Fantastic buffalo chicken sandwich, gentlemen was very informative on menu items and very friendly

Man, this is the second time hitting up Fatburger. The lady taking my order was very kind and helpful. The burger was amazing. The fries could have been a little more crispy though. Overall it was good. Will be back but I am getting the onion rings next time.

The food was delicious and fresh; the fries were perfect, service was awesome and it was a comfortable atmosphere. I'll be back!

My son accidentally dropped his kids burger and they gave him a brand new one (exact replacement) and had it made before we even let them know of the mess under the table!

This is the first time I ever tried Fatburger, My husband and I were cruising around looking for somewhere different to try and ended up at this location, We both ordered the Mushroom, swiss Melt, I had regular fries with mine, my husband had Poutine with his order. You can actually TASTE the Charbroil in the burger, the mushrooms were tasty too and REAL swiss melting over it all. We were NOT disappointed, Plus the Customer service we received from Mohumad Amiri was worth mentioning, Excellent customer service is hard to come by because it takes PERSONALITY to truly make it work, along side effort. He delivered service with a smile, and was patient and Polite. The establishment was clean and well kept. The service industry can take an employee as far as they are willing to go, KEEP UP the excellent work Mohumad! We will be returning sometime in the future.

Awesome burger joint, they got a variety of options, you can definitely taste the difference here, good eats fosure.

Me and a friend went to this location and were very impressed with the service and great food. The young lady that helped us went over the top to make sure we were taken care of and the food was excellent!

The worst service I have ever seen.more than an hour since we placed the order, some meals were served and the other was not, they served other tables who came after.they don't appologize or try solve the problem. No manager to talk with so we ended up cancelling and leaving the place. It was really the worst ever.

Our burgers were simply delicious! We had the lettuce wrapped king burger! Fresh ingredients, quality beef. Staff were professional, quick and friendly! We will definitely be back! Thank you Fat burger!

Very consistent place, good food

Was very busy. We ordered to go. The burgers were overloaded with condiments, and did not seem to be the burgers we ordered. Definitely not as good as previous visits.

The food was so great especially the chicken tenders I came with my son Last week after the oilers game I came twice to this store but this time I was so happy how I was treated from the cashier I don’t know his name but he was wearing glasses from the way he’s welcoming us at the door and taking our order with a smile definitely coming back

I always order from fatburger, my food is usually good, but this time the bun was burnt and the chicken wasn’t crispy. The whole burger tasted weird. Im Disappointed

Heard cashier complaining to cool about the tip. I don't tip as much for pickup. Obviously less than 15% but not unreasonably. Fairly unimpressed by that. Food was good though.

My favourite place to grab food from. They are open late and the food tastes amazing. I love the chicken sandwiches and milkshakes. Most importantly the staff is nice and they really care about their customers satisfaction.

I placed an online order on March 20th through uber sometime in the evening. However, they didn't have the option to order a milkshake so I called to place the order for that as well. I had the worst customer service through the phone and in person which is quite upsetting. I called and asked what the feature milkshake was for the day and she ignored that and proceeded to ask for my name and number, and then said okay, and hung up on me! I called back and said that i don't believe we completed by order because i never told you what i wanted, nor did i get the price or approximate time it would take. So then i had to ask 3 times what the special was, then was finally told it was snickers. Which i then said, okay, i will just order an oreo shake instead. She said okay, BYE. At this point im slightly agitated and confused but leave it as is. I then get a call back from her 5 minutes later saying that they sold out of their feature milkshake and i need to order something else.when i originally did not order that to begin with. When i went in to pick up my order she was completely lost and could not answer any of my questions without having to bounce back and asking someone else. The lady at the front (wearing a black t-shirt that evening) definitely needs more training or a new job as i don't believe customer service is her forte. I understand that it was during dinner time and was busy but she just stood there lost while everyone else was working hard. The young lady in the red was super helpful and friendly though which i appreciate.

Used to be a really good place to go. Recently everytime me and my girlfriend order from here it's a huge disappointment. Soggy burgers and always forgetting sides that we order. Will not be coming here anymore

By far the best burger in town your really letting yourself down if this isn't one of your usual places, the owners a great guy, friendly staff and great food, highly recommend this location

I love their burgers so much- the classic chicken burger is very crispy and the fries are gooooood. Tbh, the main reason I come is because of the milkshake. They just make it’s perfect idk. However, things are a lil bit pricy compared to other stores hence, the -1 star rating.

