Amazing shop, super friendly staff, they went above and beyond my expectations and got my car back to me incredibly fast

After my Jeep was damaged in a hit and run situation the First Choice collision team took amazing care of me. From the moment I came I came into the office I was greeted by the excellent front desk Ladies, I was a bit confused and nervous as I had never been in this situation before but Coralee at the front desk talked me through the steps setting my nerves at ease. Larry came out and was already taking photos of my vehicle before I left the parking lot and they were able to get me booked in for service much sooner than I had expected. The First Choice Collision team is fast, efficient and they know what they are doing. It's clearly a family environment over there and they made me feel welcome.

I had an excellent experience dealing with the staff at First Choice. Friendly service and top notch repairs. Any concerns I had were quickly rectified without any problems. They also dealt with the insurance company saving me having to spend time with any parts of my claim. I would highly recommend using First Choice for any body work for your vehicle.

I would not recommend that you use this business or at least do your homework first. My truck was returned to me with existing damage and when brought to the manager’s attention he had no interest in fixing it properly and was rude and unprofessional about it. After they were paid of course. Front staff were great but manager was not somebody I’d ever let touch my truck again

Okay first off (excuse the pun) amazing service. Larry behind the desk on the side actually understands your misery when your vehicle gets damaged and takes a moment to care. Coralee is very caring and on top of every situation that she that comes across her desk. Katelynn is very passionate about your vehicle and what is best for it always a friendly smile from behind the desk.this place offers such great service and makes the situation easy to deal with. Had a really good experience!
Went there for a small dent quote done by newly driver son. Trevor checked it out, took my car to another place for inspection/quote and when he made it back the dent was gone!

Nowadays there are very few companies that will look after the clients interest first but theirs!

Fix Auto quoted $1200 and here was free!

So big KUDOS for Trevor and co for giving the best customer satisfaction!

I ended up with a mouse infestation in my car, super traumatic. These guys were amazing! The got it cleaned, disinfected, pulled all the panels to try to find out where they were coming in. I am beyond impressed. Had the car not been written off, I would have been 1000% pleased with how it turned out! The team gave me updates, made some recommendations to keep future infestations at bay, and even collected all my personal belongings out of the car because I wasn’t even able to hold the door open the smell was so bad.
I will always recommend them! 30/10 they are that good!

5 stars for sure. You wouldn't even know my truck had been damaged. I dropped it off the morning after we came back from 2 weeks camping and was shocked that they cleaned the interior when I picked it up! I had to run back in and thank them. If I ever need any more work done I will definitely be going back. Thank you to the first choice team, you are all amazing.

First choice were phenomenal to deal with. With parts on back order and my insurance company terrible to deal with, first choice kept me sane during a long time without my vehicle. They really had my best interests at heart and made sure my family and I were looked after. My vehicle looks brand new again!

I had taken our Ford F150 into First Choice Collision to get an estimate for some front end damage. Even though it was drivable, First Choice had done an estimate and then proceeded to straighten and secure the front end parts so I could drive it until parts were available. Upon completion of the repair-they took some extra time to clean the whole exterior (not just the damaged area). Good Service is key to me and I thank the whole team at First Choice Collision for a job well done!

They back their work! I had an entire side of a truck painted and 8 YEARS later I had a very small issue with the paint on 2 panels. I brought it in and they completely redid them for free! Again, this is 8 years later. Special thanks to Rob for taking care of me.

Larry was great, they talked about different options for fixing the paint issues my car was having. They went above and beyond and were great to deal with. I’ve been dealing wi the them for years and it’s the only place I’ll use.

I had my vehicle stolen and they went over it to ensure it was still drive able. They then detailed the entire vehicle and I do mean entire.like under the hood and every where else. This is a 21 year old vehicle which I take good care of, haven't seen it looking this pretty in quiet some time if ever.

Very professional company. Informed me of some of the intricacies of my insurance i was unaware of. Helped with an issue i had with my rental expiring before the work had been complete due to parts shortage. Top class work. Will use them again if the need arises again.

We brought our Challenger to First Choice after a deer completely destroyed the whole drivers side of the car.when we picked it up we were absolutely stunned what an amazing job these folks did! It was like a brand new car! They not only repaired the collision damage but fully detailed the vehicle as well even the inside! They also went above and beyond by offering us a HUGE discount on a brand new windshield that was damaged before the accident! I can not say enough good things about this company.

After supplying them with the wrong part (Amazon) Serena found the correct part locally the same day and got things on the right track. They did far more than was quoted but they still stood by the original quote. Impressed! Truck was spotless when they pulled it around front!

Very professional and handled my car as if it was their own. I dropped off my car on Dec. 16 and got it back on Jan. 04 after it got damaged from a hit and run. The car looks virtually new to me compared to the condition it was in beforehand, washed and cleaned, accessories transferred over as well. They even called the rental car company and made arrangements for me. Would definitely come back again for their services.

They did an awesome job working though all the small and large details of completing the repair on my "off the lot" brand new car. Their communication was excellent. They made it look like it never happened. Very pleased with the end results.

I tend to be picky about the work done to my truck and they exceeded my expectations both times I've been there and didn't let me go unsatisfied with their work.

I had hail damage on my vehicle and took it to them cause I had done service with them previously, however I didnt notice there was a bit if grease or something that was on my rearview mirror and windshield that wasnt there when I dropped off and it was a little annoying that they didn't clean it off but nonetheless they finished early.

Thank you Larry and his team for doing such a great job on my car. The finish was above and beyond my expectation, I could see some extra works and details on it. Thanks again!

They don’t know how to dye hair, the color it’s not the one i asked for, the worst of red deer and with bad products and they don’t have professionalism.
I definitely don’t recommend this place.

I have had three vehicles done at First Choice over the years. I have also had friends and family go there. They are absolutely awesome to deal with. They do a perfect job, keep you updated, and work in the promised time frames. When I hit two deer, I called and their service manager Rob dealt with everything from arranging my tow truck, communicating with my insurnace company and the adjuster, making sure I had a rental vehicle. I literally had to do nothing except call them and they walked me through the rest! When you get in an accident, you don’t need to go to the place your insurance company automatically refers to.take the time and make a call to First Choice. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Front end staff was very friendly and kept me updated. Rob was also excellent to deal with and answered all my questions! Beyond satisfied with their service all around and highly recommend them.

After being rear ended I took my vehicle to the shop recommended by the dealership which turned out to be a huge mistake. In and out of the shop three times before I was given the name of First choice to take it to make sure it truly was "as good as it gets" stated by the owner of the recommended shop, only to find out that there was more wrong with the vehicle and that the original shop didn't do things they should have and did things they shouldn't have. I am forever grateful for the First Choice for taking on the task of fixing my vehicle properly and repairing everything that was done wrong at the first shop. The customer service has been better than I could have ever hoped for. Everyone from the adjusters, frontend staff and production staff kept me up to speed on what needed to be done and how long it was going to take. After over two months since the accident I finally have my vehicle back looking brand new. To top it off, they cleaned the entire vehicle which was a very pleasant surprise.

Thank you so much First Choice, for all future (hopefully I don't have any) First Choice will be my only choice.

Our 2015 Dodge journey was rear ended. I asked around on Social Media and 8 out of 10 people i talked to Recommended First Choice Collision. Now i see exactly why this is, the customer service team is amazing. My vehicle went into the shop dirty i was expecting that it was gonnna need a wash when the repair was done. To my surprize it was totally cleaned and the Repair looks absolutely amazing we are very pleased with the work that was done. Way to go First choice collision another very satisfied customer.
