Extremely helpful and offer insight to new raw users and general health to your puppy.

I pop in & buy raw bones & food toppers occasionally but I doubt I'll be back.
I stood for 15 minutes waiting to get some help locating frozen bones in the back.
The only lady in the store was on the phone I believe taking a order.
I guess no one ever told her it's ok to explain to the person on the phone you will call them back as you have customer's in the store who require my attention as well.
Hyper fixated on her phone call.
In the end the bones I needed were not in stock.
I try to support local & not big box stores but atleast with the bigger stores I'm actually getting service as soon as I walk in the door & they usually have what I need.

Burton and Val are great to deal with. If you have a question about dry, wet or raw foods. Burton is your guy. His knowledge of the industry is amazing.