Fatburger has exceptional food. Really. Its always fresh and made to order so it may seem like or does take longer but its being made for you. I have tried their chicken tenders and they are tender, crispy all around good. I wanted to try something else today, which honestly I don't do much so I tried their southern fried chicken burger. It was tasty. I think their tenders though are awesome.

Fatburger is definitely my favourite restaurant! I have never been disappointed with the food there and the staff is great! The cashiers are always very kind! I recommend this place.

Fantastic burgers, so fresh and juicy, amazing hand breaded chicken fingers and their Cajun and Red Hot chicken are amazing. They also have a really great breakfast menu and their milkshakes are very tasty. I have heard complaints about the price however these are not fast food burgers, they are burgers like your Mom would make. The best part of this location is the fantastic staff, they are always friendly and upbeat, I have seen them be treated very poorly by customers and they always handle it with grace and still face their next customer with their bright smiles and positive attitudes. I will always return to this location.

Burger was okay for a fast food chain burger. Not the best, not the worst; somewhere in the middle.

Wow. 45 mins of waiting and what just happened. No masks, no cleaning and them insisting I sit down at an over crowded restaurant when the order was to go in the first place Hahah I'm hoping they atleast remembered that there was allergies or this will be extremely disappointing and a big waste of money/time.

We like a lot hanging out. Last night we found this fine place which friends told us about. We spent a delightful time there with exceptional food and an efficient stuff and an impressive cook. We put this venue in our list and we shall surely visit again very soon. We highly recommend.

WoW! Just WoW. By far The best Burgers I ever ate in Edmonton, always cooked to perfection, toppings are always fresh and plentiful, the Poutines are amazing, and are 2nd only to the Burgers.

Worst staff I have ever dealt with. The ladies were very rude even as far as yelling at one of my children. I didn’t want to make a scene and get into a shouting match with the lady yelling at my child, but one thing for sure is I won’t be going back there, and I suggest you do the same.

I’ve had 2 completely different experiences at this location. The first time they gave my order to someone else and then tried to modify a cold wrong order to match mine. I would give that experience 1/5 stars. I didn’t go back for a year because of this. My second experience was very good. Tasty order and good service. Clean restaurant. Food came in a reasonable time. I would give this experience 5/5 stars. Hopefully the second experience is the one that you get when you try this place.

Came in today with my sister in law and my 2 babies. Paid $41 for 2 adult meals and a kids meal, waited over 45 minutes for our food, in which my daughter hot dog kids meal come barely even warm. When i talked to the lady working, they were willing to do anything about this. Whi h is unacceptable. Won't be coming back to this location.

This place is amazing and spacious, the meals was yummy and the rates were very fair.quick, productive service and very amiable staff. Highly recommended.

Compared to the location in st albert this place was a flop.bland tasteless food the meat looked like and tasted like cardboard.some cross training is necessary and maybe fewer hours.focus on quality rather then being open as much as possible as this has a prime location and is open late.first time I ever seen 2 restaurants share bathrooms though.was very weird to say the least.

Did you say Fatbutger? Are you sure you did not say slowburger or skinnyburger? But when I hear fatbutger I think of a big thick patty. We got an average burger.

Here is the problem: delivery take out ruins the dine-in experience. We ordered and then waited because priority went to the constant skip the dishes traffic.

Small portions for the price. Good flavour and friendly service but the sun is setting on this place quickly.

They have the meats.that you'll actually like. I likely that they carry meat that is actually grown in Alberta so that you can support locally. It's always a treat, so you'll visit often.

I order from here way more then I'd like to admit.

Only downfall is they like to give you boned wings when you order boneless. But great food regardless.

6 people in the store we were told it was going to be 20 minutes before we could order.a lady in front of us waited for half an hour for her food and ended up having to get a refund because her food was taking too long. They didn’t seem understaffed at all either. I’ve seen much busier places run with less staff

Staff neglected the people in store to take a phone order which bumped us in the queue making our wait longer. They also charge for substitutions of items that are the same price on the menu that's right beside the till.

Got food poisoning from this last night. 01: 45 got a BBQ burger. It tasted great but 3-4 hours later I got crazy muscle contractionions, headache, and finally threw up.almost 24 hrs later I haven't recovered fully.
