Charlotte was incredible. In past experiences here, I’ve been made to feel unwelcome. Charlotte made me feel like I belonged. She is so kind and an amazing asset to the team.

I came with my friend while walking downtown and decided to pop in for a cocktail. The men at the door were very friendly and got us in quickly.

Once we were in Charlotte took care of us and got our drinks promptly and was super friendly. She was the best

I will definitely be back.

Went here for my birthday, and left pretty disappointed. Ordered a bottle of grey goose and was brought Belvedere vodka. They over charged our table and the service in general was horrible. When we left we felt pushed out as they just started clearing our table before we had finished. The customer service here is probably the worst I’ve ever seen.

It took too long for 3 cups of tea and 2 so-call pieces of cake. The chocolate layer cake was like an upside down cupcake and the cheesecake was a thin piece like half a slice whose price in the menu was different from the bill, and when we asked for the reason, they said the prices changed but not in the menu.

Shay was very very sweet and a very great server - I had a long day so I was burnt out but she was very helpful and sweet and it made me day better:)

Lj provided my friends and I the best service! She was so sweet and was always making sure our party was having a good time. Would definitely recommend coming here

Service is good. Though its mentioned bollywood Night. DJ is playing mostly punjabi songs. Not interested anymore. Better update to Punjabi Night

This place is garbage the racist vibe we got there was horrible are food was cold and half was wrong we told our server and she said that she would get it fixed then 10 mins later we got told we had to leave and had to get out I refuse to ever set foot there again I hope it closes down

Very late service. Very bad DJ, only plays Panjabi songs when the event said bollywood night.

Had a great time at Fire N Ice this evening. Was just looking for a snack and a couple drinks and was pleasantly surprised by the service i received. Food and drinks arrived in a timely manner and it was easy to get my server Lj’s attention when I needed something. If “Atmosphere” is what I was looking for maybe I shouldn’t have chosen Wednesday night at 8pm to come. None the less, an overall enjoyable experience.

It was so so great but. I hope management can do something about the steps, highlight the floors to prevent slip hazard which can occur under the influence. I almost fell but luckily a hero broke the fall. Other than I really enjoyed hearing Nigerian music. I had fun.

The music is lively and fun, played a mixture of hits from different continents and countries

This was my first time attending a club in Calgary and my experience was amazing. We came after a concert so the club had a huge line up to get in. We stood in line for almost 2 hours even though we had a reserved bottle service table. Once we got in the wait was worth it. Not sure if its always a vibe in there, but the night we went was pretty crazy. They had shisha which was nice to have especially since it is banned in Edmonton. The service was great and bottle presentation was pretty amazing.

No comment on night life and service. I just wanna say that this place is showing its age, the seats are in pretty rough shape, the tables need to be cleaned under the glass, and there is loose hanging wires and peeling wallpaper in some areas. The place needs to be refreshed

Waited more than 30 minutes to get the attention of the waitress to give me my bill… they basically was avoiding our table like dont you want people to pay?

Amazing Saturday night during the stampede. Awesome sheesha and such a vibe in the club inside. Can't wait to visit again.

They wouldn't let us sit down at a table unless we bought a bottle. Which is a min of $250. I'm not from there so I feel like this should have been communicated to us BEFORE paying entry fee.

The Sheesha wasn't flavourful at all.
Drink was iced down
The setting was beautiful
Not comfortable seating area
Club was okay, music was ok.
Servers were amazing, attentive!

This place is great for sisha and drinks, best place in Calgary to hang out with your friends

The bathroom was disgusting, it look like it haven’t been clean and only one sink was working to wash your hands.
DJ wasn’t friendly, request to play one song it was birthday party. This happen July8 Saturday night. The atmosphere wasn’t that great!
I am confuse about this! Downstairs was playing better music than upstairs. I know there are 3 levels, I thought last level play mostly Rap, why third level mostly played Rap song? And few R&B songs. Considering that night was mostly older crowds. I will be looking some place else. I know they don’t care. This was all 50 people opinions. It was waste of money and time…

Our server Paw was awesome even though it was busy she was able to talk to us and relate to us well helping pick flavours for the shisha. One of our group was very drunk as we arrived. And Paw was awesome and talking to her and having her understand the flavours and how the shisha works. I’ll come back and I hope I have her as my server again

The vibe was great, food was good and so was the music. Our server was Brie and she was amazing the whole time! Had a smile even when she was running around with orders and was very helpful.
Our food order was delayed but the team and managers handled it well!
Will definitely visit again!

Had such a great experience with my server Bre! Highly recommend her on the patio or for bottle service! Food and drinks were perfect we will be back this summer, best patio.

Our server lied to us to try to force us to buy bottle service. We went to the manager and he fixed things, and since then she hasn’t even come to our section. Even for the drinks we ordered about an hour ago.

So we are just going to the bar for our drinks.
Her loss.
