Said my package was available for pick up anytime after 6pm.its now 7pm and it still isn't available for pickup. Garbage company. No respect for other people's time.
FedEx has become worse over time. They did not deliver my package correctly. They even handed my package worth of $1000 of proprietary prototype to a package thief in front of the camera, despite the package clearly stated that signature is required. I have made a dozen of phone calls and all what they said is contacting the sender and investigate myself. They refused to compensate for their incompetency. They hurt my reputation and business. This is unacceptable.
We had exceptional service from one of the staff at the Fedex depot near Calgary airport. This young man (tall and blond, wish I had asked his name!) spent much time making sure that our small shipment of some medication to relatives in Texas was properly packaged, described, and prepared for border crossing. His service went well beyond the usual and his expertise was invaluable to us and our US relatives. Thank you so much, Fedex!
Worst company ever liers don't even know left to right scaming ppl with lies if they say good morning to you you better go out and check if it's morning or night
Worst delivery service I ever seen. They expect customers to wait on the road whole day to receive it and they can’t even try to contact before requesting pickup. They won’t assign the nearest place for pickup which is worst and poor customer service
Extremely happy and frustrated with FedEx. I have a FedEx Door Tag and when I enter it through the extremely frustrating automated service, it says the door tag number does not exist. And trying to find a live person to speak with regarding this is impossible. So please tell me how I am suppose to het information when the FedEx Door Tag I am in possesion of?
Staff looked like she would rather have a root canal the help me pick up my package. Only been there once so hopefully she was just having a bad day but not a great first impression
We came in due to a missing package, spoke with manager regarding the package drop off they assured it was delivered at the correct address. But we had to do our own investigation due to them saying it was delivered, father and I visited close to 10 houses around our house to find out that our package was delivered to the wrong house due to the address being the same but Postal Code mix up. Would advise fedex to update their GPS systems or the delivery drivers to be more careful in READING the correct postal code prior to delivery. Took us 2 trips to FedEx office and 10 houses to find our 250$ package. Annoying and sad.
Went to pick up pkh there After 6. Have a bad back and there was quite a line up. Young lady behind counter at rear took me to the front. Very helpful and accomaditing.
Not much to say as a regular customer picking up a package. From my visit, the service was fast and friendly, the staff seemed to get along with each other quite well with a cheerful attitude towards their work. The whole process of me picking up my item and paying for duties/taxes was quick and hassle free. The parking lot outside is big and the reception area inside is clean and air conditioned. Overall, a positive experience for me.
Paid for International Priority, delayed one day. Driver drove from Aero Dr to Cochrane to deliver, failed to check that inter Duties/Taxes had already paid, then left with the package leaving a sticky note.
Completely defeated the purpose of paying for Priority shipping.
FedEx doesn’t have a way to contact the drivers, so despite missing the driver at my door by only 15min, there was no way to get him turned around.
Now I wait to see if maybe they’ll deliver the package by 8pm like the customer service guy said they would.
I have my doubts. First time FedEx has failed me, and they couldn’t have picked a worse moment. This delivery was critical and already 24hrs late.
David was very friendly, and answered all my questions. Service is quick, staff was very proffessional with all the customers. Would definately recommend their services.
They don't let the customer know what forms needed to be filled out in order for it not to be delayed. Shipments I've sent have never shown up on time. They will gladly take your money for their over priced services. Overall, customer service, if any at all, lacks. Canadian office here was okay with the exception of know knowing what forms needed.
My ordered did not arrive at my door for the reason customer was not present at door, I was home the whole day after I called and scheduled they said it would be deleivered tommorow, I also told them the adress of the pickup location they should drop it off if not able to deleiver they said ok and confirmed it in the call. However the next day it was devievered to a pickup location way further then me! I called them and then they said we could scedule deleivery tommorow they don't care about their customers, I would recommend ups so you don't have to through this hassle!
Package was delayed, arrived in my city on a friday 910 minute drive from my home), still not delivered by the next friday.customer service hot line is awful.could not get any answers about anything.kept getting told my package would arrive by the next day.very poor professionality when it comes to customer satisfaction.i will avoid using fedex at al costs after having multiple experiences like this.
