Terrible service. You ask them to come fix somthing and then they ask you if you could wait until a few more things break for them to come fix it. Are you kidding me? Are you not supposed to do your jobs and fix these pieces of equipment when someone calls you? You're a terrible service company full of lazy people who just like to sit around and chat. I've watched you guys. I hope your company goes bankrupt

I worked here for a summer term when I was in university, and couldn't ask for a better group of individuals to work with. All staff are very friendly and hard working.

Don’t even have truck service anymore. Parts never available or 1.5 times the price compared to finning Winnipeg. Help desk are rude not even listening to the issue. Wish there was a way to give 0 stars.

Ever since they switched to online ordering it is like pulling teeth to get someone to answer a phone at the order desk. Technology is great, but customer service is lost because of it.

While the call centre staff is great, the rest of the employees are useless. The shipping staff couldn’t get an order out same day if you stood there with a cattle prod and they don’t care if they’re screwing you or your customer out of days of work because they can’t ship anything. The upper management will find a way that you placing an order at 10: 30 in the morning is still your fault for it not being shipped.
On top of all that the product is extremely overpriced and not any better quality than any other manufacturer on the market.
Can’t wait for my customers to be over the Finning brainwashing.

I have been working with these guys as a customer in the parts dept and in the warehouse for 7 years now and they are the most wonderful professional bunch of people, brilliant every time i go.

Finning is always a wonderful place through the big boys go to play with toys never had bad service
