Terrible company. Terrible telephone service. Can not get through to a human to find out what has happened to my package. Charged me for import fees twice. Delivered a slip saying Final Attempt, though, it was the first attempt & did not leave package because I hadn't paid import fees, though, I have paid TWICE. When I called package wasn't delivered because nobody was home, though I was home. Called FedEx hours & telephone service said 56 ave location was open I drove 30 minutes there it was in fact closed. I will be contacting the company I purchased from begging them to switch shipping services.

What a scam. I self cleared at customs office and dropped off the stamped document at the Fedex centre. I was given my package after couple failed trips as they said package was not ready even when they told me its ready for pickup. Now 3 months later I received a letter that I have duties and brokerage fee payment due for that same package which I already paid Customs office directly and gave them proof. Now I will have to go back and forth with them again. Very frustrated. Wish I can report them to some higher government authority.

Atrocious service. Customer service is even more useless. I've sat here for four days now waiting for my packages just to have them not arrive. I can understand when they are delayed due to weather, but don't lie and say a delivery was attempted when it wasn't. No call, no tag, nothing. I don't appreciate having my time wasted. I would rate zero stars if I could.

Fast, Friendly and Efficient. I have no complaints about this place. I’ve always had a great time here. I been coming here for years and I don’t understand how some people could get mad at this location… everyone here actually does their job well, very friendly staff and smooth transactions. Why does the driver never ring the doorbell? I work from home. That is just extreme laziness to say that they attempted a delivery when no attempt was made other than to drive up to the house and not step out of the vehicle. Your job is to literally deliver packages with your best effort. How is this level of ineptitude acceptable with a supposedly "world renowned" courier company? No don't answer that, it was rhetorical.

They never deliver, and then they take the shipment to another side of town. I wish websites say who is their delivery partners so that I can avoid websites that use FedEx as their delivery partners. I am sure that they don't even attempt delivery.

Oh man they are so bad. I don't know what they actually do, but delivering packages isn't it. They lose your stuff, they can't find you, they'll even have your stuff, know it's your address that it's supposed to go too, and just refuse to give it to you on pick up. I can't stress enough how confusing and exhausting it is to deal with them. Its like the government but somehow worse. The only thing I can give them credit for is that they are sure consistent.

Customer service are really friendly but i think nothing enrages me more than fed ex delivery service.they said they attempted a delivery but no tag and no one rang my buzzer.what's up with fed ex anyway? Why deliver on a time when it's working hours and people might be at school or working.then they stop after 5pm.and then they won't deliver again or will deliver again at a really inconvenient time.then they won't let you hold your shipment and give me the wrong date for delivery when that day is a holiday.i wish the company i ordered from would not choose fed ex as their delivery service.

I don’t understand why those big companies like Rogers and Apple choose to work with FedEx for their shipment. I never got the call for parcels which are over thousand dollars, and it’s returned to the shipment centre without even leaving a notice or so. I am at home all day! Very frustrating. 0 out of 10 if I could rate this way.

I have a package I've been waiting months on. It finally came, but they claimed the address was incorrect (it wasn't) and they were unable to deliver it. A man from FedEx called me and left a voicemail so I immediately called back to double check the information about the delivery. Instead of a person, I got a computer operator who refused to let me speak to a real person and hung up on me. The computer said I have to pick it up today or they'll send it back. What is this company? Avoid.

My online package showed delivery delayed and then it's available to pick up at the Ship Centre. There is no phone call or anything and there is FedEx pickup place close to my place. I don't understand why I have to go pick up in the middle of nowhere and driving to this Ship Centre is way further than just going to the mall. Very bad experience and I wish no online shipment using FedEx anymore.

FedEX is not deliver package on time, as per tracking package at local facility on Friday morning, it was not delivered on Friday and even Saturday, I checked again and it' shows incorrect address pending, even though address is correct, no one contact us.we paying fee for service but it's disappoint me

No delivery was attempted, bc if i had missed the call from the buzzer, there would've been a missed call in my phone log, and no door tag was left behind either. My package is now held at a location a bijjilian miles away from where I live. I don't drive.will have to either ask a friend for a favor or uber to their middle of nowhere location.

Useless service, after half hr on phone could not obtain requested shipping quote due to Fedex System failure. When requested to send me an email quotation, employee stated that they do not use Fedex emailing system and are not allowed to send quotes from personal email. Not sure whats going on with Fedex these days?

Calling them is brutal. It was impossible to get through the virtual assistant to speak with an actual person. FedEx decided not to deliver a package to my home (which I usually have no problems getting delivered to) and sent it back to the sender. There were no phone calls/texts/emails sent to me to warn me.

Would give them 1 star but the only reason I gave them an extra star is because they were willing to do an express shipment of a temperature-controlled parcel a year ago. Their front desk staff are also really nice when you show up in person so I feel bad for not giving them credit for that.