I'm really disappointed with FedEx Calgary. It was indicated my parcel's been delivered and signed for by me when nothing ever arrived and I never signed anything. I don't know how my parcel got misplaced/misdelivered with a clear address including buzz code already given. It took 3 business days to get a response from FedEx only to tell me that they received the ticket, to ask if i've checked the front door, mail room, etc (obviously I did otherwise I wouldn't have called) and to tell me that it will take another 2-3 days to investigate a lost parcel. And if they end up unsuccessful retrieving it, it's going to take another several days to issue a refund or request for replacement from the company I ordered it from. So much time wasted when all this could have been avoided right from delivery! One star rating for unreliable delivery service and unacceptable customer service.
Poor delivery services, either my packages are stolen or I am forced to go pick up at their aerodrive location. If only they had pickup locations closer to my home. NEVER had a good experience with FedEx!
I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service. I have never shipped anything internationally and the customer service we received was excellent in helping to quickly and efficiently send a package to St Lucia. It also appeared appeared be a lot of work considering everything had to be done twice electronically and handwritten labels as required by St. Lucia. Thank you!
Atrocious! "Attempted to deliver my package" without knocking, ringing the bell or calling. The rerouted the packager here, so when j go to pick it up the next day they've rerouted it again across town. Absolute joke!
Awful service.first driver leaves a note that my package will be at the shipping center. I go there the next day to pick it up only to be told twasn't there. The second attempt to deliver, apparently did happen the day after.but I wonder of it actually happened
For this location. Usually busy during the last hour before cut-off time 6: 30. This is too bad for pickups, but if dropping off, preparing my packages and documents online ahead of time, allows me to to just drop and go. For FedEx, in general I like them for the most part. Usually the cheapest/fastest option for International North America destinations. That is until something goes awry at US Customs, and then their broker agents drops the ball. They don't notify for delays soon enough as I would expect even for Next Day Priority.
If I could do zero stars I would. Delivery was worse than horrid, the driver did not knock on door or ring the doorbell. The service manager made excuses for the staff and did not make any effort to calm the situation. The parcel was at a different location than the one that I was told for pick up.
My opponent is. FedEx should offer a second vist if you miss them the first time expectantly if their net work is down. 3 hours by bus to get something I paid FexEx to deliver to my door. Just saying and explains your 1 star rating.
I had small package to ship to Arizona. These days I don’t expect much when it comes to service. Young lady was super helpful, knew her job and I was in and out in minutes. Five stars all the way.
FedEx is the worst, after waiting 4 days for my 1-2 days payed for delivery I called at 11am on the 4th day to see what the issue was, they told me the it won’t be delivered till the 5th day cause there was a mechanical issue with the truck, when I offered to come pick it up, they said I have to wait for the truck to come back at 6pm which made no sense cause they just said the truck was broke down, when I gave the csr a hard time he checked with someone else and then told me there was and issue with the postal code so it went on the wrong truck, so basically the plan was not to tell me the address was wrong but to tell me the truck broke down and keep telling me it would come the next day even tho they had an incomplete address.what kind of shipping company tells you the truck broke down Instead of “your postal code is wrong” makes no sense.
Had to drive am hour to fed-ex to pick up my package that was suppose to be delivered to my home. They said I was out of their delivery area even though I had received a package from fed-ex the week before.
Driver wouldn't come to my address. I had to drive to meet him. He claimed he wasn't allowed to come. All other drivers including other FedEx drivers come to my door. He said he might get stuck. The road is perfectly clear of snow. Truck number 81333.
Don't even know how to rate a FedEx shipping store because I'm not a professional FedEx shipper I don't use it that often I went there to pick up our bank card that was replaced and that's how it was sent out to me. If I'm reviewing the location and ease of getting there yes five stars. If I'm reviewing the people that work there were they nice and professional yes five star if I'm reviewing how long the wait took didn't take long that's a five star. So not sure what you guys all want to hear here but nice place clean easy to get to.
When someone pays for tracking, please provide reasons for delays that match with what is told by support agents.
I have been waiting a week for a package to be delivered that arrived in Calgary from Toronto in 3 days.
1st delay - No delivery attempted due to weather conditions. Understandable, and the agent says it will arrive tomorrow.
