Fatburger Westlink

I stopped in for breakfast in the middle of the afternoon and it was excellent! I like when the eggs are cooked on a clean grill. No Yukky black marks. The coffee was great too. Hats off to all the staff and the chef! I will definitely return …… soon.

This location is phenomenal. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. I've never had such good onion rings as here, the onions inside are perfectly crispy and very lightly battered unlike many other places.
I believe it was likely the manager or owner of the evening who was helping out in the kitchen and delivering the food and he did so with a big polite smile and friendly. Great team work will return.

Was on my lunch break grabbing a burger at this location when I witnessed the leaders of this establishment undermining one of thier own workers. It's a shame people abuse thier power and make others feel unwelcomed. I would go to another location or even franchise.

Terrible service. Teller was not knowledgeable and still screwed up our order. We were the only ones in the restaurant so not sure why she was so useless.

Been coming here for year and the owner/manager has always been awesome to us always enjoy coming in

Milkshakes were excellent as usual. We recieved our burgers as we ordered them and they were delicious!

Went in to order supper for my son and I. As soon as I walked up to counter, the employee was rude to me. I ignored her comment and started to place my order when she started to laugh at me. I asked her why she is laughing at me and she replied she was not laughing at me. I told her she was a very rude and ignorant person and left. I will never return to any fat burger store again. I should of learned the last time I was there and the person serving me yelled out skinny tip and they ruined my burger.

I come to fat burger and you guys give me a raw burger this is disgusting stop rushing food out this should not happen. I had to drive 30 minutes and get no food. If i get food poisoning definitely wouldn't be good.staff was very polite handled a refund and a free burger even though i wont return

The staff were really welcoming and quite helpful to their new staff as well. The food was great as well.

Food is okay

The cashier lady handled a guys cash and change with her bare hands and then grabbed our cups (fingers inside the cups) with said bare hands without washing or sanitizing her hands

Had the lumberjack poutine, wasn't good. Fries were cold, sauce was non existent, wax pretty meh for an overpriced food item

Good burgers, also tasty yam fries. Service was prompt and courteous, definitely come back for more. A little pricey but better than the cheaper fast food alternatives.

This place is great for burgers and wings/chicken tenders. My last trip though, I paid for extra sauces and didn’t get them and also tried the mini donuts which were big disappointment.

Always a good meal, but they need to consider combos as piecemeal purchases adds up to a lot more.

No gluten-free options. Very disappointing. Fat burger in Lethbridge does gluten-free burgers and gluten-free fries.
I'm upgrading to 5 stars because they got in touch with me and explained their scenario with gluten free. Very professional!

Excellent service.we ordered a large takeout order and said that we’d be 15 minutes.it was ready in less than 10.i’m not sure if he was the owner or manager, but i was able to speak to a very lovely gentleman who continuously thanked me for supporting this location.we will be back because of this kind and grateful service.the quality is always amazing.definitely try out this location!

If you’re going to Fat Burger you already know how amazing and tasty the food and menu is. Yet this location the customer service was awesome and above the bar. A man who I could assume was the manager or owner was extremely helpful and kind to us. He made sure we were looked after and although a burger place it felt like a seated restaurant as he kept coming to tend to our table. The food was fresh and tasty and all of us had a super great experience. There may be more than one Fat Burger but the service isn’t anything like this one A+!

Had limited time on my lunch break and was craving fatburger, my order is very simple, cheese burger with only cheese. Got back to work to find my meal was wrong (everything on it). I should have checked to see if my meal was right but being limited on time I had to rush back. Disappointed because it's almost like I threw away $30.

This is my first time eating at Fatburger I found the atmosphere to be unrushed the staff very friendly the owner even came over a few times to check to see our meals where okay, my burger was delicious, fries piping hot, lots of flavor, fresh ingredients which is so important, we will definitely return, covid19 measures in place, very clean and safe, well done staff!

Holy EXPENSIVE AS HELL! Never been to this place before. But it's my last, pricing is based in the burger/sandwich. Expect to pay even more when you want to make it a combo. Lesson learnt

Great burgers, with few nice options. My favorite is the Calif burger.the added avocado is perfect. Service is great whether you're eating in or it's to go. The milkshakes sound great, haven't tried them, but they seem to be pretty popular.a number of them on various tables. I think its the bacon ranch burger my husband always gets.picky eater.always up for a return trip so it must be pretty good. Highly recommend you give a try.

Very cheap management. Came in today to eat, and owner says that refills cost extra, and kids meals don't get any toppings on the burgers! I've been to other fatburger restaurants before and have never experienced these strict rules. Definitely never coming back to this location. Zero stars

It is what it is! Dripping delicious goodness. We ALWAYS eat here when it's burger day! Great food and the owners and staff are awesome!

One my favorite place for burger. They made my order with lettuce wrap exactly like what I wanted. The patty was still moist & the size was satisfied.

Just had a disappointing experience at this fat burger, which is too bad cause I really do enjoy their food.

I walked in and approached the counter (no other customers were in the restaurant) I stood at the counter and wasn't greeted or told "hi one moment please" nothing.as I stood there I could see the employees making food and one employee maybe on his break eating food at one of the tables. So because nobody acknowledged my presence I just walked out and it wasn't until I was walking out someone said "hi". Little to late to acknowledge me on my way out. I understand being busy but at least say "hi there, one moment please" or something.

