They were great with my dog, I brought in my shepard and apologized when picking her up for her howling and they said to not worry about because they expect different kind of behavior from each breed. They had explain that my dog was a little bit damp because she started refusing the blow drying stage (which I 100% expected with knowing my dog) and they didn't make her fuse over something they knew she wasn't liking. They treated my dog very well, also super friendly with me, and did a wonderful job grooming her up and getting her nails trimmed. My dogs coat was very soft and very clean when I picked her up. Overall, everyone came there happy and left happy after their service. I do recommend, and I will also be going back when needed.

Took my dog here to get nails trimmed, they were great they were quick at trimming and were super friendly.

Self wash room! The staff are great! However, the tubs are in a sad state of repair, and the room is quiet, small, and clutered. The tubs are nice and high, my back thanks you but.

My big furbaby just loves her. Dory is very thorough but gentle enough that all her sweet big an little clients all love her

An absolute amazing experience. My dog is going to be 16 yrs this month and they are incredible with her! Definitely bring your pets here! You won't be disappointed.

Super friendly staff. My dog has been very nervous of nail trims in the past but he does fine at fetch.

They are amazing! I have a big dog and when it comes to a shower he is the biggest baby and is tough to handle so other groomers have said they wouldn’t be able to groom him again and have complained. The groomers at fetch have never had a complaint about him or turned me away, he always comes out looking so happy and cute with the bandannas they make. They’ll forever be my favourite place to go to for him 10/10

The self dog wash facilities are nice; a seperate room with a door that may be closed, raised standing shower, towels provided, brushes available for use, and a dog blow drier! Dog sprayer was easy to use. Staff member Bailey was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend, quite the ergonomic shower!

My dog was told by another groomer never to come back. Took him here and although he was scared they were really good with him, and he absolutely loved the feeling afterwards

Brought my dog here a couple of times. No issues other than the last time I brought him, they trimmed his nails far too short. Bleeding after a short walk due to the quick being cut.

The whole reason I get someone to professional is so this doesn’t happen. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love Fetch Haus! You can't beat the price for grooming. Brooklyn is the best with my little poodle Gemma. They give her a bandana and a little photo shoot every time she goes in!

SO HAPPY with the way that my dogs were groomed here! I had my two australian shepherds done today at this location, and Gigi groomed them exactly how I asked her to! They turned out perfectly and could not believe how affordable it was as well! I have paid almost double before at other groomers for much less quality work then what we got today. Will return long term:) Thank you Fetch Haus!
