We take my son out there every year for his Birthday for the past 5 years and we always have a great experience with staff and food. 5 stars all the way.

Nice looking restaurant inside. Went there for my daughters b-day, you have servers and hosts walking around everywhere! Seated at a table by a host, was given menus. Waited 10mins for a server to come and get our order, the family ordered a hamburger, the daughter ordered a grilled cheese and I ordered the pepporoni pizza. That took 20 mins to arrive. Then to boot the server never came to see how the meal was or even come to offer refills. We spent $70 on a subpar meal and service. I am normally a good tipper, I thought that it would be disrespectful to leave a. 02 tip so I went up to $2.02. With overpriced everything now adays, its nice to see that service has gone down the drain! I work hard for my money, so you want a good tip? You should work just as hard! I can guarantee you that I will never step foot in that restaurant ever again! Just have to say that the server should feel lucky to even get a $2 tip! Dont waste time going to this place! Better food and service at the 7-11 across the street!

The food and the service were fabulous.as always. Thank you to Cheyenne (hope the spelling is close) who served us.

Came in tonight for a late dinner and what I ordered wasn’t up to par. I brought it to our waitresses attention and she was amazing and right away offered options to make it right. The manager also came to our table to address the issue and offered a resolution that exceeded our expectations. As a manager of a business, I want to send out a shout out to to our waitress and manager and thank you for making it right. We will be back.

Birthday celebration, I chose the expensive hand cut ribeye steak. First impressions weren’t good, the steak looked small and bland. I took a bite or two to confirm it was chewy and tasteless. Asked for it to be replaced. Server and boss responded fantastic. The replacement was great. Should of been right first time folks.

This is my opinion, and my experience with my adult son.
Came in as a group.
Strike 1 - put us on bartop style seating with small tables. No space for cups /plate ratio.
(The interior is beautiful minus flashing screens showing menus items)
Brickston the night before was way classier.
Strike 2- the wait. Arrived to finish was hours. I've never waited that long for a meal ever, we have gone with substantially larger groups and experienced faster service.
Strike 3- the prime rib was extremely salty, the mashed potatoes were were not scratch made - they were box, someone forgot to rehydrate them well. (As per my adult son)
(My $42 steak was grisly and the "crispy" potatoes were soggy mashed potatoes that weren't hot"
The garlic toast should be called rocks.so damn hard.why?

Fried pickles yes

As for the bill.yikes.

DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Updated Nov 4: steak was tough and unseasoned, ice cream cake in warm dishes and melted quickly, calamari was chewy. Very slow service.

Old review: Great food, as usual. I got the sweet pulled pork enchilada, which I believe is a limited time part of their summer menu. Fantastic.

The last piece of roast Prime Rib Eye was gone so ordered Fish and Chips. Wonderful presentation.

Service was unbelievable! Almost everyone was literally running to provide the best service. Our server Gabrielle was simply the best. When she was unable to answer a wine related question she sought out the answer from others then returned to provide the answer. She was the awesome! Kudos to the staff. The only knock was the restaurant advertised what appeared to be a discount on wine especially Italian wine, but didn't offer any on the menu!

Had a nice lunch with my friend. Food was really good, good size portions. Yummy desert. Will definitely come again with my family and friends.

Right…! Not impressed, This day two years ago is a very important day, it’s the day I had a first date with a wonderful woman to which I’m glad to say we’re still loving it up big time.
First date 2years ago at the Firestone I booked the table a week in advance when I got there with my new lady they lost my reservation but still managed to get seated after a lengthy debate, tonight (2nd year anniversary) I booked our table (1 week in advance) the same table we have had twice before and I even explained that it is very important we have that table #36, the girl at the counter totally understood and happily agreed even writing down anniversary!
Got there tonight and low n behold our table is taken no amused I said I came in last week and specifically booked that table, the girl said sorry it’s taken do I want the one next to it my partner so no we want the one we booked, so we waited at the bar for an hour before we got our table, no apology no sign of the manager “nothing”! So Firestone restaurant your getting one Star and we will not be back. We will go elsewhere for our yearly anniversary. Disappointed!

#1. They couldn’t give us a decent size table for 7 people (we had a reservation for 7) so they squashed us at a table that was way too small.
2. I ordered the hand cut Sirloin steak for $42 and was not given a steak knife. While trying to catch the waitress to ask for a knife, my steak is getting cold AND the knife that was at the table would not even cut the steak. We get the waitress attention and ask for a steak knife. She says sure! I look at the table behind us and here she is taking their order and not bringing me a steak knife so I can actually eat my steak. Had to actually get up and go ask someone else for a knife. The manager came over later and I told him what happened. He was nice, apologized etc.then came back later and said they would give us 4 free desserts. Now that is nice yes but I would have rather had my meal for free. Also, I am SHOCKED at the thinness of that steak I paid $42 for! Half an inch thick, thats it! I should say thin! Unreal. It had no flavor. The food was bad. Everyone at the table agreed. Didn’t clear our table either. We had NO room for anything and bumping elbows trying to eat. Also, NO music. All you hear is people talk. It’s busy it’s loud. It sucks. No nice atmosphere. This is the second time we are not happy with them. I’ll stick to Moxies thank you, they rock.
Not sure why people go here honestly. I’m sorry to bash but it is what it is. Sad sad sad. They won’t see us again.

Party of 4, four mains, wine and desert. All of our food turned out great. Professional and courteous staff made for a very enjoyable experience.

Always a great meal. Our server was sweet but needs coaching on checking the plates before she brings them from the kitchen- orders slightly off- missed a few things. But overall it's great food atmosphere and price

Had the brisket sandwich. Terrible. Couple slices of pot roast smothered in onions and some kind of white sauce. Brisket doesn’t get smothered in anything unless you’re hiding a poor product. On top of it our meals came out cold. Drinks were good. Very good variety. Some of the staff come across as they’d rather be somewhere else. Disappointing experience. I was expecting so much better. Won’t be coming back.

We were pleasantly surprised by the ambience, the lovely staff and the delicious meal.
It was clean and beautifully done inside.

I recently dined at Firestone, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was not only delicious but also surprisingly affordable. The menu offered a great variety of options to choose from, and every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations. What truly stood out, though, was the excellent service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly valued throughout our meal. I've eaten here probably more than a dozen times (for every meal) the food is consistently great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good time.

Honestly, this was my first time there. My parents came to visit from out of town and all of us were blown away by the atmosphere, the quality of food, and the quality of service. Bigger than expected, the dessert is incredible, and the food choices were impressive for a city as small as Lethbridge.

We had dinner there last night I had the California roll that was so mushy it fell apart in my hand. I had a drink called The Pain Liller it
was so watered down i couldn't taste the rum. We waited an extremely long time for our main dinner when it finally got there the vegetables carrots and brussels sprouts were still hard and undercooked, the steak was supposed to be medium but it was rare. They have no baked patotes so we got this weird and terrible tasting pastry fried and stuffed with mash patotes. Really an awful meal I'll never go back there again. If you're looking for a good meal don't go there.
