Always excellent service. Technicians are very professional and friendly. They have installed both our hot water tank and furnace. They are the first ones we think of if we need service.

Really pleased with this local company! I had 2 quotes on a new Lennox furnace and Steven did a thorough job measuring to ensure the correct size furnace was quoted on, the other company just quoted based on square footage alone without considering heat loss thru all the windows. Laird did an excellent followup service on the furnace. The new furnace price was competive and service was excellent.

Had a new furnace and water heater installed in 2019. They also re did my water pipes in the furnace room. Great job, I highly recommend.

Excellent service despite several installation issues and limitations posed by the condo I live in. One star off from fully satisfied due to not being able to achieve the initial sales promise and federal government rebates, but that's also partially the fault of GoC burocracy.

When our furnace stopped working, I reached out to First Call who dispatched technician within an hour. We were already out of heat for 32 hours. My husband and I met with Steve who provided us a clear breakdown of what we needed in order to purchase a new furnace. Steve has an outstanding presentation and explanation on the product we required for our home.
We were also happy to receive a temporary furnace by the end of the day which made us very happy considering that we have senior people living with us. Your techs Andrew and Cole did excellent job with removing our old furnace and installing a new one. They even cleaned up leaving their job professionally completed! Way to go boys:)

Our furnace was installed by professional guys however we have had an ongoing problem with heat in our living room. First call (Sandy) has taken our concerns seriously and has sent technicians to diagnose the problem. At this time the problem continues but further assistance is being considered with another technician assigned to return and further deal with the problem.
The service we have received from First Call has been great and we feel confident the problem will be solved.

I was looking to get both my A/c and furnace replace. My original ones were over 20 years old and the A/C was failing. First call was able to come to my house in a reasonable amount of time. The quote they provided was in line with other companies but the work and staff were exceptional. They had both the new A/C and furnace installed in 2 days with no problems.