2nd delay - Delivery exception, no attempt made. Agent says its due to the boxing day holiday. Well.why say its on the truck and en route to my house for the day then?
3rd delay - Delivery exception, no attempt. Call support, the package never left the facility due to a mechanical issue with their vehicle. But.the tracking system said it was en route ALL DAY.
Since the package never LEFT the facility, I ask for it to be set aside for pickup, only to be told that I will have to pick it up tomorrow. What? Its AT THE CENTRE. IT. NEVER. LEFT. Now I have to wait a day to pick it up or be "assured" again that it will arrive tomorrow.
I can "assure" you that I will never use fedex, and will opt for alternatives from now on.
They literally only have one job & can't even do it correctly. Had a delicate package containing live coral for my aquarium & it was delivered to the wrong address.like c'mon Fedex at least double check the address.

Perhaps your drivers should actually come knock on the door. Literally watched them pull up, look around and leave without even getting out of the vehicle.
Then they went and parked a few units down and decided to drive away when they saw me approach.
Worst service. They just put the doortag without any other information available for the recipient. I have checked twice but there was no tag and then the next day I saw there was a tag with date of a day before even when there was nothing before and ask me to pick up from FedEx center.
Not Enough Staff, Very Busy. Received my package, it looked like it was crushed/run over by a Mac Truck. The clerks reaction was oh well. Unacceptable. He was training someone as well. So they just learned its ok to give a customer a crushed package. Wonderful. Customer Service is gone, no where in sight anymore. Then there is all these signs saying they don't take cash anymore. Why? Cash is legal tender and is against the law in Canada to refuse to take. They use the excuse of COVID, but it's a Huge Myth and had been debunked that Covid is on Cash. It's no more on cash then.it is on your credit card or debit card. It's a huge ploy to.awitch people to a cashless society. We Are Not a Cashless Society!
Incredibly friendly and knowledgable staff at this location. I am in about 2 to 3 times a week and every time, no matter which staff member assists me, are pleasant and helpful with my shipping needs. Easy location to get to and the extra wide parking spaces are a bonus.
Even though they were having server issues, the staff made up for it by being very professional, and helpful. Kinda makes you hope for the server to stay down for good.
I don't know why the customers are so angry here. The staff are polite and efficient. They must have thousands of other packages back there. Give them a minute to find yours.
Useless, didn't deliver package due to duties needing to be paid, lazy driver didn't want to take it in person. Called to find out what was going on, where the only option was to pay over the phone (insecure, not PCI compliant btw) or go to this location for pickup.
Fedex is the worst courier service ever.they dont need even 1 star. Am not talkng about this service centre.but fedex canada. I sent my valuable ID card with them and now it is kind of lost. It been 6 months and fedex is not doing anything about it. Everytime I call they have silly excuses.everytime they r doing investigation. If you have any valuable document to sent never choose fedex.
Never going to do business with FedEx ever again in my life. I stood in front of my patio and the FedEx Driver threw my package on the stairs and package fell down the stairs. Nintendo Switch was inside. Save yourself the trouble and use UPS or Canada Post.
Friendly staff and great service. The location is very easy to find as it’s impossible to miss the huge FedEx building. They also ship electronics with batteries at this location whereas other authorized ShipCentres doesn’t.
There are lots of dedicated customer parking right outside. However there were a lot of people in line and the wait time was pretty long, so try not to come during rush hour when other people might be here. With social distancing protocols, they’re only allowing 8 people inside so you might have to stand outside while waiting in line.
Very bad experience with fedex. I sent parcel to india & they charged me from both sides. Not a little amount. They charged exorbitant price. Really disappointed.: (. I will never use fedex for any parcel.
Delivery was as scheduled. I wasn't able to be home when they dropped off so I picked up at this location without any issues. Courteous staff. Glad things worked out well.
Socially distant line was quite long with only one service person on most of the time. However they did eventually add 2 staff and the actual service was top notch and very pleasant.
I don’t even know why they try to deliver. I was home and listed my cell and intercom for them to dial and i get a notice saying “customer not available”. It seems to happen every time with fedex then you have to go pickup the package yourself. It’s a complete waste of time. Useless service.
