I had contacted First Class Fencing in May of this year to see about getting a quote to replace my entire fence, and they were the only company that I contacted who performed a site visit and provided me with a very detailed quote on the project (I had contacted at least 5 different companies). After speaking with my neighbours, we agreed to go with First Class Fencing and I am glad we did. They delivered the materials in advance of the project, completed the tear down, and despite really challenging digging conditions, they were able to complete the work within 2 weeks of the original start date (there were some delays due to the busy summer season and weather). They were also flexible when we added another gate for my neighbour afterwards. Overall, I am very satisfied with the finished product, and so are my neighbours. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to complete a fence project with a quality team of professionals, who are both ethical and stand by commitments to their customers. The crew that worked on my fence were great to work with, and informed me every step of the way what was happening. The price reflected the quality of the work, and this is why I appreciated the transparency in the quote. Thank you for the excellent finished product!

These guys had the worst expectation management and their subcontractors wrecked some stuff on my property and also tried to solicit my business on the side of First Class Fencing. All around bad experience.

I could not be more pleased with my new fence. They showed up on time and had the old fence down and the new fence up. Everyone was respectful of my property and my pets and they left my yard better than it was before they came.

Got 3 bids to replace a 20-year-old fence. First Class Fencing had the most style options, we really wanted to go one notch up from the basic dog ear panels we had.

Would not recommend this company. They have very poor customer service and awful people skills. The main contractor went through 2 sub contractors cause they walked off the job because the weren't paying they're own people. Waited the last 2 days of the contract period to finshed the job and when they said they were done there was tons of cracked boards and beams and inconsistencies with spacing between the boards.

The fence looks incredible and is very high quality. I am happy about my recent interaction with the First Class Fencing team and would gladly work with them again on any other future fencing needs.

They did a great job installing our chain link fence. They are always professional, timely, and patient with answering questions.

First Class Fencing did a fabulous job. Before installation, they communicated very well and helped us through the split invoice process. During installation, the foreman stayed in touch with us and made sure all work was completed professionally.

It was a positive experience from start to finish getting my new fence installed. The estimator came out and wrote up an estimate. I changed my mind a few times before the process- but he patiently revised them. He was easy to reach by phone for a 1: 1 conversation.

So basically they are company which hires sub contractors for work. Will delay the work to extremes. Not the best quality material and resources used. Staff is extremely rude to talk to.

Better find a sub contractor in your area which does honest work and is on time and listen to you when there is an issue. One star for sub-contractor.

The administrative and operations team were professional in updating us with the project timeline, notifying us if there are any expected delays, and respond quickly to our concerns. The on-site crew led by Jeff are all hardworking and attentive to details ensuring excellent quality of work. An absolute pleasure to work with. They were very prompt in their communication and very clear on what the process would be, including documentation to show the work they had done before. I especially appreciate that they sent someone out to measure and do an estimate so that I felt assured that the estimate would be accurate to avoid any surprises later.

Once work began, with updates between the deposit and the start of work letting me know where they were at, it was very quick and minimally disruptive. The crew that came out were very professional and friendly and the quality of work superb. There was a small issue where the supplier hadn’t provided a piece where there was a grade change, but after chatting with the team at the office the contractor came back later that day with the part to fix things up. Overall the fence looks great, the team was awesome to work with, and what could’ve been a stressful process was made pain-free.

I got my fence done by first class fencing in late October, I would highly recommend them.

I called a few fence companies to have my old fence replaced with new wood fencing. I called first class fencing and spoke with Charlene, she walked me through the process and scheduled a meeting to have a quote the following day. Tyler from first class came out to meet us, we were very impressed with the knowledge and experience. He answered all the questions we had, offered us a few options of styles and sent the quotes the same day! We were very happy with the communication and response time with Tyler so we decided to go with them.

We met with mark the supervisor and the crew when construction started. Mark and the crew were a pleasure to work with, they even set up a temporary barrier so we could let our dog out after they left for the day. Within a few days they took out our old fence and built our new wood fence.

We could not be happier with how everything turned out, we will be telling everyone we know. We highly recommend first class fencing!

I reached out to First Class Fencing to have an old rotted wood fence removed and have a new Chain link fence installed. I spoke with their customer service team and told them I would be away for the weekend and I would love the new fence to be up by the time I got back Sunday Night. To my pleasant surprise when I arrived home earlier then expected Sunday morning Mark had completed my fence and was just about ready to leave. From on the phone to in person the experience was very professional and pleasant throughout. I would definitely point you in the direction of the First Class fencing team if you need work done.

I had called around about having a wood fence installed to close off our back yard. First Class Fencing was one of the few companies that answered their phone and the only company that came to our house. Dealing with Charlene was an absolute pleasure, she got me booked in for a site visit within a day. Then Denni came out, he walked through every detail, he did up a drawing of what we wanted and provided tons of insight on the project and got the quote to us that night. We had a 20+ year old fence torn down and replaced in Irricana, AB. First Class Fence did our initial quote virtually (COVID) and had the work booked in a few weeks later. The crew that came to the house (Paul & team) were exceptional. They tore down and put up nearly 300 linear feet of fence in less than a week. We could not be any happier with their work - highly recommended!
