This clinic is UN-BELIEVABLE! I have always kinda floated around to different clinics not being in love enough to call that clinic my "home clinic" but now I KNOW I've found my forever clinic in Fine Lines.
Joanne is so honest, genuine and warm. I can see how she's gained the nick name 'angel hands'! She is super gentle and it was so painless compared to some of the other places I've been to. She definitely doesn't want to over-do anything and absolutely doesn't push any treatments. I gave her a budget I was comfortable with and she worked everything around it:)
Her front desk receptionist is super friendly. She made sure I took advantage of any discounts that were happening and also let me know how I could save money in the future.
I went to this clinic just based on referrals and girls let me tell you.it was every little bit as AMAZING as people said it was! Don't walk.run!

I have recently been to Fine Lines for my first Botox treatment and am so thrilled with the results. I went for the consult and immediately felt comfortable. I was not pressured at all. Joanne is fantastic! She is knowledgeable, honest and really makes you feel comfortable during your injections. I laughed at my last visit, telling her she is so gentle with her injection technique, I was so relaxed I felt like I was getting a facial massage, not an injection. Highly recommend.

Joanne and Donna are so great, it's like meeting up with girlfriends for a visit everytime I go to the office. Joanne is so knowledgeable about her practice and she's so warm and friendly that you feel completely at ease from the second you walk through the door. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.
On a side note.the Skinmedica BHA/AHA cleanser is a game changer. The texture of my skin has transformed which I've never been able to achieve with such a simple and affordable product.

Being that I have never had Botox or anything like it done because of the many unnatural results out there, this certainly would be a place to go and have done with positive results. Had a great consultation with absolutely no pressure. She has and will say “no” if someone wants something that she feels is not natural or is completely unnecessary (I personally love that made me feel like she does want what’s best for the customer). I also asked her views on a few concerns I had and she was very honest and told me her thoughts. Very professional, great communication, fabulous customer service and with all the questions I had I never felt rushed she took her time explaining. 5 stars out of 5

I had an appointment today for Botox. I’ve never had Botox and wanted to ensure I would have a natural look and just sort of slow that aging process. I was instantly welcomed by Donna and felt comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door. The procedure was explained very thoroughly and all my questions were answered. Joanne was very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend Fine Lines if you are interested in any cosmetic procedures.

Joanne is a sweetheart, she makes you feel welcomed and has done beautiful work with fillers for me. I am very pleased with my results while still looking natural.
