Great service from this team. They were very responsive and most importantly, I trust them and their recommendations. Will be my local go to for upgrades/renos.

Front start to finish First Class was First Class in terms of prompt replies, scheduling and servicing. I wish I had contacted them sooner for the work on my roof.

The builders used the wrong vents which were leaking during heavy rain. Their tech was able to accurately identify the problem and the job was done shortly after assessment.

Would use them again when my roof needs replacing.

During a hail storm our skylight leaked. We've lived in this house since it was built 12 years ago and this is the first problem we have had with the roof. Our insurance company declined to cover the repairs since their roofing company determined our leak was a result of faulty installation by the company that built the house.
We contacted First Class Roofing and they came the next day to inspect and estimate. Their diagnosis was the same as our insurance company's contractor's.
They provided a quote and sent a team to do the work. They were very thorough and communicated well through the entire process. They repaired the skylight and took care of a couple of other maintenance tasks (eaves troughs). Complete clean-up after they were done. I have every confidence the job was done right. Cost was very reasonable.

After that work was completed, we had another hail storm, which damaged our roof.
First Class Roofing and Renovations replaced our Okotoks home’s hail-damaged asphalt shingle roof and eaves/downspouts in September, 2023.
They were very professional in evaluating our roof for damage, providing a detailed estimate, including overhead (drone) photos. Communications are important and they were quick to respond in detail to our emails.
There was virtually no delay between the time our insurance approved our claim and the when they began work on our house.
The cost of the work was very reasonable and it was good to know that they are a local business.
The quality of the materials and the workmanship of the crew are top-notch. They showed up on time, worked diligently, cleaned up nightly and did a thorough final clean-up upon completion.
I whole-heartedly recommend them.

Jordan helped immensely to navigate the stressful insurance process so that we could obtain the full claim amount to repair our home. All of the trades teams who came to our home were polite, professional, and tidy. Additionally, all of the work was completed on the timelines that were promised. Jordan and his crew specifically Aleks were a pleasure to deal with. The work we requested was various handyman projects around the house and new gutter installation that needed to be done that was addressed in our building inspection report when we purchased this home in July. Jordan and Aleks took the time to go through every detail to make sure the work was done thoroughly. Jordan also made great suggestions that would help save on costs.

Great company, staff was helpful with every and any question we had, perfectly completed our siding, roof, and gutters in under a week. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Definitely a must if you are doing the exterior of your house!

I would highly recommend "first class roofing and renovations" i got my garage door, complete house siding, trim painting and window replacement all done from this 1 company and i am very happy with the work and customer service this company has provided and i dealt with carlos, moe and david when i gave them the contract. I had 1 issue on my house due to the house frame work but after they completed my house they walked around with me to see if there were any faults and other things that needed to be fixed and whatever needed to be fixed they fixed it on time with out a hassle. First class roofing and renovations has given me exceptional service and i would 100% use this company again of needed. The provided me with very decent prices and helped me get my hail claim dealt with through my insurance company. Also the company provided me with a 5 year workmen ship warranty on every part of the the house that they repaired.

Carlos and his team members are wicked - of course, in a positive sense! They finished my work hassle-free, stress-free. I found these blue-collar workers working in extreme cold weather more courteous than some white-collar workers working inside in heated environment. Especially, Mo was most co-operative, polite to my sometimes unreasonable requests to get things done quickly: and guess what, they did! God bless these guys!

First class roofing and renovations are absolutely awesome to deal with, they quoted me a price for a full exterior renovation on my house in Mckenzie including new roof, new trim, staining my stucco and 100sq.ft of stone. When the work was happening they pointed out a few small patches of stucco that was peeling off. I was expecting this to be an additional cost, the owner patched them free of charge! A dream to deal with and honored their quote, in my experience this is very rare for contractors these days. They did an awesome job and cleaned up the job site perfectly. Would definitely recommend!
