Just picked up a $60 order, first they got my order wrong, secondly I got 2 orders of bread they were extremely small and over priced they charge almost $3, this place use to be decent. The quality is down. Try kebab fusion or kebab garden authentic Pakistani/Afghani food.

I ordered 1 beef nihari through Uber Eats but in the Nihari too much salt and inside was not cooked, fulfill the box with oil

This was a place where you use to get amazing tasty food. But my recent experience was really bad. I got below average food. Did the dine in, ordered so many things and everything was awful including service.but if you are hungry late night, this is the place u can go and dine in thank you for this late night service. And please work on your biryanis all of them taste like fried rice but in that price it may be ok may be not. But, if you are charging money do please provide excellent food taste bcz, average food is available everywhere. Also, you need to work on the rolls too I don’t think naan is good option in roll.

I just go there always because of taste otherwise the girl has pathetic service. She doesn't even greet nicely when we have dine in and give very bad attitude and treat rudely. I don't know why, what's wrong with her.

Today first time I took out the chicken and asked her to give me chutney which they usually serve everytime while dine in. But knowing I go there every weekend she charged me extra for that.

Everything about this place is awful. There once was a time my family and I loved the food here. I don’t know if owners have changed or the kitchen staff but food quality is so bad. Naans we’re all burnt, small portions and they using the same base masala for everything so everything tastes same. It is not Authentic Pakistani food at all. The taste of food is so bland and the food is not exactly what is described in the menu. We have had a horrible experience here. DO NOT recommend

Me and my friends went to this restaurant around 11pm as we were so hungry, we have ordered one platter and one goat kadhai.

Platter was okay but the goat kadhai has weird smell of fish and none of my friend liked it. Also, we ordered 5 garlic naans and they had burned garlic on it and also they have putted some kind of salt on the naan. The naan is like if you try to bend it it breaks in pieces.

The server looks like a Indian girl, she didnt even smiled at us and make us feel welcome. Her body language was indicating that she is frustrated when new guest were coming.

Pathetic service, pathetic food.

Wait time too long. Wasted my time for skip order. Said 5 mins then 10 mins later said 1 min then still took another 10 mins after that

Total time I waited after the time it was suppose to be ready is 25 mins. That is time I will never get back.

Worst experience ever. Waited for 5+ minutes just for the staff to come and give us a table in an almost empty restaurant. It took 30+ minutes for the food to arrive. Biryani was cold, and rice was dry. The food was super salty, almost like they added extra salt in it to normalize how stale the food was. The staff was rude and had attitude. Never going back again.

Do bad in taste. 1 year before its was so good but right now fallen 100% in good quality and taste. Too much need to improve. Ch Karachi & biryani taste is so bad today.

They don't sell haleem, they sell dhaleem basically daal haleem no meat! 3 star for creativity!

They made last minute chai for us which was light but had flavor. Both the attendants got my order together politely which is nice.

Food was outstanding with pure authentic flavours. Having these food feel like home made food. Service was topnoch too! Must recommend.

We organized a family lunch at Fatima Restaurant with separate seating by family, respecting the prevailing Covid protocols. Hamza was very professional in organizing the event for us, including managing orders by table and placed table identifiers by family. The check-in and service were very professional and prompt. Food was served quickly and everything was delicious. The grill platter was yum! Overall, a great experience!

Yesterday we visited there, food was so delicious, and staff was so friendly really enjoyed there and i would suggest everyone to visit at least once to taste mouth watering food.

The worst customer service and quality of food are not good as they use to be. The staff is so untrained. Called and placed the order but no one prep the order.

Best chicken I have had in Calgary, biryani was so yummy. This place is now going to be my go to place now.

We went to fatima from red deer specialty as recommended by many friends, chicken curry, chicken biryani was really disappointed, the chicken in biryani was cold where the rice was hot same with curry, the chicken they put in curry was look like bones not chicken pieces

I am giving it one stars just because the food was amazing, but other that the service was really bad, the server didn’t know how to handle the customers, also asked her if she can clean the washroom as it was clogged and she said, she is busy!? Told the manager about it and he said it’s a busy place and this will happen. The waiting time was like around 30 min Again their excuse might be “”BUSY”””

Placed an Order. Went to pick up order after 30 minutes and we were informed that there is no order in the system. Even refused to agree that they received any call.

