Well so far a 5 star placement for being up late to answere my questions let's see how things go from here:) me is a vampire night worker for many years it's just nice to speak at such a late hr which is my background history of work hrs

DO NOT BUY HERE! Bought a BMW X3, that technically had been “inspected” by their mechanics at “FRIENDS AUTO ZONE” (which also suck). Vehicle has been nothing but problematic ever since I drove off the lot. They made arrangements for me to take the vehicle to their mechanics to fix it (3 times, they never fixed anything, at this point I don’t even think anything was done).
After they started ignoring my emails, I gave up on them. Took the car to a Germanic Auto Specialist, that is also having a hard time fixing it (already spent $1600 on it and 3 visits).
This has been such a hassle, all the back and forth, time and money spent!
AGAIN, GO ELSEWHERE! Don’t waste your time and money here! I paid 10k cash for it, it’s not pocket change, we all work really hard for our money!

I found the right car for me but my budget is not enough to the car that i choose is to old for financing but the staff are very accommodating specially mr.zain.definitely get my car here thank you again mr. ZAIN see you soon

Sales staff were very helpful, particularly Moh, who assisted me with the purchase of a car. I test drove a couple vehicles, none of which were exactly what I was looking for. Moh then promptly found a car that fit my description, they opened on a Sunday so I could view the car, and completed the sale that day. This required the finance person and manager to come in on their day off to expedite this sale. Great experience and a great sales team. I highly recommend Fine Auto Zone to anyone searching for a vehicle.

The staff is uncooperative while discussing vehicles and when we tried to contact them after facing issues, they didn't listen to us and just asked to leave and didn't apologize for the mistake

I loved the experience I got with Fine Auto Zone. They weren't pushy and although they are car sales people, it didn't feel like they were.

We bought a manual Honda from them and the car was in great condition. I got my own inspection with my mechanic and there were a few things that needed to be worked on, but overall the car runs so smoothly and is in great condition.

I'd really recomend this place to anyone, Zain and his team laid out all our options for financing and were very transparent about that. It made the process of buying a car way less stressful than normal.

We had a great experience with fine auto. We bought a Rav4 from Zain and Moh, they gave us a good deal and were always happy to answer any questions. Shortly after buying the car we started facing some problems and the dashboard lit up. Both Zain and Moh helped us thoroughly and kept the communication clear during the time our car was being fixed. Overall these guys were great and I really recommend them.

What I have seen here, never saw it anywhere else, very rude indian guy, not professional, first tried to tell me that I don’t know what’s rebuilt and what’s active, interrupted me so many times, offended me by asking personal and unnecessary questions.

What makes happy about fine auto zone is their honesty.i got mitsubishi 2013 rvr in a fair deal and friendly customer servise.i don't even have any waranty but i call them for minor problem after a week they still pay for it.they really take care of their customesr and i'm happy with my mitsubishi.