Hair in my food the owner told me it's fine because it's just an eyelash and then said she would give me a milkshake. All we wanted was a refund for the meal that was ruined and says it isn't mandatory to wear hair nets

The food we got was good, good service but we were missing the onion rings we ordered and because we were staying in a hotel there, it wasnt worth the drive around edmn to go back. So we probably wont go back

Great quality and freshly made to order burgers. Ate a Doubleking burger that was huge and really filled me up. Only problem I had which may have been a miscommunication was ordering 2 kids meals. One for my daughter and one for my wife. My wife isn't a big eater so a kids burger and fries would have been perfect. Employee said that we could only order one kids meal and my wife would need to order the next size up in burger. It was perhaps only slightly bigger than a kids burger but came at a $5 increase in price. Again, I'm sure this must have been a slight miscommunication and we plan to return. Next time I'll make it clear on what we want to eat and if they refuse again, I'll edit my review to reflect this.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was welcoming and the service was quick. There is a ton of choices and the food was flavourful. Would highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for great tasting burgers. The staff kept checking in on us to see if every thing was okay and met our expectations. Keep up the great work Fat Burger Westlink. We are definitely coming back:)

Staff are friendly and welcoming, the dining area is kept tidy. The food is delicious, the best burgers are available here.

The owners were super nice and welcoming, which I think makes them stand out even more from the other Fatburgers I've been to. Needless to say, I will be going back whenever I have a burger craving.

Best burger of my 15 year vegetarian life! It came out looking like a work of art, and tasted just as good. Fat Burger's Beyond Meat Deluxe is hands down the best veggie burger out there! It's not even close! Also I have eaten here on numerous occasions since this location opened, and the staff are always pleasant and cheerful to be of service.

Took order wrong, and 10 minutes after finishing meal, both me and my partner had stomach cramps.suspect burger was under cooked or to greasy, could not taste under the large amount of sauces.

I came here to try something new on my lunch break, and as I haven’t had fat burger for a few years it was worth checking out again. I ordered a standard burger, medium fries and a drink. The total order (without tip) totalled $17.50, it also took around 20 minutes to complete. The food was fine (not extraordinary) but due to the time I waited and the high end price I was left dissatisfied

FATBURGER! There's nothing left to say! XXL double fat cheese. That's the burger of choice. Good shakes, decent fries and table delivery after order. Great, friendly service. Clean with the Fatburger trademark decor. Plenty of parking.

The food was good but the choice of music and the level it was played at made it hard to hold a good conversation. Very nerve wracking.

The service was good, but lackluster. The restaurant was clean, and my order which was to go was prepared quickly.

I drove only a few minutes to my office and the food was packaged nicely and still very hot when I dug in.

Both my burger and the gravy for my fries were good but generic. The fries were above average; fresh, hot and cooked just right.

I'd say if you're looking for a burger joint experience you'll find it here but it won't knock your socks off.

OMG Delicious! I had the chicken tenders with curly fries. I didn't add any flavour to my fries but there are options like garlic. Normally I don't use gravy on my fries but their's was so good. The service was prompt but our orders were made fresh which they do tell you. Certainly delivered on their promise but it didn't disappoint. I would have gotten a shake but the meal would have been too much but next time I am getting one. This location was celebrating it's 7th anniversary and there was a huge sheet cake that they were providing for free. This location was very clean and it was a busy location of both dine-in and take-out. I definitely will be returning.

I have been coming here for a while as I like the breakfast offered. I have always been happy with the service and the food.
Today I decided to treat myself to a Fatburger breakfast. I walked in and was looking at the menu board when someone yelled something in the distance. I presumed it was not meant for me as I could not tell what was said from such a distance. Then the young lady with the lipstick abruptly and loudly said we are not open yet. I was surprised and asked when they opened. She said 10am. It was 4 minutes to 10. She sent me out the door?
May I suggest locking the door when you are not open. If a guest arrives 4 minutes early I suggest you seat them with a coffee and not send them out the door. I am having breakfast somewhere else as I am writing this.

Was going to go to IHOP but is was beyond full. We saw Fatburger open for breakfast and thought, "why not? ", we love the burgers.
It was absolutely delicious, fresh and satisfied the hunger just perfectly.

Great burgers. More menu variety than 5 guys also a couple bucks more expensive. If the two were side by side I'd go 5 guys 6/10 times. Food quality is very good. Everything tastes fresh.

As always fatburger is top rate and this one is just another example of that. Right off 170th with lots of parking. Make sure you Fat tip so you can hear them say fat tip and the thank you reply from the kitchen.

Restaurants been open for a half hour. I was at the front till for 15 minutes and didn't get aknowledged.there wasn't any servers out front everyone was in the back, wouldn't recommend. Terrible service

Have eaten in house and via skip the dishes always satisfied with our orders portions and price. Ordered from skip the dishes. Somewhere along the lines our two big bags of fries were missing.called the restaurant and the owner delivered them within minutes with extra gravy. Love this place.

Was not impressed for the first visit.
I found they drowned it with the amount of mayo they put on it.
The bun was soggy.
Next time i will eat it hot off the grill and maybe my opinion will improve.