On Sat, I visited this place to enjoy lunch with my little son while utilizing my wait time for the mechanic to fix my car.
The food was ok.
Unfortunately, the service was poor (giving just an one example though I have more), I asked the waiter/server for bread (roti), reminded her in the middle, and when we finished eating she brought us bread (OMG).
Very disappointing experience. Even my little son said, "dad, It was a bad service". With this kind of service, I will not recommend this restaurant to my network and it was my first and last time.

Rude staff. Mismanaged. Travelled 300 kms to have a dinner at this place and so disappointed. Never gonna revisit.

Oil Corner! People love this place only because Calgary does not have remotely good Pakistani food. The food is done a great injustice with the amount of oil used. Service is okay. Staff is so busy serving highly demanding customers in large family settings that it has more of a drive through feel than a restaurant feel.

The worst food ever. First it took close to 2 hours for my order to arrive. Secondly the chicken skin was still on the wings in a chicken Karai (disgusting), third, asked for chillies delivered none and had ordered kheer but instead sent us rus malai. So disappointed right now

Disappointing service which makes me want to give a one star review despite good quality food. Staff are rude and impatient when taking orders. They would be walking away in the middle of order, making the process hasty and inefficient. This is unacceptable especially when the restaurant was for the most part empty. If the owners/management are serious about making customers happy, I urge them to review this with their servers.

They Just Ruined the day. I ordered the chicken Curry and it was not prepared well as there was lot of oil in the chicken (its was a chicken oil not chicken curry)

My husband and I were visiting from Ontario on a little trip to Alberta and came across this gem of a restaurant. We found out about it from someone we met while visiting Banff and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing. We can't even find authentic karahi like this in Toronto. We were actually fortunate enough to meet the owner Hamza too. The hospitality was top notch and the dining atmosphere was perfect for a great night out. The BBQ is to die for. It arrived to our table literally sizzling and the portion size was more than generous. We definitely had to pack some up to go as we couldn't finish it all. I wish Hamza moved to the GTA so that we could enjoy his delicious food all the time!

Just picked up food, we ordered butter chicken, and few more items, when we check the butter chicken was less than a half container, quantity so bad. We called to check about the quantity, the lady to pick up the phone, said was close and hanged out, worst service, and quantity.

I have been a regular at this place, normally purchasing via skipthedishes unless otherwise. However, on Sunday 05th Sep, 2021 I purchased the regular stuff - a kilo of Goat Karahi and two Garlic Naan and a plain via skipthedishes for a pickup. Half of it was sent to my grandparents. Next day, my grandparents and my family was all sick and all of us had a stomach ache. Good that it was a long weekend. I gave all the details so that the company can track me down. The food was not worth $65 at all. A refund or an alternate would be appreciated.

This restaurant is our usual lunch time stop when returning from a weekend in Banff on our way to EDM. Not because it's extraordinarily tasty, but because t a halal and our Calgary family likes it and it's reasonably priced.
This time around, nothing to bolster. Didn't like it. We waited over an hour for our order. Errors made in our order and the food, everything, was toooo spicy, even the raita and they served everything piece meal! Not to mention over cooked hence dry. Not going back there.

Have been dining at this restaurant for a long time. Never did we ever have a complaint/concern about the food n service which has been consistently tremendous. The owner always take cares of his customers and pays deep attention to if any concerns, leaves his personal contact info publicaly. Recently, i have seen some negative comments from a group about the experience they had which left me quite surprised as this is the first time i’ve heard of something like this about this place.on another note, it sounds quite fishy that every member of the complaining group fell sick after consuming the food.it could very well be a conspiracy considering the reputation of this place. But whatever it is, i have a message for both parties. For the complaining group, i would request to be fair in your feedbacks and comments because they clearly seem over the top and well thought out made up comments.its a matter of someone’s business reputation which this place have build really well based on their exceptional product n service not saying they’ll be perfect in their operations all the time as there is always room for mistake which everyone of us makes. Please don’t try to sabotage someone’s reputation just over an incident (which we aren’t even sure it’d happened). For the management of the restaurant, we as a community has complete belief on you even if you errored occasionally to rectify if there is an issue and i am sure you will.i’ll be keep coming back to this place and support this business and every sensible member of this community will do as well. As far as myself, family, friends and family friends are concerned, this place has always treated us and given us 5 star experience and there is no reason why they’ll not continue to do so as they are a group of great people.cheers!

Ordered on Thursday for our family. Food was delivered to us. Packaged very well. Owner was very friendly and helpful. You can tell these people really care about their customers and service. I would recommend to anyone!

Ordered food for 10 people. Owner was very kind and very helpful. Made the order same day and delivered it. Thank you so much for the quick service and great tasting food! Prices are very very reasonable also.