I ordered a time sensitive package and paid EXTRA for 2 day shipping so that I would get the package on the Friday and not have to wait over the weekend. I waited at home all day today as I had an email that the package would be delivered today. When my boyfriend got home today he found a door tag saying "sorry we missed you". I was home ALL day, and did not hear a door bell at any point. I no longer trust that you guys will return next Monday at the latest as your door tag says. Instead I have to call in to your automated (and slightly frustratin) g system in order to get you guys to hold the package at one of your centres. Very frustrated and ticked off that I paid extra for 2 day shipping, did not receive package (or realistically you guys didn't attempt to actually deliver it to me), now have to wait an extra 3 or 4 days, drive across the city and out of my way to get the package.

There is a massive puddle in the parking lot that's extremely deep and hard to get past. The area is hard, if not impossible, to get to by bus. It's almost impossible to get to if you're disabled or reliant on public transport which is a major detriment to living in the city, or having goods shipped here. The staff are kind and helpful though, extremely accommodating and understanding.

I picked up a parcel today, and the guy who helped me was great. Everything went smoothly, my only concern was the location. It was a bit too far from where I live and I hope I could’ve picked up the parcel to a closer location. Overall my experience in this location was great.

Worst customer service ever. The lack of basic human intelligence at this location is astounding. Even when you show them multiple pieces of ID, messages from the sender, and talk to the Fedex head office who calls them to inform them that we can in fact pick up our package, they refuse to release it. Mind blowing stupidity.

This has to be the most frustratingly incompetent organization I have seen in a long time.
They have truly worked hard to earn their 2.6 star rating, and honestly, it shows.
Most of the positive ratings are from their own employees.
It's like dealing with the cable company from southpark.
I would recommend avoiding at all costs. And if you do find yourself at their mercy, I honestly feel for you.

My package was out for delivery 2 days in a row and did not get delivered either days. When I asked if I could pick it up the second day, I was told to hold it for pickup might delay the package another business day.
What was the point of paying extra for this "express" service when you guys miss TWO deliveries?

TBH I never want to deal with FedEx but stupid Samsung decided to use 3rd class courier service provider company so here I am.my package is showing- Out for delivery since last 3 days but its not delivered yet. I tried so called sucks customer service and according to them they attempted but no one was home.huhhh. I have camera installed at the main door and I didn't see anything.my family was home all day so I don't know on which address dumb driver was knocking the door.funny part I called 3 times to customer service and everytime they are giving me different excuse.
FYI-This is not my first time struggling with these guys and their lame services.

Horrible company. Will never ever use their shipment services. Punch of lier's! From mangment to staff. Including head office. Package was supposed to come 2 days ago according to tracking number! Everytime I call head office.they tell me 15 min it should be over. I wait for hours and no show up! I call back they say 30 min it will be there for sure! Wait for hours no show up! That's after passing the time frame that was on tracking!
Then calling them for 3rd time they say it's in ware house and leaving to your place now!
Waited waited all night.nothing happens!

They are the worrest people to Deal with. They comitment is way out! I hope this message goes to main fedix office in the states where they can actually do something about they customer service that is going on here in Alberta, Canada

Very bad, its service was excellent, but now it is more than bad. He told me I will receive my two packages, but I did not receive it. It was more than a month late. They only brought me one box. I called more than once to follow up on my remaining package and sent everything that was inside the box. They told me it arrived empty, how is it possible? After more than a month of waiting, they told me that my shipment was officially announced as missing. How is this possible? I paid customs and shipping fees, but my package did not reach me.

I was waiting 3 days for a package to be delivered. Every one of those days FedEx tracking indicated the package was on a truck for delivery. Finally on the 4th day I arranged for pickup at the depot. When I got to this location for pick up they told me the package was not ready for me and I should come back in 1.5 hours. On my second trip back to the depot I finally got my package.

Delivery person had my package.claims it was the wrong address and took it to a location 23 mins away. Never had this problem with UPS.lazy staff not wanting to do their job maybe? Called the supplier that was shipping to me and they confirmed that the address is correct! So wrong!

My parcel states that it should be delivered at my house but then it ends up to this location which is very far from me. Not sure why but it was not even attempted to be delivered, my house is filled with cameras and didn't see anyone coming in from Fedex that day.

I hate it when we find out that FedEx is delivering our package. The delivery guy came yesterday and put a door knocker on our place and didn’t even call us. Long story short I had to drive to this location twice to get the package. I asked for the manager and the person working the front desk was extremely rude. The manager finally came out after about a half hour and told me he would look into it, I really don’t believe he will do so. This has happened to us at least five times, this company is horrible.

Staff goes out of their way to help people.

