he refunded our money and gave us a second order to compensate. Absolutely not necessary but totally appreciate it. Great place highly recommended

Great Burgers, at alright prices! Good place to eat if you can't gave carbs or gluten, as the burgers can be lettuce wrapped. In addition they're usually big enough you don't even need a side like fries, but if you do, they are deep fried when you order so they are always fresh and hot! I would recommend the poutine. It is a good balance between cheese, gravy and fries. If you do Keto, I would suggest the triple king. It is an off menu 1 1/2lb burger, That is stupendously easy to eat in a lettuce wrap. If you can finish this monstrosity on under an hour, you earn your self a coupon for free king burger next visit! Pictured here is the triple king burger!
