Fatburger St Albert

First time here and was really impressed, the bacon cheeseburger was delicious and the service was great. Their staff were very polite attentive. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good burger.

We went to try their chicken wings. We ordered boneless with fries and a drink k and bone in with yam fries.

The order came quickly and presentation of the food was really nice.

However the boneless wings were dry and the flavor on the bone in wings were also dry.

On the other hand the fries were awesome.

It was pricey, $50 for our meals.

The burgers were fine but the onion rings were awful, no flavor and not cooked all the way through. It's just an okay burger joint.

This restaurant is way too overpriced for the type of food they provide. I get that it is catering to a nostalgic burger past time, but the burgers were ok and I wouldn't pay the price again. Average experience.

We ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger and a Mushroom Swiss to go. The BCB was on point, really good. The Mushroom Swiss was so salty that it ruined the experience and was just edible. Because we weren't dining in, I called to give feedback. I was thanked for the feedback but wasn't offered anything in return for a less than acceptable product. We said no fries, so paid 12 dollars for a really bad burger. Disappointing,

Update: Originally, I was asked to reach out to the ithinkfatburger email address, as they stated customer satisfaction was important to them. I see now that they have removed this reply.
I have reached out two times via email, with no reply. I don't want nor have I ever asked for a refund, I do not need my money back, I just wanted to be heard. We won't be spending our money here anymore at this location.

This place is very unprofessional. On the uber app the restaurant says its open at 9AM for breakfast delivery. This is untrue then trying to explain to the ladie (maria) that the app let me place the order, she called saying she wasn't going to make the order since they don't open till 11AM but she's there at 9AM and the app says you'll make it at 9AM so I don't get why you would have the app do that be there at 9AM and not make my order that's rediculous. Cheak yourself Maria.

Make sure to check your pickup order before you leave. Food is good though - deep fried pickles. **"Edit*** one year later, deep fried pickles are not spears now, they are slices even though menu still lists spears. Disappointed.

Awesome burger! Family and I ate here before a movie. Very fresh and tasty. Great people. Fair price too. Almost all the tables were clean.

You can never go wrong with fat burger if you love burgers. Very delicious and very friendly staff

My wife and I used to always come here for the poutine and chicken strips. They have now apparently changed to a new vegetarian gravy that is super watery and terrible tasting (very salty with minimal taste). Wish we knew that before we paid $7 for it. Thankfully they gave us a refund back for it.

Chicken strips were still good though.

Excellent food, really love their chicken tenders made in store not over breaded or over salted, very tasty.

I looooove Fatburger! So tasty, really good sized portions for great price. All their burgers and sandwiches are good some are unbelievable. The classic fatburger is a perfect hamburger in my opinion but my favorite is the ultimate bbq burger with chilli. The wings are really good too so is breakfast. I would like to point out that too my knowledge they are one of the few places that do chilli as a topping RIGHT. That means a MEAT ONLY chilli no beans! Bean and meat chilli on fries or on a burger is weird and also wrong. Chilli as a topping should be a "greek style" meat only and that's how Fatburger rolls. Kudos tou guys are awesome!
