I bought my vehicle a few years ago from 5th Ave VW and their service department is the best! The advisors are all helpful and understanding. My car is always ready when they say it will be and for the price they quote.

Very friendly and fair staff assisted with the purchase of our vehicle. The sales and finance team were excellent.

Looks like no one has a time to talk, the receptionists are more interested helping people on the phone rather than who visited the showroom.
Salesmen are also has an attitude of not helping but passing time.

Was at this dealership with family who’s finalizing their Golf purchase. I asked to test drive the Golf R and was declined. Apparently, they only allow serious buyers to test drive them so I went to another location, test drove a Golf R and bought it.

I had a great experience purchasing a VW Jetta with the help of the sales consultant Lee Hlede ~3months ago. The only reason why one star was lost is the VW rewards program does not seem to be known by some of the businesses that are stated in the program (verified with them that I did have the correct address stated online/on the info sheet provided).
The car is great and still doing very good.

Second time I've purchased a car through 5th Avenue Volkswagen. James Anglin our sales guy Amazing. I can't say enough good thing's about this man I asked many questions lot's of questions about our new Tiguan he answered them all. He wasn't pushy was very kind and had my vehicle ready to go the next day. My family has purchased three Jettas from Fifth Avenue VW. The reason we keep going back are because of the staff. From Sales to Finance to Service, the people are genuine and do care about your experience.

Every time I step foot into the dealership, the staff are always smiling and in a good mood. Today, when I was in for a service, staff were laughing, joking and singing to the music being played. This can’t be faked when I observed seven staff members interacting with me, other customers and each other. The staff are happy and exude it. A happy work environment is rare in today’s world. Content employees are good for business.

Has every experience been perfect? Absolutely not, but any issue has been addressed quickly and professionally.

I highly recommend Fifth Avenue. We will be purchasing vehicles in the future from this dealership because of the staff…and the vehicles are pretty damned good too.

Fifth Avenue is a great dealership! It’s big, fancy and has a great Sales team! I found a car on the AutoTrader app and sent a quick inquiry, not thinking I’d hear back anytime soon. Jeff the sales man replied less than an hour later! We exchanged messages and set up an appointment. Jeff was genuine and friendly, I instantly felt at ease. He knew his stuff well and made the sales experience smooth. Then I met the Dereks. Derek N helped me with the financing and he too made the whole process easy and very professional. When I came to pick up my new to me Tiguan I met another Derek. Derek showed me all the bells and whistles of my new Tiguan! Very knowledgeable and super friendly. The space they have at Fifth Ave is beautiful and I look forward to servicing my Vehicle!

Son had an electrical issue with his 2002 Jetta. Grace - who is amazing - assigned a tech familiar with car vintage. Diagnosed issue and repaired problem quickly for reasonable cost. Great care and attention. Very pleased.

Great experience. The first service of my new vehicle was handled professionally with knowledge and care. I ended up paying less than was originally estimated as some work/servicing wasn’t required at this time. A pleasant surprise as (in my experience) service estimate costs generally go up - not down. Well I will say great customer service but after 2 days of servicing, the AC on my 2021 Atlas is yet to be fixed after I was told my Atlas refrigerant may have contaminated their machine and they proposed a Car Fax report to clarify which other shops my 2021 VW Atlas, which I bought brand new from the same dealership, still under warranty have been resulting in the Contamination which I agreed to because, why will I want to pay for AC servicing at another shop when I can have it done for free under warranty? Who even recharges AC in a brand new SUV after just 1 summer intermittent use. I still love my spacious 2021 Atlas despite the multiple safety and AC recalls already issued by VW but driving in this heat with 2 under 3 year olds in the back maybe it was a wrong choice of family vehicle. Where is the Comfort in the 2021 VW Comfort Line.

Amazing customer service! Its never nice to have to do work to your car but they made it manageable. They definitely take care of their customers.

Thankful to get my Tiguan looked after for some warranty work. Nice to have it all fixed with no other hidden charges.

They charged full price after i was told by an employee only a couple months before that I had a free oil change on record, I would definitely not had my oil change done hear otherwise. They used a technicality to get out of paying for warranty service. I had no other option at the time and was forced to pay.

Great experience buying our new Atlas. Everything was upfront in the price, even GST, with no hidden fees after the fact. Delivery was also great, very thorough and gets you comfortable with all the features of your new vehicle. Would shop here again.

All three were super helpful and informative while I was purchasing my vehicle. Mac was super speedy while also explaining the different options you can take and helped make them make sense for a first time financer. Derrick explained the vehicle inside and out in a enthusiastic and friendly way so I wasn’t overwhelmed with all the new features of the vehicle. Lastly, James. Followed up every step of the way and answered any and all my questions even before I got to the dealership.
