Fatburger Fort McMurray

Employees are kind, the food is great, and it's an overall great experience! The only reason why you might need some patience is because they cook it fresh! There's even a poster that says "you can't rush perfection (you certainly can't microwave it either) " and that gave me a good chuckle! A meal here was $24, when the Subway next door sells a foot long for the same price. That's a place I won't go to again! But Fatburger? Oh yeah! I love this place!

So far its always a good experience in Fatburger Fort Mcmurray. My go to is their Chicken Tenders and today i had it with Nacho Fries. Serving is huge i have to take the nacho fries to go!

Can’t complain about this place at all. Good food, service and atmosphere. Favourite place in town. Chicken tenders and Cajun chicken salad my favourite!

The people were great, very friendly and helpful staff. Fast service. Food was good but very expensive for fast food.

Had a long day was hoping to get a great meal and I did. I've eaten Fatburger in many places. This restaurant was as good as all of the other location.

Hands down best burgers in town, made fresh to order. Staff friendly and ensure best experience.

Customer service way down. The restaurant was empty and they tried telling us where to sit. As well there were dirty tables and certain condiments and spices that are usually on the tables were either empty or missing. We had borrowed from the gentleman that came in after us and got the lucky table that had everything at it. This being the case when there were 4 or 5 of the employees sitting in a circle chatting to one another instead of making the restaurant clean and supplies restocked.

I had the displeasure of being short changed of part of my lunch order today. Upon calling, an employee put me through to the manager, who's name is Kumar. When I told Kumar my story, and indicating that I was unhappy, Kumar said "ok" and hung up the phone. I've supported Fatburger for a long time, and always been reasonably good at tipping. I think that's a thing of the past for me.

Never been to a Fatburger. Now I am a big fan. Best vegetarian burger ever, even has a fried egg on it.

Service was very friendly, the younger lady was constantly cleaning/pushing in chairs and just overall making the place the best in could be. Food was delicious and fresh and served with a smile. Huge portions and bottomless Diet Coke! We enjoyed and for sure will be back next time I’m in town.

Not worth the price, better to eat a restaurant, fast food quality with fine dining pricing

Poor service, worse food. I've eaten at more than a few fat burgers around Canada, usually its pretty good compared to most fast food type places. Get yer burger fix somewhere else.

My boyfriend went in yesterday at 8: 15 last night for take out when he got to the door it was locked with customers inside. On the door there was a sign that said closing at 9: 00. The employees saw him and another man outside trying to figure out what was going on and didn’t nothing but stare at them. Eventually a costumer got up and unlocked the door to let him in and when he got to the counter they told him they were closed. When he told them that the door says 9: 00 they just acted like that couldn’t comput that. They agreed to make the order and it was really good but I can’t support a business with such bad customer service. It was honestly just wild to watch.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATIONS.

Staff really need to review the Alberta Health & Safety and Handwashing procedures. I had a terrible experience a few days ago. I noticed one of the line cooks working the Grill Station while wearing SLIPPERS? I thought to myself, that's dangerous and gross. A MAJOR ISSUE occurred when said employee sat down for a few minutes break. During his break, he was rubbing his DIRTY and SWEATY FEET while sitting. A few minutes later, he got up and WENT BACK TO THE LINE WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! He proceeded to work on his station like nothing happened.
