Wasn’t too amazing by our experience, only one out of the two massage chairs we had worked, I feel like the massage chairs are part of the “relaxing” experience people go for. I had asked for a classic pedicure but they gave me shellac gel without asking making it $20 more than I had thought and didn’t realise at the time they were doing it. I left with dry skin still flaking off my feet the next day.

One of the best pedicures I have had. Matthew really dug in on the sides of my toes. Very friendly. Definitely will go back! Thank you.

I have been going to Fiona and Mathew for about 2.5 years now. Hands down best nails and pedicures that I have ever had. I travel all over the world on cruises and none of them even compare to the job that Fiona and Mathew Do. The salon is welcoming and very clean, they remember what I like and I always walk away happy I have brought friends with me and they feel the same way. Not to mention the fabulous price …. They deserve so much more than what they charge. Thanks Fiona and Mathew for making me beautiful every time I come there …… if anyone is looking at this review then please go there, you won’t be disappointed

This salon is old and run down with not much selection for shellac colours. But most importantly, the main lady working is one of the rudest people I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. The local city Facebook page has similar complaints about this place too.

Not the best.had booked an appointment for 2 and had to wait 30min after the appointment casue they just like taking in ever walkin not caring about booked appointments.they tried seating us not beside each other also found it super dirty and my service was very very rushed.

Got a pedicure here. Five stars! Great service, great massage, nails well done. Wonderful experience overall. Will come again when I’m in the area!

Fiona did a great job on my feet and Matthew gave a great foot and leg massage. I will definitely go back to see them.

They do the most amazing nails! And price wise is the best in leduc. They really listen as to what you want.if I could I'd give them 10 starts!

This is my favourite nails salon Fiona and family really friendly. Since I move to Leduc I’m going to Fiona’s and get my perfect nails done. Good job guys I definitely highly recommended this salon.

First, they were late. Then I noticed how rude they were. The table they put me at was dirty, so was the table they put my friend at. They used a USED nail file on me which is NOT sanitary! After my nails were done I got a TINY hand massage, my friend didn’t get one AT ALL! I have NO idea how they got such high ratings! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Matthew and staff very friendly, he was great at fixing a ingrown toenail. Thankfully able to get treated. Thank You!

As a senior gentleman I walk with a cane. After my pedicure, I felt so good, I actually left the shop without my cane. Shows you how incredibly good they are at Fiona's. You feel like you're walking on air.

Excellent salon to go to! Very much recommend. After going once I’ll only come back here from now on. Come in and see Fiona, Matthew or Vicky. All very good and very friendly.

Granddaughter had her nails done. Extremly bad job. Crooked nails.not even.terrible workmanship. Also cut her doing nails. Never sterilized instruments in between clients. Never again. I never did nails before but still could have done better.

In love with my nails. She booked a same day appointment for me for a pedicure and brand new set. She stayed open late to do an incredible job, and the pedicure was the best thing I've ever experienced. So amazing. 100% reccomendations.

DO NOT GO THERE she was rushing to do my nails after we hd been waiting there for 45 mins even though we had an appointment. Half way through she told me she could’t do the design she had already agreed to do and was half way through it. She left way to much thickness of gel like i have ball fingers and i just spent 20 mins cleaning all the gunk of gel that she managed to jam up UNDER my nails. Never going there again

Asked for straight tip with the corners rounded.got oval shaped. Color is not to the edges on both sides. The acrylic is stuck to my cuticles. It seems that if you are not a regular here you get rushed through and it shows. Worst set of nails I've ever had.

This place was amazing. The staff were super friendly. My nails are perfect. She discounted me because I was the last customer of the day. The only problem is the wait. But everything else was amazing. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Thank you xoxo

I called to make a mother's day reservation for my wife and told whoever answered the phone that I'd like my wife to get a manicure and a set of whatever kind of nails she wanted. The lady on the phone couldn't get me off the line faster. When my wife got there she was told that "men don't know nails and he didn't make the right kind of appointment" and proceeded to complain to everyone that would listen that my wife's nails were putting her behind schedule and she'd have to stay late, making my wife feel like absolute garbage. Ruined her time alone-time away from the kids that she very much deserved. My wife will be getting her nails done elsewhere from now on. I do not recommend this business.

Went to get acrylic gel nails removed, and still had gel on every nail that Fiona worked on when I walked out of the store. Not the greatest experience.

I returned to fionas today as a mothers day gift from my husband. According to fiona my husband hadn't booked the right type of appointment, but had set me for a 30 minutes manicure from 2-230pm. I requested gel nail set which my husband says he had told her, he clarifies everything to an almost annoying level. My husband said he was rushed off the phone and wasnt able to ask questions at all. The entire time I was there she was rough, and hurt my nails, and complaining about how far behind she was now. She didn't say anything to me aside from how delayed I was making her. Instead of feeling relaxed and happy, I left feeling distressed and terrible about how much I upset her. I ended up giving her a $5 tip out of obligation, but I wish I hadn't given anything. I will not return as I left nearly crying. To further add for time of the appointment, she started my nails at about 150-155pm and I was in my vehicle leaving by 233pm. 3 minutes over my schedule appointment time. I am unbelievably disappointed in how it went as my past experience had been decent. I continously apologized during my appointment because I felt so uncomfortable.

Dont ever ask for chrome nails cause they will tell you that they know how when they have no idea how.

Fiona's is amazing! I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this by far is the best place I've ever been to!

My first trip to Leduc and in dire need of a pedi.can I just say. The best pedi treatment I've ever had. Thorough.attention to detail.if you are a Walker or runner I highly recommend the spa pedi! @! Absolutely divine

Worst service I’ve ever had! No customer service skills what so ever, i came in to get my nails done and tried to start off with some small talk and Fiona was so rude she wouldn’t even answer me! Felt like she tore my thumb nail off with the nail clippers, even after I’ve expressed prior that, that nail was very sore! She then snapped at me multiple times when i was trying to explain the design I wanted on my nails.just terrible service
When i said i was leaving because I was being treated rudely and done being snapped at, both the nail tech and the other man working argued/yelled at me telling me this was all just how I was taking it and it had nothing to do with them.zero accountability or valadidity
