Fatburger Sherwood Park

Great place for a late night bite. Everything came out fresh and quick and the workers were very welcoming

Whelp, I ordered Fatburger from uber and picked up the order myself. Just a combo nothing special. Burger, fries and a pop. 27 dollars was a bit steep for the order but since I've never been to Fatburger, I'd certainly give it a chance.

When I got back to work and unpacked my order, I for 1 was disappointed that the pop was a can and not a bottle. 3+ dollars for a can seemed a bit steep to me.

2 the fries were more boring then the plains in Saskatchewan. No seasoning salt or anything on them.

3 I go to unwrap my burglar, (I call it that because of a waste of money this lunch was) and it's sitting in liquid grease, and because of that, the entire bottom of my burglar bun was sopping wet.

27 dollars (with uber inflation I know) was a major disappointment. I will not come here again. 7-11 can do better then what I got today.

By far the worse fat burger! No customer service, no responsibility. It is the principle of offering good service and getting caught in a lie and trying to gaslight your customer is terrible. 100% will never eat at this location again. Also accusing skip of tampering with my food because you didn't fulfill my order correctly is horrendous, should be ashamed that these are the individuals representing your company.

Been awhile since we've gone here but last time, guacamole was bad and Fri he's were ice cold. Gross.

Thus place is awesome from interior design you can really tell the difference, it's a new place and looks classy. The burgers are so good.

Best burger! The fries were hot and plenty of them. I would go back there to eat for sure!

My wife went in while i stayed in the car with the kids, but through the window, everything looked clean. The food was delicious but expensive for a burger and fries

The staff and owner here are dialed in to customer service and it helps that they serve tasty burgers. It was my son's birthday and they gave him a special treat for free.

I went to a certain fast food restaurant in the same plaza as Fatburger in Sherwood Park. I was dreading a burger that was just thrown together. As i went through the drive through, i was greeted with sarcasm at the order screen. I backed out and went to Fatburger, that was close by. I am extremely happy i did. The place was spotless and had very polite employees. I received my meal to find it was twice the size as if i went to other fast food restaurants. A burger n fries like they are in pictures. I was even asked again by an employee if i needed anything and how was the food! Unreal. I absolutely highly recommend This restaurant.expecially over any thrown together fast food place like the one noted earlier. Good job to Fatburger in Sherwood Park.

I love this location. The people here are super nice and the place is always clean. Takes some time to prepare as there is usually a line of Skip drivers (for good reason- the food is delicious!) It's worth the wait, they always customize my salad to my liking as well! Thanks Fatburger Sherwood Park, you're the best:) currently waiting on my Skip order as we speak and how can you go wrong with free delivery and free deep fried pickles!

Opted for skip the dishes. Delivered to the wrong house. Would not rectify the problem only to refund my money. Called the restaurant to talk to the manager. Was not available. No-one wants to responsibility for anything. Its my fault in the end.