I had an urgent package that a driver did not attempt to deliver. I called FedEx and asked for the exact location of the package. They responded quickly, but did note that it is very close to closing time and I may not make it. They gave me the context and a reasonable excuse for not delivering it.

I got to the shipping center 10 minutes too late. I was able to catch a driver coming out of the back door. He was very friendly and went inside to check for me if I can be helped. Along with two other front desk person, they located the package on a locked truck and managed to get it to me. These people all went over the top trying to help me after official work hours. I feel blessed and thankful.

I went out of my way to figure out how to write a review because my experience was so poor with Fedex. Firstly, it took forever to actually talk to a human on their automated phone line. Then when I did finally get through to a person, they were very rude and arrogant. One star is being very nice when taking into consideration the poor experience I had with Fedex.

Had rescheduled my delivery to a future date.waited all day to receive my package but it didnt show up.only to call and find out they had instead tried to deliver it the previous day.even though I had rescheduled it.so now I need to drive 45 minutes to the shipping centre to pick it up.kind of ruins the convenience of paying for delivery on a certain date.

The worst delivery services I got in Canada. The first attempt no rings, only a door tag. The door tag said the package will be available after 4pm, so on the next day I drove 40min to the shipping centre and they told me the deliver still has my package. Okay, i asked for another delivery to my house but this time before the delivery call me 20 min early. They did call me 30 min early said my driver would be my house, but I waited for 1 hour and 30min.no shows! I called the service center and they cannot track my package using my door tag number and my address. Now I am not sure when I am going to the Shipping center my package would be there.it said it would only hold it for 5 business days and it has been 3 days already.

What an awful business model. “We deliver to your door” really should be “you come to the most inconvenient part of your city and pick it up yourself”. We had the driver attempt a single delivery, and then it was a 40 minute round trip for me to go pick it up. I wish more vendors would allow customers to choose shippers. I would NEVER choose FedEx.

FedEx is the worst shipping service ever. First attempt is a final attempt as well. Leaves a note with no number to contact besides the automated service. Won't be ordering items online if FedEx is ever in charge of delivery, so anyone selling an item using FedEx hope you make the right choice and pick anyone else but FedEx.i wish I can vote negative stars.

I bought something and requested a pick up location near by my home. But somehow then ship my package to another city. I call them to to schedule a pick up location, they said I have to pick up from that damn city. It is so stupid, I did not request to pick up in another city, why I have to be responsible for this? This company will be died if they still have same shipping system.

The problem with these guys is either they dont like their job or they are just lazy. This is not the first time it has happened, I had an Express delivery from India. Paid a high amount for Express delivery and asked to be called before delivery to make sure I am home, went out to walk my dog and I have a door tag, missed the driver 5 min ago, driver did not even bothered to ring the bell! C'mon is it that hard to follow the instructions?

Well, I don't like having to drive clean across city after work, driving home from east to west end to get the slip, because I'm always at work when they deliver. Then have driving back across the city to the southeast, in heavy traffic and road construction only to find out the truck isn't back yet when I get there. I wasted my time and gas and have to wait another work day to do the same again trying to get my parcel. Why wouldn't FedEx leave the parcel in a depot closer to my home. This happens each time and I waste my time and gas. This parcel is urgent! When FedEx picks up from the airport, they should sort parcels to leave at depots nearest to the addresses on packages.

Not a really convenient place to go when there's no contact when they come to drop off the package. Located off the whitemud and on the east end of the city where nothing else is is just a hassle to get to. However, the employees who worked here when I went were polite, quick, and informative so I got in and out of there pretty smoothly.

I've once again had the misfortune of ordering a parcel through fedex. I waited at home all day, phone by side, delivery notifications ready. However, fedex was still incapable of doing their job: delivering my package to me. When I phoned costumer service, they told me that the drivers don't have a phone that they use on the delivery trucks. This confused me, as you are given the option of setting up notifications on your phone. As I was not given a tag for attempted delivery, I had to track down my package, only to find it residing in one of the most inaccessible locations to reach through public transportation. I phoned the location to ensure that my package was still there when I left that morning, and they assured me that it was. When I arrived, I was told that my package was not there and that I had to go to another location. Another 30 minute bus ride and then 10 minute walk later I was seething. Fedex completely disregards their costumers and has absolutely no limit on how inconvenient to their service will be. Their company is disorganized and unprofessional, I feel like a group of monkeys could take charge and their would be a massive improvement. I refuse to order through any company that uses them as a delivery service, and if you dear reader have the misfortune of ordering through them, good luck and you have my condolences.

Really hard to get to if you don’t have access to a vehicle.

Very short window of opportunity to pick something up - not open very late so people who work/go to school don’t have many opportunities to pick packages up.

My apartment has a package service that allows drivers to leave parcels in lockers. The driver obviously didn’t attempt to do that and now I need to take a 30 dollar Uber to pick up my package.
