Driver took me to Calgary, he was all over the road, car smelled like Camel dung, took the monarch way thinking it was a short cut, it's shorter if you do 140 kph on a 2 lane 90 kph max.speed

Kevin was an amazing cab driver! He drove well and safely, got me to my location on time and was here before the scheduled time but did not make me rush or feel rushed. Our conversation was quite pleasant. He is a great driver and seems to be a good worker! A 10/10 from me

Never had a problem with this company, only two mistakes and they fixed right away. Mark and the others were easy to work with.

I personally have had no issue with them specifically. There's the common having to wait a bit during peak periods, but drivers seem friendly. I will say it was WAY better before 94 cabs bought them out.

Dispatcher is always very friendly and accommodating they will do their best to keep you happy. I use this taxi company all the time drivers are really friendly as well

Went above and beyond my expectations. I live in thr basement normally taxi don’t come to the alley, without asking taxi driver picked up in alley, most convenient for myself and guest.

Terrible Taxis, people don't even wait 2 minutes before driving off. I have to call cabs for people all the time and they are literally never prompt or reliable.

I have this cab / taxi service as my only one. I have found this company to be the best in Lethbridge. Excellent in all aspects from nothing more than 10 minute wait time, helping with groceries and packages also the drivers are excellent! I would not use another company! They are more than fantastic in my books!

Martin is very helpful and the drivers are super nice. Always helpful and vehicles are always clean.

The drivers are pretty good, some of them are actually excellent. A dispatch guy I believe his name is Jason, is really good at giving me an accurate wait time.
As some days are busier than others I like getting the right estimate.

So sad fifth got bought out by 94.5th has been exceptional. Kevin is the greatest cab driver in this city and it's a shame he's being bought out by a garbage company. RIP to fifth and I hope 94 stops being trash.

Unreliable cab service. I wish there was a zero star option. Dispatchers do not listen to customers and do not send out drivers to time calls on time. They often say they put your time call in and forget to send a cab leaving customers waiting on the curb. They send drivers to wrong entrances and drivers do not always call to confirm entrances. They will tell you that you were a no show even though you have been standing there waiting for 20-25 minutes. They will tell you the driver called even though they didnt. Manager really should reconsider a local dispatching company as dispatchers have no knowledge of the city. Drivers are rude and will not provide discounts for long wait times. APLUS was way better and it was unfortunate it had to merge with this poorly ran business. Manager should be ashamed.

They picked me up when they said and took the shortest route possible. Both trips the drivers were professional.

Terrible customer service. First was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour I called back and was told another 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I called back and they said they tried to call and it would be another 20 minutes. They didnt try to call. Ended up walking.

Kevin was our driver when we required transport during an emergent situation that arose for myself. I required essential transportation out of town during a snow storm. Although the road conditions were clear leaving Ldthbridge, the road conditions steadily became deplorable as we slowly crept onto our destination. Kevin was highly professional, kind, patient, and empathetic to my state and circumstances, as that of my young child. Kevin was extremely composed and patient as my child steadily became more impatient and tired, it had been a long day and as we drove I disclosed to Kevin what had unfolded that day. Kevin not only gave me the gift of safe transportation during and emergency, but he was very attentive to my emotional needs as I like to talk during periods of distress. Although the arrival of my driver at our pick up location was a tad bit longer than I had liked and had anticipated, Kevin was very transperant with me to explain what had happened to delay his arrival slightly. I am beyond impressed at the patience, skill, and competance that Kevin displayed as he transported us during very deplorable and dangerous road conditions. I was significantly impressed at the grace, patience, amd tolerance that Kevin demostatred as my child became steadily and increasingly more impatient and distressed as our ride took longer due to poor road conditions as we crept closer to our destination. Kevin did everything possible to keep me engaged in polite and engaging conversation during mine and my child's transport. Our safety was his upmost concern, as I noted and felt his precipitated stress as the roads worsened. I am incredibly impressed by the high ethics and professionalism that Kevin displayed during very unique and stressful circumstances. We are indebeted to you for keeping us as safe, calm, and comfortable as you possibly could. We thank you for your service and hope that we will cross paths again. Michael and Kevin, you are both doing amazing jobs. Keep up the great job. I find their operators can be difficult, but across the board the drivers are thoughtful and happy to engage in driving banter.
